My car was towed to them on Friday 7/3/26 and was diagnosed ($169) at 3:30pm for replacing camshaft sensor. Joseph also told me they need to replace the gasket to the cover since they have to open the cover. He also told me I have to change the spark plugs and timing belt - all for $2000. Parts are $700 and the rest labor. The car has 104,000 miles and timing belt is due to be changed at 110,000 miles. He told me it should be changed. I told him I just changed the spark plugs and will look for the receipt and I will look for a receipt if the timing belt was changed recently. I also asked for an oil change so Joseph bumped the price by $58.xx Joseph said they are closed on Saturday but he can have the car ready on Monday. So it's very unlikely that work was started as they close shop at 5:30. We discussed the diagnoses at 3:30. I found the receipt for the spark plugs and I will wait for the timing belt closer to 110,000 miles. I tried to leave a vm and message via Yelp but they have not enabled messages at all. So Bradley Auto - do not start work until we re-discuss what is needed and agree on costs. I will be there on Monday when you open. I've heard of Bradley Auto taking advantage of a couple senior women that I personally know on several occasions. They push for repairs that were not needed and charge far more than other places. They also start down talking to you if you question something (manipulative tactic) This is horrible to do to anyone, but seniors need extra patience. If you decide to try them please get a second and third opinion/estimate from a couple other places including the dealer before you settle on them. If it's proximity that you are concerned about, the money you will save by going elsewhere you can use towards a Lyft or Uber ride home. Wound up in a confrontation with this neanderthal when picking up my car for an oil change, tire rebalance and rotation, alignment check, and new wiper blades. Dropped car off at 9 AM and call back to pick up at 3:30 PM. Says they don't do courtesy rides for oil changes but who's got 6 hours to camp out and wait, retired or not. Overall tone and dismissal, especially when I read several other similar comments, can't help but think that ownership backs this manager turning his local customer base away as he's still working there and still in a management capacity. Too bad and so sad for your loss... I'll take my business and my money anywhere else but here. An important safety tip for any business... If a customer finds a business they like, statistically they'll tell 2 people. If they find one they hate, they'll tell 10. We'll see how many this finds. read more

So the quality of the work is good they did what they said they did no argument there. What I had an issue with is there pricing it's a straight up scam. They wanted to charge me $1700 to replace the catalytic converter and they got mad over the phone when I said no I'm going to call around and price. When I did I'm getting an average of 600-700 bucks out the door taxes and disposal included, then they found it had a random misfire code for the engine and said all plugs and coils need to be replaced and it'll be $800 I priced around everyone gave me $400 or less lastly was the item I did approve which is the serpentine belt replacement $148 plus's the diagnostic for the cat $169 with $5.34 in tax's so adding that up $322 but nope they charged and additional diagnostic fee for the belt even though every other shop I've been to puts the cost of diagnostic into the repair since they are getting the work. So an additional 169 is what I ended up being added and I paid $488.82 to have them replace a serpentine belt and at most a couple hours of work it's an old 4 cylinder Toyota they quoted me $3380 for everything and if I would of just went to the other shop I'm quoted $1200 so do your research people this place will take all your money if you let them. read more

Oh October 28,two days ago 2025, I called Bradley's and spoke to Joseph regarding level 4 of the air switch which does not emit any air. I had had the heater core replaced in June and noticed then that there was no airflow on level four. I had personal crisis in June and couldn't get up the nerve to confront what I thought w would be a fight. I'm a 73-year-old elderly woman. Two days before that another clerk named Leo had dismissed my suggestion that this had happened when the heater cord was replaced. Well, if it was working when I brought the car in and was not working when I pulled out of the garage here at Bradley's it seems like a likely factor that should be considered. Actually, I didn't speak much to Joseph as Joseph shouted at me the entire time on the phone told me that he was the expert and he was 99% sure he was correct and if I didn't listen to him, he was gonna hang up . Hard to believe that this is true . He would not consider that this was not an uncommon result of removing the heater core through the dash. He rudely hung up on me. Here's my issue if he's 99 %sure that it is not their problem. What do I do? He's obviously not going to check with an open mind ; his ego is already involved so I really don't know what to do at this point. I had a really uncomfortable experience here. The guy helping me was extremely rude while explaining why the price changed. Instead of being patient or professional, he got frustrated and started speaking to me in a disrespectful tone. He even called me a child, which was completely uncalled for. At one point, he told me to "go ahead and make smiles" while he was trying to explain, in a sarcastic and mocking way. The whole interaction felt The whole interaction was unnecessary and made me feel very uncomfortable. The only positive part was another worker who stepped in and apologized for his boss, which says a lot about how bad the situation was. Again, after 2 months the air stopped blowing cold air. I took the auto to Nissan dealer and they discovered the compressor that was put it was remanufactured and leaking. He also offered to have a driver drive me home and pick me up once car was completed. The second time I went to the shop, it was at approximately 3pm 2 hours before closing and they still went out of their way to get the car fixed and back to me as soon as possible versus waiting until the next day since they were closing soon. We took in my one month old car to get a new tire. We thought we would us a local company instead of a "big box" tire store. When l got the car back, the rear view mirror was unseated and hanging down. I immediately brought it to the attention of a salesperson and was told that "they don't even get by the mirror when they are repairing a tire." I replied, " well you had to be in the car to move our car to the bay and repark in a different space than we originally parked in when we came." My husband called and asked to speak to manager (we wanted to talk to owner but decided to let manager address first) to explain what occurred and how his employee responded to our problem. We called and a salesperson told us the manager was out until Monday (May 15th) but would definitely give us a call on Monday. We just thought it would be good for the manager to address this situation with the employee who worked on our car. No call on Monday. On Saturday, not knowing that this business was about to close, a very friendly associate greeted me and helped me discern which tire I was having an issue with. After identifying which tire had a slow leak he topped off my air and mentioned if I returned Monday they would try to repair the tire. So of course I came back Monday after work at 4:15 and unfortunately, they only had 45 minutes before closing and three other people ahead of me, but they kindly took me knowing this was the only time I could visit after work and fixed my tire. 2nd time getting an alignment on 2 different vehicles. 1a 22 Tacoma 4 new tires and alignment. Upon receiving truck pulled to right. They tried to say it was the road way for water drain off. Yet before taking it in. Vehicle was driving a straight line. After 3 attempts & returns it was better but still pulled right. 2nd vehicle a 24 Accord 2 new tires & alignment. Again upon return of vehicle, it now pulls to the right. Steering wheel off center. I'll be returning today for refund of alignment if possible. This way I can take it to a more qualified location. 2 different cars with the exact same problem upon return of vehicle. Pulling to right and steering wheel off center. Either mechanic is crooked or the machine used is out of alignment. Maybe even inexperienced. Sad I need to waste more of my time fixing a problem they created after purchase of new tires.
