My go-to airport shuttle when I'm going to drive/park at the Tucson airport. I had a really early flight and arrived at FP around 5:45am. I grabbed a ticket at the entrance gate and was promptly directed to the nearest covered slot. By the time I had my two bags out the shuttle driver (Steve) was already stopped behind me and ready. He was super polite, energetic, and got me to AA in less than 5 minutes (love Tucson International). Shuttles are newer, clean and comfortable. Returning was just as easy. I phoned ahead just after I exited the plane. The shuttle was at the curb less than 5 minutes later again. Five days of covered parking was just under $45. You can get uncovered, just a few blocks away (different company) for just $5/day but I think covered and closer with a fleet of drivers is worth it! TIP: keep the green card that the driver will hand you WITH You so you can give it to the next driver when you return! (otherwise you'll never find your car Lol) read more

Let's just say I park here frequently. Upon entering the facility, the ladies that worked the booth are usually unfriendly. Upon leaving the facility, which is usually at night the people work in the booth are friendly. The other day while leaving, I met Belen Romero. She had amazing customer service and offered to help me with the system if it didn't add it to my account. She gave me a card and told me to call anytime. Just a stone's throw from the Tucson Airport, this SUPER easy park and ride is the easiest airport parking I've ever experienced. Employees and drivers are amazingly friendly and helpful! No matter what time you fly in or out, they are sufficiently staffed with polite drivers that take care of lifting your bags and getting you quickly to your airline or car. They do a good job with all the angles, nothing bad to report. I had a 7 AM flight so I made a reservation for 5 AM online. Easy system to use, just choose the time and make a reservation. I was worried no one would be there but it's staffed 24 hours. Someone was at the front booth and directed me where to park. Everything is covered so there's no good or bad spot. The shuttle van spotted me parking and drove over so there was no wait at the car. We picked up one other and then were on the way to the terminals. Total time from park to terminal was less than 10 minutes. Upon pickup, one van was leaving right as I walked out of the building but another one was there in 5 minutes. No waiting for others, the van immediately left. They write down your parking spot number so less than 5 minutes later I was at my car. There's an automated system for checking out so after a swipe of my car I was out of the lot. They have it down to a science. Friendly service from the booth attendant and both drivers. It's right next to the airport so the drive takes 2-3 minutes. I stayed from Saturday morning at 5 AM until Tuesday morning until noon and the total was about $33. Our driver was Corbin G. and he was incredibly rude. First, he was sarcastic and rude to the lady dispatcher on the radio, second there was a QR code on the window to tip the driver digitally, which I attempted. It didn't work, so we had it pulled up on my phone and was going to try again with airport internet, but when we didn't hand Corbin a cash tip he made a rude sarcastic remark "thanking" us for our "generosity". I'm really glad that digital tip didn't go through. It was a sour way to start our vacation. read more

I find this to easily be the best option for airport parking. It's close to the airport and the van picks you up as soon as you park your car or soon after and they come often after plane arrivals. I'm a top 10 customer at this facility. I park here so much that every driver with tenure knows me and what I do. One driver screwed that up and belittled me because he didn't like the fact that I had no mask on and I am taking my business elsewhere. Not to mention the mask policy isnt enforced by TSA anymore. I called management who seemed to not care. Drivers expect tips. The company I work for employs a European tipping policy of that tips must be included in the bill, and given the fact that I park so much, it would literally cost me an extra 10 grand to tip every other day out of my own pocket. The drivers get pissy if you don't offer a tip for a service your already paying for and it seems like this place has gone downhill since covid. They used to be grateful but only now do the bare minimum. If they are treating someone who spends as much as I do at their facility, imagine what they are doing to occasional travelers. Great product especially if you have an electric vehicle as they do offer 12 amp outlets for EVs. I've only had one problem with them regarding this though. When I kept my car with them in May/June the breaker tripped and there was no power going to my car. And despite me calling them to check on the breaker issue 3x and every time they said they'd fix it but they never did. I can tell as my app that accesses my car kept saying no power (from the outlet). I got nervous about my battery level so I did fly back earlier than I had anticipated to retrieve my car since their outlets weren't working but I am going to/I'd love to continue business with them if this problem can be resolved. I know this sounds like a first world problem but sadly the battery is used even if not driven to keep the 12v on board charged. read more

Another year of heavy use of Fast Park and Relax has gone by - time to update with a few items. We often fly Southwest and leave on very early morning flights to save $. I have been impressed with how good the service is at ungodly hours of the morning (4AM). The drivers manage somehow to be friendly, an amazing feat considering how much we all need a cup of coffee. I just made a request to have my e-mail and password updated for my rewards account, as it was initially set up with my work e-mail which I can't access since retiring. FWIW, I received a password reset e-mail exactly 4 minutes after hitting "send". That's pretty darn good! I was pleased to see I had several weeks of free parking rewards piling up in my account. If you use their service frequently, do check your rewards status, there may be more there than you think! read more

