This place has really went downhill since I opened a mail box here a few years ago. The new owner is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't even show up to open the business half the time. There have been numerous occasion during the past year where I have shown up to pick up my mail and the locations was closed at 12, 1, 2:00, in the middle of the day. The store is dirty as can be and needs a serious deep cleaning. Theres clutter and junk all over the place and it smells like a dead body half the time. There would be times that I would go there to pay the bill and she wouldn't be there. Then when I would finally catch her and the bill was past due, she would want to charge me a late fee. How the hell are you gonna try to charge me a late fee when the reason the bill is past due is because you decided not to show up to work today. The owner has been constantly raising the prices month after month. I finally got tired of it and told her I would extend my box once more before having my mail transferred elsewhere and all of a sudden the price went up an additional $25. When I came to close my account and pick up my final pieces of mail she refused to give them to me and I had to get the police involved. This lady is horrible. I would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere, like the UPS store. Don't waste your time or money here.
