I truly love this hidden gem of a coffee shop! I love that it's tucked away from the main stretch of Abbot Kinney, making it feel like such a peaceful little escape. I've always been able to walk right up and grab a coffee! The service is consistently great, the vibes are always so good, and I love how open and inviting the space feels. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

A Hidden Gem Inside Buck Mason - Beautiful Vibe, But Get Ready for a Crowd! I finally had my first visit to the newly opened Fast Time Cafe, tucked inside the Buck Mason store on Abbot Kinney. It's a perfect little escape from the usual hustle and bustle of the street. The best part about this spot is the convenience! You can browse through great clothes while sipping on your coffee. The interior design is stunningly beautiful, which made waiting in line much more enjoyable. However, because they just opened, the space was very crowded, and seating was extremely limited. It's definitely more of a "grab and go" or "sip and shop" kind of vibe right now. I ordered an Iced Americano. To be honest, the taste was pretty average/standard. It didn't particularly stand out but it was refreshing enough for a stroll down Abbot Kinney. If you're looking for a peaceful moment in a gorgeous setting, this is the place. While the coffee might not blow your mind, the aesthetic and the overall experience of shopping with a drink in hand make it worth a stop.

If you are looking for sour coffee with judgy baristas then I def recommend this place. Bad service. Bad vibes.

Very cute petite coffee shop inside Buck and Mason in Abbot Kinney. The 'Kinfolk'ish look of the store itself made it gorgeous, and I might be biased but I loved Abbot Kinney's ambience that always gave that slow-living vibes. The baristas were all super friendly and welcoming, and I loved the idea that they kept their menu pretty simple offering all the basic ones with couple of their signatures! I went for their sweet latte, which for the size prolly bit on the expensive end, but the area didn't get me surprised. TBH it's probably not my preference of coffee given the acidity, but if you're those within that boat, you might love it. Not plenty of seats available so this was probably more for your short stop and go for your caffeine pickup.

Super cute local nice coffee spot. It feels and looks like a friends living room, with full on chairs, bookshelves and clothing. Love! Wish they had more sitting spots. Coffee is great. Love esthetical vibes

$11 for a matcha?? Thats absolutely ridiculous and absurd as I have had much better quality for lower pricing. They have housemade almond milk which is pre sweetened and is too rough on the throat and also overpowers the whole drink making your latte taste like almond milk not matcha and then when you ask for extra matcha they charge you even more and they stingily give you a little bit and if you ask for more they say theyll charge more. Highly do NOT recommend.

If this place was strictly for the vibes then I would be giving it a 5 start rating. The meticulous detailing for the interior design is a breath of fresh air. I wish there was more seating around, but it is a tight space after all. I ordered some tea and iced coffee which were just okay. This place is more for the aesthetic, which completely floored me! I think it's also a good space to catch up with some friends.

Fast Times is tucked behind the Buck Mason store. They opened in November. The staff was very friendly. They also have a curated collection of books to buy. I came yesterday around 1pm, and it was very busy. I recommend the Nitro Cold Brew! I definitely would come back!

The interior is stunning and cozy, with limited, intimate seating. They offer vinyl, plenty of books, and curated clothing, which adds to the overall vibe. I ordered the spiced maple latte and it was perfectly made--balanced and not overly sweet. The baristas were super chill, brought great energy, and clearly know their espresso. Will definitely be back.

Very disappointing experience. We drove about an hour across Los Angeles specifically to visit this cafe, but it was closed for renovation or some internal reason. Google still showed it as open. Staff were inside and people were moving around, but no coffee service was available. A waste of time and no warning for visitors.

Dear Yelp Community, This place is amazing! Hidden behind Buck Mason, truly beautiful interior design, landscape, coffee shop combined with products (books, pottery, etc.) and fashion. I had a cortado, and enjoyed walking around the shop. Friendly staff. Well wishes. Sincerely, Anna

I went in and they own a retail store & in the very back is where they sell coffee. This place is beautiful! I came here for the aesthetics. The baristas were lovely & helpful. The coffee though was alright - I ordered Maple Spice Latte with oatmilk. The ratio is a lil different from what I'm used to but I felt it was more espresso than milk? I think it's worth the visit

It's one of those spots that's worth the occasional splurge because the quality is just that good. The Spanish Latte is easily one of my favorites and a must-try if you're visiting for the first time. But if you know about the secret menu... sheeeesh. I'll have to gatekeep that one. Let's just say it's hands-down the best latte I've ever had. Perfect balance, amazing flavor notes, and one of those drinks that makes you stop and appreciate how good coffee can actually be. The atmosphere is just as great as the coffee. There are games to play, cozy corners to hang out in, and little hidden gems throughout the shop if you're paying attention. It's the kind of place where you can grab a drink and end up staying way longer than you planned. A true Venice classic and still one of the best coffee spots I've ever been to. Staff is amazing and just feels just a community, they make the experience feel incredible for just getting a coffee

I didn't want to waste the drink so I kept sipping it but you know it's not a good drink if it's been a couple hours of doing laptop work and you still aren't finished with the drink. I ended up just tossing the rest. Maybe the other drinks and coffee lattes can be better but yeah. On the other hand, this spot is spacious with high ceilings and a nice set-up for a cafe!!! One corner is the cafe area where you can order and the other side is where you can sit around or do some desk work on one of the tables. I'd say there is about 2 outlets so you should be prepared to have to wait for one of those seats to open up. The couch here is comfortable but sadly, you can tell that they've been very worn down since there is big spots that sink you right in. Lovely decor nontheless and there's a pretty good aesthetic going on. Prices are pretty reasonable!!! Parking lot across from this spot. Also the ladies here kind of belted out their laughters very loudly even though they are in the corner and it can be disruptive, but it's alright. It just happened very often, even when they climbed upstairs, so it kind of changed the ambiance but nothing too bad. As of now I would probably not want to come back here again, but I would possibly be open to joining a friend here to chill.

The staff are dressed in matching white t-shirts and pants, and the shirts say "All-Day Cafe." However, we walked in a little after 3:00 PM and found out we couldn't order smoothies (which end at 3:00) or breakfast items (which end much earlier at 11:00). For an "all-day cafe," that felt like a bit of a misrepresentation. Since it was very, very hot outside, I was disappointed that they were serving lukewarm water. Unfortunately, there was no vegan pizza on the menu, but our first waiter was very, very nice and friendly, and he had the kitchen accommodate us by omitting the cheese, substituting olive oil for chili oil, and adding spinach. The pizza turned out to be very thin, but yummy, and my party also enjoyed the ceviche. I had an iced coconut coffee that was absolutely delicious. After our first waiter ended his shift, our second waiter, Mike H., took over the table and never checked on us not even one single time after someone dropped off the food. When a small issue came up with one of the plates, he was just so nonchalant and dismissive, and Mike didn't add to the ambiance of the place at all. Fortunately, I believe it was a manager who then stepped in with a smile and addressed the issue, which was really nice. Aside from that unfortunate service experience, the food and drinks were tasty, but the misleading menu hours, lukewarm water on a hot day, and inattentive waiter definitely left room for improvement.