I would rate 0 stars if possible. Fast part of Tucson is a terrible place to park your car. Very rude and condescending management. Some of their drivers should not be allowed onto a public road. When you trust fast park to take care of your vehicle you should expect your car to be damaged, and for management to tell you they have no proof so it didn't happen while it was at their facility. My truck had the windshield replaced a month ago and this week I parked in fast parks lot by the Tucson airport. When I returned from my business trip there was a foot long crack in the windshield, I showed it to management and they told me it's because of the sun.... I have lived in Arizona the past 25 years and not once has a FOOTLONG crack appeared out of thin air while I'm COVERED SHADED PARKING. The manager will constantly interrupt you and try to speak over you and he's a very disrespectful man to deal with. I will not be give this disgusting company anymore of my business. read more

Really wanted to review this. Because I've never left my car at one of these places before. But I didn't have to worry about a thing. There was someone on site to help me when I got to the check in. I parked my car and they immediately took me to the airport. When I got back, i sat down for maybe 10 seconds before the shuttle pulled up. It was quick fast and a great experience for someone who was a little worried about leaving their car. I saw another review saying it was common to tip the driver, so I did leave a tip for both trips. I think it was very affordable too! Overall, this is the only place I'll be leaving my car. So easy to book online and you don't have to pay until you get back! It's only 2 mins away from the airport. The shuttle bus also comes so fast. It was already there ready to drop me off at the airport as I was parking my car. The driver waits for you directly outside your car! How awesome is that? This place is nice and reliable. I use it every time I fly out from Tucson International Airport. The shuttle takes you directly to the airport from your car with minimal wait. They are always there in the Airport Pickup on my return, though you can call if they aren't there. You can get a membership card and it counts towards free parking later (takes a while to accumulate points thought). They also give you complementary water on the way out!. I think it is a little more expensive than other lots, but it's still pretty cheap compared to other cities. read more

This place is my favorite place to park when I travel out of TUS which is often enough. They are in close proximity to the airport, provide very quick pick up/drop off of to your car both on the departure and arrival side. I love that they have all covered parking, and what appears to be really solid security and oversight of your vehicle. I have never once had a problem. What I really like the best, and what gives this five stars for me is the shuttle drivers. They are really personable and friendly, seem to enjoy their jobs and they are really helpful getting your bags in and out of the shuttle and your car. There's not much I can say about airport parking, but this is definitely one of the best options at TIA. It seems the most professional of all the lots and is run efficiently. Above all, I feel safest parking my car here. I've never had a problem with any other lot, but some of them do seem a bit shady. I've also tried Quick Park, and it's fine but it can sometimes take a while to check out. And not all the Quick lots have covered parking. Quick Park and the other lots are cheaper. FastPark is probably the most expensive option (short of parking on the actual airport), but it seems worth it for the security and convenience. The shuttles are always fairly quick and they have automated express lanes for checking out, versus one attendant sitting in a shack. Sign up for the rewards program, and you can get a free day, and you earn 1 free day for every 8 days paid, so that's worth it if you travel a lot. Also, in the event the lot is full, they can't turn you away if you make a reservation online ahead of time. read more

This is absolutely the best and easiest! Drive in, they tell you a row to park, the moment you get out of your vehicle, the shuttle driver is there to take luggage to shuttle! Reverse. Your flight arrives, step out to waiting area, shuttle is there, if full 3 minutes later you're on a shuttle to your car. Ice cold large bottles of water is awaiting you when you pay. read more

I had to call 911 to get out of the parking lot, after an exhausting trip, because Denise didn't like my attitude at the check out gate. She was intent on chewing me out for losing my card with the QR code, which apparently the car in front of me had also lost, and I would posit at this juncture that perhaps the person handing out that card was out of the office that day; I saved and organized all of my travel docs, that was not in there. I did have an email confirmation, but Denise was not interested in looking at that; it did not have the magic QR code. And I did not react well to Denise's snide sing- songy voice repeatedly telling me it had been my responsibility to keep track of my card and now we were going to need 5 different types of information to fill out another form and well, yup, I lost it. There was some screaming, some laying on of horn, and finally a 911 call and I was finally allowed to pay and let go on my way without surprise surprise having to come up with all that extra documentation Denise had been insisting on. Obviously, would only recommend this service to the worst people I know. read more

There is no reason to park anywhere else. I frequently travel and everytime I park here I get a covered spot, immediate pickup by the shuttle, help with bags if I need and every driver has been curtious and professional. Upon return there has never been a wait more than five minutes. You get carted back to your car without a worry. FastPark & Relax is very distinguishable from the other airport parking lots available in Tucson. Everything looks very secure and brand name, from the attendant's shirts to the shuttles. DROP-OFF When I pulled up to the lot, I was very impressed by the well kept and highly secured premises. The attendants were clean cut and friendly. Once you get through the gate, you can park anywhere, and a shuttle will immediately pick you up directly at your parking spot. The driver placed my luggage into the shuttle and promptly dropped me off at my terminal. PICK-UP Upon leaving the airport, the shuttle was available at the stop across the airport door. You hand the driver your ticket (given during drop-off) and they drive you directly to your parking spot in their lot. Shuttles come every 3-5 minutes, so you will not be waiting very long if the shuttle isn't already there. Quick, easy, and simple.
