TERRIBLE CUSTOMER AND RACIST i want to first mention how when i went it originally to fix a phone, i explained to the owner i had no clue what was wrong and he could please help. We waited nearby about and hour as he said. Then went back in and phone was not ready, he was still fixing it and needed to close. anyway, prior to that he said that it was $100 flat. Never did he mention a difference with paying cash or card. So when i paid it was additional $13 -OK NO BIGGIE however i would have appreciated CLEAR COMMUNICATION prior. MOVING FORWARD --- I referred a family member of mine over to him (because of his "good review") to go get his Tablet fixed -- keep in mind we are going to this "PROFESSIONAL" for his help. So my fam member stated that he was given a date and time to return in which later he did. Come to find out, it was nowhere near fixed. He wasn't even present during that moment. So my Fam member stated "Why was there no communication on his end"? Apparently, the owner took it HARSHLY and ran back to the facility and started yelling at my fam member that " YOU MEXICANS , BLAH BLAH BLAH" All my fam member said was the truth, why was he not communicating and setting dates when not ready? My fam member had to calm the owner down. He's not a confrontational person. Then after, my fam member told the owner he's only asking for him to be informed that it isn't ready so he wont waste his time driving to the location. Shortly after they agreed to leave it a few more days to get it fixed. We let an additional day pass by since we had not heard or received confirmation it was ready ..... then still nothing and upon arrival- ITS NOT WORKING :( so then the owner is getting upset and says that my fam member should have KNOWN what was wrong with the tablet. LIKE HELLOOO, you are the professional sir. You were informed prior to leaving the tablet. He told my fam member how it would cost about $600 and my fam member explained to him had he known then he wouldn't have left it in the 1st place. He kept it for about a month with no solution to it. It was brought back home and still not working. Time and money wasted with a bad experience. One thing about working in professional settings and owning businesses if s that you must have good customer service and there was also NO REASON to yell out anything about RACES. He was completely in the wrong and i feel so bad for referring anyone there. ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN GOING NOR SENDING ANYONE THERE. Sir, please be more respectful. read more

10/25/19 AFTER MY REVIEW I AM CURRENTLY BEING HARASSED BY THE OWNER I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS MESSAGES IN MY INBOX!!!!!! I posted my review the owner said it's impossible that what you say even happened because we have been closed for a week. Not true!!! So I posted the receipt showing obviously I was there in that day and time. Then owner claims that they didn't get paid for services other location was paid instead. But since we paid in CASH to the owner that now all a sudden he remembers me now through looking at surveillance obviously missed the cash transaction part unless he's giving his cash to the other location. They claim each location is independently owned and operated which may be true but like I stated- I took the phone to LABrea location and a worker himself told me one hour wait time and then took the phone to the Regent location. At the Regent location is where He fixed the phone and The cash transaction was done. This is an actual factual yelp review by a customer (myself) staying the service I received on this day. Ok I was in LA and my brother needed to get His phone fixed and we Found the first location driving down LaBrea. So let me list the problems: 1- Parked in front walked to door nobody there, we walked back to car started it up and a man comes out asking how he can help us and my brother left his phone there and they said it would be an hour To Fix it ok no problem. 2- We go after about an Hour and a half Just knowing the phone would be ready and we walk in to get the phone and the man says-"Oh we had to send the phone to our other location so You need to Go over there to pick it up. So now I need to drive some place Else. At this point we are irritated but ok the phone should Be ready, right??? 3- wrong !!! When we walked in the phone was on the counter still all Cracked up. The man at the new location hadn't even started on it. So now we have another hour wait. We were super irritated at this point. But they got two stars because they did good work but they need better communication and to make sure they work on peoples phones in a timely manner at the original location or at least give the customer an option or a heads up. My iCloud did not work properly in the beginning and Mr. Brown checked what's wrong, he assured me it wasn't the digitizer. he then suggested i take my phone to Apple Store to reset my iCloud account... in which i did... i like the clear case and screen protector that was included with the service. He lies to me. I paid 90 for a new screen. He had mentioned that prior to my visit, my screws from my screen has been stolen. He said that he replaced them... He lied. He said that buying the $90 screen meant that high would have an Apple screen. After going to another retailer after my screen broke again, I found out that that was a lie as well. My boyfriend's cell phone screen started glitching unexpectedly last week. I stopped by late at night on a whim to get an assessment about the phone screen. I ended up getting the whole thing refurbished as the charging port and back glass were also damaged. Ray gave me an estimate right there on the spot and told me it could be done in roughly 45mins. I left to run some errands and came back in a hour. He wasn't done with the phone just yet, but that was alright I gave him a couple more minutes to finish. There was someone before me and a full phone refurbishment does take some time. He was just finishing up by the time I returned the second time. If you're the type of person that sometimes waits to do things til the last minute, do not worry, RAY is there for all of us :) at 11:30 pm on a Thursday night I found my self irritated of my phone (a custom green iPhone 7) not charging so I called him up to see if I can stop by the shop to get the work done on my phone & he gladly invited me to stop by. I got there & he was very polite & nice while trying to get an understanding of how the phone got to it's current state. After collecting some info he got right to work! (Mind you I messaged him earlier in the day to get a quote and time frame on about how long the work would take.) What was supposed to be an easy 20 minute job turned into an hour because the inside of my phone had missing screws, things not in the correct place, and was just a freaking disaster lol. Lucky for me, Ray was nice enough to correct ALL the mistakes after switching out my charging port. He worked very cautiously on it & kept a nice conversation with me the entire time (: after closing it back up; he rang me up & the price WAS honest to what he had mentioned in his Yelp message (which was very reasonable and cheap!!!
