He took a complex job that I wasn't able to do myself. As it turns out, he was able to fix the repair for slightly lower than the telephone quoted price as he was able to remove the door without breaking the clips and using the screen mesh I had purchased when the DIY project turned out to be more than I can handle. Before the conversation ended he asked for the year the home was built and requested a few pictures of the door and framing.
