Just picked up my truck last night and was another good experience. Due to delays, my flight landed super late (like one of the last arrivals) so I wasn't thrilled. Even though it was late and in the 20 degree range they still had a shuttle showing up every 3 minutes or so. This place is great. They pick you up at your car. Give you a ticket with your exact location. They only pick up four or five people at a time. Occasionally I have been with more and with less. When you return, same great experience. They drop you off at your vehicle and put your luggage in your car for you. You are offered complimentary water and newspapers, and I can always get in and out very quickly. All the parking is covered, and you can earn free days of parking with the membership card. In addition, I witnessed one of the drivers personally help a couple with a car that wouldn't start. He went above and beyond, and I am sure that couple was very thankful. read more

Pack Rats present - BEWARE - Parked in October 2018. Came back, engine light on. Pack rat damage. $2100, including a rental vehicle while being repaired. Their insurance company stated that their client had done nothing wrong. NOTE: Truck had been serviced 4 weeks prior. Damage was confirmed as recent and done by rodents by a licensed dealer here in Tucson. read more

I'm sitting here telling myself...are you seriously going to give an airport parking service 5 stars? ...UH, YES. So fast. Great service. Even turned around to my car because I was dumb enough to forget my phone in the car. Free newspaper. Covered parking. One suggestion: I was met with a a very cold and inhospitable attitude. Whatever... I was bound for Vegas and nothing would stop me! The ride back was equally as pleasing. Didn't even call and the shuttle was already there. Free water on the return. First impression = very friendly, fast and thoroughly enjoyable experience! Been traveling a lot more recently and the prices at TIA were starting to hit the pocketbook. Thought I'd change up the routine on this trip. Person at the gate was very friendly and explained which row to park in and was on the radio with the shuttle. Pulled right up to the covered spot and started to get my luggage together. Shuttle was there in a jiffy and driver loaded it up just as fast. There were only a family of four and another gentlemen on board. Quick hop to our airline. Jim, our driver, was very helpful in educating me on where and what to do to catch the shuttle on my return flight. Return was just as easy. Got my luggage and walked out to the shuttle area. Didn't even have to wait. Just myself and another gentleman. Gave the driver my reminder ticket and off we went. Pulled right up to my parking spot and helped me load my suitcases. Got a free bottle of water on the way out while settling my bill. Will definitely be using their services again the next time I travel!!! read more

This is my preferred parking for TIA. I travel a lot and after trying nearly every other option on site, I was overwhelmed by the great service from Fast Park. I love the morning newspaper they give you just for parking with them, and bottle of water upon return is a nice touch after being crammed into an aircraft for hours and having paid airport prices all journey. Drivers are always very courteous and will gladly help with bags. One trip I thought I might have left my lights on, and upon mentioning it to the driver, he even waited to make sure my car started before moving on. Great service, I will stick with Fast Park from now on. read more

Extremely satisfied with the service. My daughter is attending U of A and this is her first year. Looked over a few lots for service and told my daughter to utilize FastPark & Relax. As you teenagers tend to overthink things and worry unnecessarily. Set up an online account and made a parking reservation (not required) to save her spot. After pulling into the parking lot a shuttle immediately picked her up. Four days later when checking out couldn't have been any easier. The convenience of Fast Park & Relax is hard to beat! I wanted a safe place to leave my car that was covered, and my expectations were met. Even though I had an early flight and had to be at the airport at 5:30am, everything went very smoothly- we pulled up to the kiosk, the attendant greeted us and asked if we wanted a newspaper, we pulled into a spot, and the shuttle was already waiting by the time I got my luggage out. The shuttle driver handed me a ticket with my parking spot number on it, and we were off to the airport in less than 2 minutes. When I returned after my trip on an evening flight, the shuttle was ready and waiting. I hopped on and was back at my car within minutes. Then, I paid at the exit kiosks and got a complimentary water bottle. Overall, I am very happy with the service here. They really mean it when they say to park and relax! read more

Can't say enough great things about this place. It's cheap, nice, quick, and friendly. About a year ago they opened a huge new lot which helped a ton. If you would of asked me last year, I would of given it 3 stars because they were always full. I love their free newspaper and water and their drivers are always speedy and nice. This is the first time we tried off-airport parking. Discovered it was easier than using one of the on-airport lots! Entered the business, told where to park. Before we got out of our car our little jitney was waiting for us. Driver took our bag (one bag, Tucson to San Diego trip), drove us to the South West entrance. Return to Tucson, little pick-up took us and a few others to our spots. Again, driver moved the bag from the vehicle to our car. Very positive experience. Would use them again as needed. read more

