Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here. The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here. You most likely won't even be able to get in. Don't bother calling, they won't answer either!

I knew what I was getting myself into when I came here for a second time. The first time here it was nice I went with their premium package with all the ads ons. However since I had a ceramic coat applied on my car, today I went with the basic wash and the under carriage wash (which in my opinion does clean the build up in the Illinois road conditions) Alright back to the point, I came to detail my car by hand, touch up with my own premium products and to only find MORE scratches on my paint. I wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be coming back due to the scratches I now have on my car.. I'm sure it's due to the brushes and the amount of dirty cars that come in. I'm not sure how often then change or clean their bristles on these automatic washes but I surely saw at least 10% new scratches on my car.. its a bummer but however I did ceramic sealed my paint again.
