Very disappointed with the customer service at this car wash. The vending machine/payment machine was not working, and when we asked for help, the employees just kept saying it "should be working" instead of actually assist us. No one tried to help or fix the issue. The environment also felt very unwelcoming. Employees looked upset and acted bothered when customers asked questions. There was no friendliness, no greeting, and overall just a negative atmosphere. But before your car goes into the wash they make sure to scrub it down and it makes your car wash last longer. I absolutely love that. Apparently scratches on the car need to be consistent in order for you to write a report to get the scratches fixed on your car. I went in and got my car washed, while I started drying my vehicle I noticed scratches on the front hood, on the right side of my car. I just have to say, they weren't there when I went in... I talked to the manager at the time and he basically told me if it was their machine it would've made scratches throughout the car. I mean, it was definitely busy, I had someone in front and behind me, I doubt they check the machines in between cars like that... I think it's so unfortunate because now I have to deal with a scratched car that just so happened after getting a car wash and have nothing done about it. Thanks. read more

I have come to this car wash since it opened. Have been fairly pleased. To day the blowers to dry a vehicle did not work when I went through. I drove to the attendants and explained to him that there was a problem with the air flowing to dry the vehicles. He looked at my truck which was really wet and told me he heard the dryer. This place was recommended by my sister who lives in the area. Just like the Car Wash where I live, except the cleaning tunnel is twice as long, amazing! Bring your own towels as they are not provided free of charge. $2 for car towels and make sure to take them with you when you leave. They do have complimentary interior cleaning towel wipes for dashboard and steering wheel, so grab some and get to cleaning that inside! Definitely will be back when I'm in the area! Also there is a guy named Art who works here. Absolutely amazing individual and loves to talk to people. When you see him say hi and have a conversation. Okay service if you want to go in and out quickly. If you don't care too much about the paint coating, there will likely be micro scratches as a result. Like the free vacuum after the fact. Got a flyer in the mail for this place a while back. I lost the flyer and wasn't sure where it was. Luckily i was able to find it searching around my area on google maps. This car wash is very nice with one of the best dryers at the end of the wash i've ever experienced. Usually i have to dry my car pretty thoroughly, but with this wash i spent less than 5 minutes drying off the left over wet spots. This place is just down the street for me so i think i found my local car wash. will be back soon. read more

UPDATE- RESPONSE TO OWNER: I've had two broken back wipers to prove otherwise. Also, when I notified your employee of what had happened (and after pressing him a bit), he eventually told me that others have complained about the same mishap. He then admitted that his wiper broke off as well. If only you'd require your employees to tape the back wipers like you used to when you first opened, then I probably wouldn't have broken wipers in the first place, and I'd still be a customer. Funny, when I initially filled out the paperwork stating the issue with the broken wipers, I left my name, phone number and email, yet you NEVER bothered to reach out to me. Got and tried the free car wash via Yelp. Comes with an easy to access bar code that you can share with a friend or a member of your family so they can try it out as well! Drive thru check in was a sinch and the attendants sprayed my car with something 1st (idk what it was lolz ) Then there were lots of foam, water, brushes and disco lights. Came out on the other side ready for the vacuums which I lve. There is a 10 min max time limit on them but no one looked stressed and I didn't get dirty looks for taking 15 minutes instead there's 1 vacuum tube on each side of your car. The one on the left had a circular suction head and the other had a uh flathead(?!) suction head. Both worked well for different parts of the car from car seats to floor mats and my back trunk which we had used to tail gate out of at the beach this weekend. Will definitely return read more

I literally had a membership with this business since they opened. Recently I went and me and another vehicle experienced damages from the wash! I've always been very nice and respectful, while the other lady was giving it to them! Me and the other lady exchanged phone numbers and I find out they resolved her damages while ignoring my request for my damages to be resolved! I wonder what the difference is between us two ?? Anyhoo their attitudes are shitty and have yet to return my call., unfortunately now I have to escalate this issue!! I'm normally not one to leave reviews good or bad but our experience here was absolutely awful, nothing against the employees as they were able to assist my wife in getting her new Tesla ready for the wash, however, the wash itself is horrible, especially the drying, I've been through multiple car washes like this and I understand your car won't be completely dry and spot free but more than half my car was still wet (you see a ton of people taking forever at the vacuums drying their vehicles if that doesn't tell you something) it does not rinse the soap off at all, I had soap streaks all over my vehicle, my wife's car didn't even get any drying whatsoever when it went through the wash. The new $5Express Car Wash in Glendora is 1000 times better than this one. If you care about your vehicles appearance I would highly advise against using this wash, the only thing that gave this 2 stars were the employees and decent vacuums. read more

Came here for a good quality car wash since I just got back driving from Mammoth Lakes. Yelped this car wash and saw good reviews, so I decided to try it out. I paid $14 for the highest tier wash. After going through the wash, I come to realize that my windows are still dirty and all the bugs that were on my car's grill are still there. I just got a new car 2.5 weeks ago and I just went thru and I had the highest paid wash they offer and when I went thru the banging on the side of the car from the rubber washers and then hearing it dry rub on the side of the car. When I got out and was drying it I seen 2 scratches on my car that I never have had. I am very disappointed. I canceled my membership with them and the worker didn't even care and just handed me the paper to cancel. I won't go back again. read more

Do not go here. I came from the arrow entrance and did not have a stop sign. Cars coming from the Towne entrance have a stop sign. As I was approaching someone stopped at the stop sign and proceeded. I did not have a stop sign and approached the entrance. Another woman approached the stop sign and started getting mad and flipping me off because I didn't stop and let her go first. Sorry! I don't have a stop sign. I flipped her back and she rocketed toward me and cut, almost hitting my car. The "manager" Eddie, did nothing. I canceled my membership and emailed demanding my prorated membership back, as I don't feel safe giving my money to an establishment that would allow a person to try to hit my car and cut the line. I will be filing with the better business bureau for my refund, since they have not responded. The car washes are also trash. They never get bird poop off and your car is never dried. read more

The employees there are nice guys who help out consistently if folks have any trouble working the car wash selection system with their credit cards. (It's an extremely simple process, think of a parking garage exit). The lot is always very clean, trash cans never overfilled from people throwing there trash in there. I come here pretty regularly because it is quick and easy and produces a nice-looking car. Most recently, one of my windshield wipers broke and blew off during the drying process. I was anticipating a hassle as a result, and and a disavowal of liability. Instead, I experienced A+ service. Eddie, the manager looked at the damage and the video of what had happened, ordered the wiper, called me to tell me when it was expected in, and called again when it was in. Then he did the replacement in minutes. I could not have been happier. This is a great, customer-friendly and ethical establishment in my book. read more
