Stopped in here for lunch on June 4th. Sat at the counter and had beer, sake and the "Kinney roll". Super nice locale, super nice vibe And super excellent service from Forrest and Niko. I'll definitely be back!

And this is just the beginning!

This unique coffee and breakfast restaurant (sushi at night) does not just serve up the most delicious and beautiful drinks; it is an experience. With the gorgeous red brick walls/industrial ceiling, winding counter, windows open to the street, and exquisite glassware and ingredients, Ian is so warm, relaxed, and welcoming. It too is my new favorite coffee experience in Los Angeles.

I was looking for a cup of coffee and stumbled upon Kohi and was so pleasantly surprised! I'm so happy to have supported a small business. I ordered an iced Okasan (espresso, coconut milk, chocolate syrup, kumquat twist): this is simply amazing! I picked out the kumquats I wanted them to use and it was such a delight, subtle flavor that was added I have only tried the Okasan, but I want to go back and try the other specialty coffees! The staff was very warm and welcome. Parking: there's street parking available right outside

Coffee is amazing and great Barista. I have to say it's been a great change and refreshing to find one spot I can call home on Abbot Kinney.

It's one of those spots that's worth the occasional splurge because the quality is just that good. The Spanish Latte is easily one of my favorites and a must-try if you're visiting for the first time. But if you know about the secret menu... sheeeesh. I'll have to gatekeep that one. Let's just say it's hands-down the best latte I've ever had. Perfect balance, amazing flavor notes, and one of those drinks that makes you stop and appreciate how good coffee can actually be. The atmosphere is just as great as the coffee. There are games to play, cozy corners to hang out in, and little hidden gems throughout the shop if you're paying attention. It's the kind of place where you can grab a drink and end up staying way longer than you planned. A true Venice classic and still one of the best coffee spots I've ever been to. Staff is amazing and just feels just a community, they make the experience feel incredible for just getting a coffee

Interesting options like the Fig Leaf Cream Top Cold Brew and the Banana Cream Top Matcha Latte are truly delicious and beautifully balanced, without being a cloying sugar bomb. Of course, it has been reno-ed so it is sanitary AND esthetic. The line "goes out the door" because there really isn't an "indoor". But not to worry, it won't be long before you make it to the front of the line and get to order your drink. I was ever so glad to see a "Nico" on the menu, but upon reading it, the "Scarlet" is what I ended up ordering.... and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. The roast they used is sufficiently strong. The spices were delicious. The location is a stone throws away from the end/beginning of Abbott Kinney. We were able to find a parking spot on the street nearby. There is no private parking lot. On a Saturday morning, it didn't take us long to find a spot. I'm not sure how it will be during the weekday. If you so need, there is a parking lot with meters a couple of blocks away. A "block" in this area is pretty short. The baristas know their regulars and are friendly to newbies like me.
