I just bought a brand new 2025 RAV4 XSE with a stock 11 speaker JBL sound system. It did not sound bad, but I wanted something better. Bill set me up with Audiofrog speakers, and a Helix V Twelve MK2 DSP Amplifier with up to 160 RMS output power per channel into 2Ohms. It sounds AWSOME, and boy does it get loud, and at high volume it is still crystal clear. I could not be happier. Although it was expensive, it was more than well worth the money. My wife loves her 2005 Mazda Tribute but wanted a backup camera. So, for her birthday I took it to Audio 2000. I also had her satellite radio replaced with one with a larger screen that would allow her phone's GPS to work through the radio. Up until now, she has been using a GPS unit sitting on the dash. I had shopped around for prices and Bill's estimate was on the low end of those. I was impressed by the personalized care he and his staff took in making sure everything worked well. Bill and the team at Audio 2000 are amazing! They were able to integrate an aftermarket amp to my 2015 Corvette Stingray, a feat not accomplished by many. I searched online for well over a month looking for a solution to integrate an amp to the factory Bose system, he made it look easy! The install is nothing short of amazing, much more than I asked for. The team gets an easy 5 stars. Trust Bill for the most difficult installs... Update - I'm flexing the rear hatch, roof, and front pillars/windshield with these three 8" woofers. We had an aftermarket stereo system installed in our Jeep; one of the primary features we wanted was a backup camera. During our first car wash after the installation the camera itself washed off the tailgate. And, in addition, the USB ports didn't work, so we called Audio 2000. Because we live in our motorhome and tow the Jeep, we only have one car; the guys at Audio 2000 made every effort to get us into the shop as soon as we arrived. They told us the installation would take about 90 minutes so we walked up to a coffee shop to wait. The job took a little longer than expected, but the work was really well done. The camera is excellent quality and the new USB ports continue to work really well. We appreciate the workmanship and the reasonable cost for their work. read more

Their work looks good on the surface but lacks pride of workmanship. Cheap switches, electrical tape from Harbor Freight, LED lights that can't be seen unless they are in the shade, poorly fabricated brackets. Overall lack of pride at high end prices. read more

These guys brag about their reviews and service but the truth is these clowns probably couldn't do a worse job if they tried. Their work is amateur crap and they lack professionalism. I scheduled a new radio install a 10 days ahead of time, dropped my truck off in the morning and arranged for someone to give me a ride to work and had would Uber to the shop after work. I call to make sure I can pick up and they didn't even have the wiring harness. Had to reschedule for another day, and was out another Uber ride across town. When the day came I picked up the truck, the backup camera which they installed around the license plate (because they didn't know the tailgate handle camera was incompatible) was pointed toward the sky. The hands free function didn't work. They installed a camera in the front grill which doesn't show how close you are to anything so it's useless. Now I'm back in Texas and because of their shitty work I've got a band connection and any time I hit a bump the sound cuts in and out and basically just have one speaker. I've wasted so much time with these clowns and they did a piss poor job read more

I've been a loyal customer at Audio 2000 since 2008. Every time I walk into this shop I am amazed at the craftsmanship just lying around. One reviewer said that Bill is the best in AZ, but I'd bet that he's one of the top in the nation. This is no Audio Express. Bill's talent and skill goes so far beyond audio "installation". He regularly turns out fully customized interior modifications. Just SOME of the projects I've seen go through his shop include a fully custom carbon fiber console piece for a truck (which turned out glossy, curvy and sexy), fully custom door panels to accommodate speakers that were otherwise too large to fit on a door... The list just goes on and on. And when he's done, you'd never know the vehicle wasn't just made that way (aside from how bad-ass it looks). And if that weren't enough, Bill is honest and an all-around genuinely good guy. He is a craftsman who is passionate about making beautiful things, and doing it right. My new Alpine receiver head unit, power amp, & Infinity speakers needed to be installed in my older Honda Del Sol Si. I got a firm quote from a very well-known car stereo shop, but when I showed up for the appointment, I was "baited & switched", meaning the price went way up, and they lied to me! I left there very discouraged & started over, reading reviews, making calls, etc. This led me to: AUDIO 2000 - (Speedway at Swan). The owner, Bill W. was very impressive with his honesty, & detailed pledge to do this install at a fair price & stand behind the work. I paid good money to have a new amp installed, along with other audio equipment I took to this establishment. Whenever the fader was not working properly, I went back so I could show them the problem I was having in hopes they would check everything and fix it. That was not the case. They blamed it on my head unit, which I thought was odd, but I was still skeptical due to their lack of thorouglly diagnosing the problem. After that visit, I eventually went to The Specialists to purchase a new single din because one of the techs at Audio 2000 told me on the phone they don't sell Kenwood single dins. I was able to show Alex at The Specialists the problem and he knew right away that Audio 2000 had input the RCAs wrong somewhere. He said I didn't need a new head unit and he said to go back to Audio 2000 and have them fix it since I have a install warranty there. So I went back there for the second time and they were literally no help. They did not have a resolution for me. They just kept blaming it on my equipment, which seemed to be a trend. I went back to the Specialists and Lord behold, behind the head unit is where the RCAs were misplaced. If Audio 2000 weren't so lazy, they would have popped out the head unit and saw what I believe to be a simple mistake. They wanted to act snobby because I didn't buy anything from them. I just wanted a professional install, but they failed to deliver that along with professional customer service. This place costed me extra expenses to fix what they messed up and costed me time I cannot get back. You can come here if you want, but I caution you. The Specialists costs a little more down the street, but you get what you pay for. Be blessed read more

Last year my friend Bob Morrow, a foremost authority and highly regarded car audio sales rep, referred me to Bill Wyco at Audio 2000 for installation of a sound system in my 2014 Toyota Tundra. After getting great service and a very pro and clean install, I can't recommend this place enough. As of this date (over a year now from the installation), my system is still going strong. I did have a software update glitch several months ago and even though it didn't have anything to do with the install, Bill took care of it at no charge. Standing behind the product and excellent customer service are important to him and it shows. I also feel the labor prices are fair and you don't get the feeling you are being taken like at so many other places. More importantly, with newer vehicles and potential complications of electronics and computers, things can get seriously messed up, so it is good to go to an installer who knows there stuff that you feel confident about.
