10/25/19 AFTER MY REVIEW I AM CURRENTLY BEING HARASSED BY THE OWNER I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS MESSAGES IN MY INBOX!!!!!! I posted my review the owner said it's impossible that what you say even happened because we have been closed for a week. Not true!!! So I posted the receipt showing obviously I was there in that day and time. Then owner claims that they didn't get paid for services other location was paid instead. But since we paid in CASH to the owner that now all a sudden he remembers me now through looking at surveillance obviously missed the cash transaction part unless he's giving his cash to the other location. They claim each location is independently owned and operated which may be true but like I stated- I took the phone to LABrea location and a worker himself told me one hour wait time and then took the phone to the Regent location. At the Regent location is where He fixed the phone and The cash transaction was done. In all my years of Yelping I have never been harassed like this in my inbox it started yesterday even after I told him to stop messaging me I still woke up to messages. 10/24/19 UPDATE FACTS!!!!!!!!Update since I was asked to remove comment and I'm not removing anything.Let me clarify this is for a Review for Services Saturday October 19, 2019. I have receipt to prove it. You need to look at your security cameras On that day around 1 pm. Phone was Dropped off at LaBrea at 11 am location and picked up at 214 Regent Location around 1:15pm. Since you are looking for an invoice as I stated we brought my brothers phone in Last name -Johnson. Check Your records invoices or whatever. This is an actual factual yelp review by a customer (myself) staying the service I received on this day. Ok I was in LA and my brother needed to get His phone fixed and we Found the first location driving down LaBrea. So let me list the problems: 1- Parked in front walked to door nobody there, we walked back to car started it up and a man comes out asking how he can help us and my brother left his phone there and they said it would be an hour To Fix it ok no problem. 2- We go after about an Hour and a half Just knowing the phone would be ready and we walk in to get the phone and the man says-"Oh we had to send the phone to our other location so You need to Go over there to pick it up. So now I need to drive some place Else. At this point we are irritated but ok the phone should Be ready, right??? 3- wrong !!! When we walked in the phone was on the counter still all Cracked up. The man at the new location hadn't even started on it. So now we have another hour wait. We were super irritated at this point. But they got two stars because they did good work but they need better communication and to make sure they work on peoples phones in a timely manner at the original location or at least give the customer an option or a heads up. Needless to say I won't be going back there again. read more

Ray seemed kind of stand offish but I guess that's just apart of the business he sure is a pro with fixing phones he seems real loved and liked in the community he was very helpful with my phone even though he quoted me a different price on the phone which was okay because what he did to my phone was well worth the wait .... I hope he doesn't go up on his prices because he's the most reasonable phone guy in Inglewood. His shop was very clean and safe ..... he answered all questions and phone calls which I appreciate ..... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND OTHERS TO GO TO HIM AS WELL .... read more

Ray had the part in stock and replace the headphone port in 20 minutes but we found that there were more problems as my son it actually cracked the motherboard. Ray took the phone back and worked on it for another 45 minutes to disassemble it again, fix the motherboard and returned the fully functional phone back to me for no additional charge! i requested Cracked Screen Repair quotes using yelp app. after negotiating with 8 repair shops on yelp, CPRC stood out because of promptness and affordability. i am glad i followed my gut and picked this shop because Mr. Brown provided an excellent customer service. he is very knowledgeable and skillful. he fixed my screen within 30 mins. My iCloud did not work properly in the beginning and Mr. Brown checked what's wrong, he assured me it wasn't the digitizer. he then suggested i take my phone to Apple Store to reset my iCloud account... in which i did... i like the clear case and screen protector that was included with the service. He lies to me. I paid 90 for a new screen. He had mentioned that prior to my visit, my screws from my screen has been stolen. He said that he replaced them... He lied. He said that buying the $90 screen meant that high would have an Apple screen. After going to another retailer after my screen broke again, I found out that that was a lie as well. This man is a con artist. If you're OK with unnecessary lies and talking, definitely check him out. The only reason I gave him two stars is because he gave me a free phone case with my repair. My boyfriend's cell phone screen started glitching unexpectedly last week. I stopped by late at night on a whim to get an assessment about the phone screen. I ended up getting the whole thing refurbished as the charging port and back glass were also damaged. Ray gave me an estimate right there on the spot and told me it could be done in roughly 45mins. I left to run some errands and came back in a hour. He wasn't done with the phone just yet, but that was alright I gave him a couple more minutes to finish. There was someone before me and a full phone refurbishment does take some time. He was just finishing up by the time I returned the second time. Turns out he had caught some people trying to steal and dealt with it appropriately. From start to finish he was very communicative and transparent about the whole process. Every time I come to support I always end up waiting a long time for my services. The first time I wasted about 5 hours waiting for my phone. I decided to still support because sometimes things happen. The last time I went I was told I would need to wait 2 hours for my phone to be seen. If you're the type of person that sometimes waits to do things til the last minute, do not worry, RAY is there for all of us :) at 11:30 pm on a Thursday night I found my self irritated of my phone (a custom green iPhone 7) not charging so I called him up to see if I can stop by the shop to get the work done on my phone & he gladly invited me to stop by. I got there & he was very polite & nice while trying to get an understanding of how the phone got to it's current state. After collecting some info he got right to work! (Mind you I messaged him earlier in the day to get a quote and time frame on about how long the work would take.) What was supposed to be an easy 20 minute job turned into an hour because the inside of my phone had missing screws, things not in the correct place, and was just a freaking disaster lol. Lucky for me, Ray was nice enough to correct ALL the mistakes after switching out my charging port. He worked very cautiously on it & kept a nice conversation with me the entire time (: after closing it back up; he rang me up & the price WAS honest to what he had mentioned in his Yelp message (which was very reasonable and cheap!!! Considering the extra work he put in aside from just switching out the port)....
