I usually go to hand car wash down the road and thought is try this place out because it was closer to my house. I shortly after regretted it. They took forever and you have to pull your own vehicle threw the wash where at hands car wash they do it for you. Also once it was finished I could barely tell they vaccummed in other words they did not do a good job. I could've done better myself. The only posItive thing I have to say is I was able to sit in the outside area with my dog. read more

I will never go back to Fast Jacks in Grayslake due to their horrible customer service. I took my car there to get washed and asked them to wash my floor mats. After I got home my husband saw that they busted the clip that holds my floor mat down. When he called to speak to a manager the manager said, "How do I know that it wasn't broken when you brought it in?". He did not apologize or offer any resolution to the situation. Instead we had to be inconvenienced and drive to the dealer for a new clip and my husband had to fix it. We will never go back to Fast Jacks again and do not recommend that you go there. read more

Extremely overpriced. I got an "express detail" and paid $30. My car was still dirty outside and in. They vacuumed inside but didn't even bother to wipe anything down-dust and dirt everywhere. Nobody stays at the desk so you never know when to pay. The staff is not impressive at all- very unprofessional. read more

I use to love this place. Drive up for an oil change and then a complimentary car wash (interior and exterior) was included. I drove out of my way just to go to this place because of the added service. Unfortunately, there has been a recent change...you have to pull your car into the car wash now, you have to vacuum your own car and they no longer clean the inside and it's still the same price. You don't get what you pay for. I purchased the $3 wash and added the rim/wheel cleaner for $3. The wheels weren't even touched within the track, wheels still filthy. How does the machine know which car paid for what since there are two automated computer lines and no receipt? read more

My husband took our Subaru in to get a wash and the guy directing him into the stall caused a rip to one of the tires. Said it's not his fault and won't do anything about it. Had to go and get a new tire ($200). DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!! read more

WARNING!: DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH! They ran my car into the truck ahead of me. The trucks hitch smashed my grill. When I finally got out of the car wash, the manager said that it was between me and the lady in the truck in front of me. I obviously complained because my vehicle was in neutral and they were in control of moving it through the wash. After trying to discuss this with him further, he called the owner. The owner said too bad, there is nothing they are going to do. So basically, they can just ram cars into each other in the wash and it isn't their fault. So now I'm out about $250 for a new grill. But at least my car is clean... read more

I will never go here again. They have horrible customer service, and they tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary work (I had very recently gotten my car checked out elsewhere, that's how I know) and also failed to tell me any of the [expensive] costs of the work they did sell me prior to going ahead and doing it. Been here before with good service not sure what happened but stopped in today and they did a quick crappy job, call the guy out on it which was already working on somebody else's car, and basically said the bottom wasn't clean because it was worms stuck to the car never again. This car wash is great. I work out of my truck and every time i go it comes out of the tunnel looking brand new. Service is great and it is a great place to go. You have the option to get it whipped down or you can do it your self. I recommend going to this place any time you need any vehicle washed. read more

Run don't walk from this place. The service is horrible and you can't actually make a purchase of a monthly plan with their automated machine. I was left waiting for almost 5 minutes and then told to go inside to complete the purchase by Humberto. I went inside and no one was there and when the same attendant did show he prioritized a customer that arrived after me and said the transaction would take 15-20 minutes and I would have to return the following day. I left and called Jordan the manager later the following day and it is clear where the bad service stems from. Jordan made it seem as though we as customers should know, understand, and expect them to be short staffed. He proceeded to curse at me telling me all I am doing is complaining while he never offered a solution rather just excuses for the poor service without any desire to apologize. I asked if he can't resolve a situation he should refer me to some who can and again his best response is to curse at a customer who was trying to become a repeat customer. Not only will I never return but I'd gladly pay double to get my car washed elsewhere with a competent and professional staff. read more
