Didn't really feel welcomed. I got as much welcome as from a fast food establishment, which isn't all too bad...just doing the job. Cons: Food was bland (breakfast burrito and Huevos con Machaca) compared to Mission Burrito. Salsa, came in plastic bottles red or green, were very weak. Overall, price for food was average. But considering what we didn't get which is flavor, I thought price was too much. Not sure if I'd return, but only if someone pays for my meal first which I'll gladly reimburse if they made it better. 3 stars is average, so I'd give it a 2.5 at most. read more

If you want a legit breakfast burrito, Fast N Fresh is where it's at! Got the Meat Lover Breakfast Burrito that included both bacon and sausage along with eggs, cheese and potatoes. They do not skimp! My burrito was quite hefty and included a hearty amount of the ingredients. Paired with the smoky spicy red salsa, this is one burrito that will last all day long - it's great for two meals! Aside from being a considerable amount of food, it was absolutely delicious. Wow! This place surprised me. Not only was it good but damn, this place got BUSY around 6 pm! This place is bigger than it looks. There's a back patio where the majority of the seating is. The inside seats maybe 20 people. Parking during rush hour is horrible, you'll likely have to find street parking down a side road. The neighboring businesses with empty parking lots don't want Fast n Fresh customers parking in their lots. Let's talk food. I'm not a fan of the asada fries. First, the fries were limp, not crispy. Second, I'm not keen on nacho cheese in my Mexican food. However, the queso & chips, the Mar y Tierra burrito & the shrimp quesadilla were all fantastic!! I'm not sure what they marinate or how they season their shrimp but it's good!!! So simple but so good! Small Little neighborhood joint would normally drive by based on the outside appearance. Do not make this mistake!! The back patio is absolutely charming so a great place for after work. I do see a decent pick up business which makes perfect sense considering the food portions are huge and the carnitas.... Un-real!! Had to order another taco despite being super full. I read a couple reviews mentioning staff looking unhappy but I'm the two times I've visited, in the same week, all of the staff is warm, welcoming and wonderful! The Baja shrimp burrito is huge, packed with so much shrimp. And the flavor is perfect. The agua Fresca drinks are so refreshing too.

This place was pretty good. They live up to the name as the food came out quickly and it was fresh. The steak quesadilla was my favorite. And, their chips with bean dip was a nice little appetizer. I also tried the lengua burrito which not only lacked flavor but the tortilla wrap was too raw for me... it needed a bit more time toasting in order for the earthy flavor to come forth. I did appreciate the food being served in metal platters and the environmentally friendly to-go containers. Service was super friendly and cheery. We sat outside in the front where the cars passing by generated a nice breeze. We'll come back someday to try more of the menu. read more

my daughter and I went there last Saturday, for me this is the second time I've noticed that the quality of food was not like many other times before which was great. I simply ordered two Asada tacos and my daughter, a shrimp, and an Asada taco from what I can tell the meat apeared to look like it was reheated and it was dried out, the tortillas also seem to be reheated they were not at a hot temperature . this is surprising to me because I usually have had great tacos full of flavor. I hope they can get back on track because it is a great restaurant, but these last three times I felt like the quality of the tacos were not the best therefore, I will give it a three out of five stars. read more

this place is so cute. The patio offers so much and is so quiet at times you could have a large party there. This place is so good!!! It's a little place on tapo street and they make everything fresh here. I got a taco and an enchilada and it was really good. Seriously fluffy, buttery, and cooked to perfection, with a light crisp on the edges and that melt-in-your-mouth center. Totally unexpected from a Mexican restaurant, but they might be the best pancakes I've ever had anywhere. The rest of the menu is great too, but those pancakes alone are worth coming back for. Was craving some fries and nothing screams at me more than a place that sells vista al mar fries I checked this place out because they had it and it was a really good experience! They have a whole parking lot to themselves, so ample parking. They have 2 outdoor patios and a small indoor dining area. Their food is fairly priced, from burritos, plates, and ... VISTA AL MAR FRIES. These were so yummy that I will definitely be adding these to my normal rotation for weekly meals. Their service is very fast and their workers are very friendly! I was so disappointed with today's service. I've been going to this location a few times since it opened and never had they treated us this way. I went with my husband to eat here on a lunch date, I was craving shrimp cocktail. We ordered two. The 1st lady was a bit dry, I let it go. Then the 2nd the lady that came out with the food was even worse, she almost dropped one of the cocktails and still had the nerve to make a negative remark. I could of said something but I let it go. Look we all have bad days, but that's not ok to take it out on other people. I will not be going here again, customer service is big for me. Food is good, but i look for customer service as well. I remember eating their California burrito for the first time 5+ years ago while I was getting treated for an infected dog bite at Olive View. It was legit fireworks. I went back every time I was in the area, sometimes I would hop on the freeway just to get a burrito. But after a handful of times of doing that, every time I have gone back since then the burrito has gotten consecutively worse. I would sometimes blame it on my hunger level or question my own memory, but this time I just can't excuse it anymore. It's just completely bland. I knew it was inexcuseable when I had to bust out the Del Taco sauce packets and it actually made it taste better! I was thinking, man, I shoulda gotten some Del Taco instead. Not sure what happened. Maybe they're cutting out ingredients due to the economy, but my wallet is hurting too after paying for that bland food. I don't think I'll be going back or at least not for a while. read more

Had pastor torta, 2 pastor tacos and 2 asada tacos. Everything was jus average. Girl at the front looked like she hated life. Both salsa Verde and Rojo were average and not spicy at all. My tacos, Al Pastore was served with chips, bean dip, and salsa. A perfect portion, and very delicious. There is an outdoor patio, which unfortunately is a little noisy but it still has a nice ambience. I'm sure it's quieter in the early evenings. Went to this place based on a recommendation from a co-worker I ordered the tamale and taco. I asked if the tamales were made by them and the woman told me yes. I ordered a pork tamale and a shredded beef taco and a drink. My son ordered two chicken enchiladas and a horchata drink. The pork tamales did not taste like pork and the corn meal didn't taste good. I went to one of the employees and told them the tamale didn't taste good. They brought me another one and it was not much better. My son's chicken enchiladas were really salty and the chicken was over cooked. The bill for these meals and two drinks was $40. Based on the cost and the food we will continue to go to other locations with better pricing and quality of food. This was a waste of good money read more