We ended up parking here because the coveted airport parking was full but it was great! When we pulled in attendant told us what row to park in and the bus arrived shortly after. The driver gave us water and a card with the space number our car is parked in. When we returned the curb was well marked for where to wait for the bus. Once we boarded the bus the ride back was super fast! The driver dropped us right at our car! Definitely use them again if we fly out of Tucson in the future. read more

This is one of the more reasonable places to park for the Tucson Airport. On top of that it's the closest, has friendly (and fast) shuttle service, covered parking, and is quick to get in and out. I park here for both work related travel and personal travel and have never been dissatisfied with the place. Even when I'm there at 4 AM for an early morning flight, the drivers are friendly. You can get a membership card (it's free) on their website and use that to check in/out rather than keeping track of a receipt. It also allows you to earn free parking days. Once you go thru the gate the greeter tells you which row to park in and the shuttle follows you to your parking spot where they'll take your bags and give you a card with your spot written on it (very helpful - I've lost my car in those types of huge lots more than once!) I've rarely had to wait very long to get going on the short drive to the airport departures, and am frequently the only passenger in the shuttle. Whenever I return from a trip, I only have to wait about 5 minutes before one of their vans come around to pick me up! read more

Very professional, very attentive staff. You pay a little more for this lot which is a bit of a deterrent but at this point, they have proven to be worth the price difference. Shuttle is more timely than other lots in the area and waiting in the Tucson sun can be exhausting and annoying. They do have a REWARDS program. read more

This place is great, and is even better when you sign up for the membership. The membership is free, but guarantees you a spot even on the busiest travel days. This is the only place I park because it is SO fast. I can pull in 45 minutes before my flight, be at the airport in less than 10 minutes, waltz through the easy Tucson security and bam! Also, the shuttle comes so often to pick you up when you return that you can de-plane and be at your car in 15 minutes. You get what you pay for - it's more expensive than most but seriously removes SO much stress from travel days. Worth it! read more

This is our first time flying out of the Tucson airport. We have our usual parking lot at Sky Harbor but were at a loss for TIA. Based on reviews, we picked FastPark. So far, I'm thrilled we did! We have a long flight and I realized while at the airport, I didn't have my pillow!!! I called FastPark to see if by chance I left it on the shuttle and I did! Due to their excellent customer service, Carlos(the shuttle driver) and his partner drove my pillow back to the airport for me! They even brought it inside for me. THANK YOU Carlos & the other employee, who's name I didn't catch!! Yes, I could have bought another pillow, but this is my favorite, most comfortable travel pillow. Really disappointed. We arrived at 11pm on Saturday night. There was one shuttle driver and at least 20 people waiting after the shuttle was full (fits only about 10 people). I watched at least 2 Quick Park and 3 TIA economy lot shuttles arrive and depart in the time it took for the one driver to return. Therefore, I will not be returning. read more

It seems to be the most expensive parking available in the Tucson area, but well worth the guaranteed covered parking and super friendly staff. As a frequent traveler (40 weeks per year), I have lots of exposure to these type operations nationwide. Tucson Fast Park and Relax used to be a pleasure. Fast, courteous, predictable. I parked here literally hundreds of times. Not sure what has happened, however, over the past six months thier service levels have been dropping consistently (perhaps a victim of thier own success, not sure). In any event, this past week I had a disastrous experience...took 30 minutes to get me to my car, driver gave my bag to another customer (it was late at night, innocent mistake I'm sure) and I had to track it down (nightmare, don't ask). I was very upset and pulled in to let the manager know. His response was to openly question my integrity. When I became VERY agitated at his refusal to take me seriously, his response was to remind me that Fast Park is a private business and invited me to never return! I contacted the national office to let them know of this and they have yet to respond. Oh well! read more

I really like this place to park at the airport. East entry, no hassle, buss waiting to take you once your car is parked - in the shade! Quick delivery to your airline, give you a card to remind you where your car is (don't loose that), and always waiting when your plane lands. It is very expensive to park at Fast Park. By the time you get your bill it comes to $6.50 per day (yes with membership). Quick Shuttle is next door for $3.99 covered parking and $2.79 uncovered parking. Its all the same! Why go to a lot that will charge so much more per day? Not only did it take more than 20 minutes to get my car but I was floored when I saw the bill. No thanks Fast Park. read more
