Employees don't seem smart; nor did they have basic common sense. I paid for a monthly membership, yet their system failed to register my vehicle. They wouldn't open the thing to go through, so I tried to back my car out, and in the process, my bumper was dented. I'm extremely upset because this damage happened as a result of an issue with their system and the way the situation was handled. I believe Speedy Wash should take responsibility for the damage to my vehicle and work with me to resolve this. After this month, I will NOT be renewing my membership. Very frustrating experience and definitely not the level of customer service I expected.

The waiting area is shady and there's massage chairs inside while your car gets one :) Again, this carwash they are not rushed. and you don't see that in fast paced California.

The was is over 50 years old and it showed. At one time it and most every car wash had gas islands. The last set of pumps remains in place abandoned. The metal roof above is deteriorating inside the waiting area is a mix of eras the beverage coolers are sparsely stocked. Given the proximity to Starbucks. They do a good job at a reasonable price and with minimal staff.

The prices are reasonable and not expensive. What I do want to point out is that everything actually works. Nothing was broken, falling apart, or looking neglected. The equipment was in good condition, and everything worked exactly as it should. That may not sound like a big deal, but if you've been to enough car washes, you know that's not always the case. So, if you're in the area and need to wash your car or just hose off the dust after a long trip, this is a good spot to stop by and check out. Sorry, it didn't really occur to me to take any pictures while I was there.

When I had an older car it was quick and easy to run it through a drive through car wash but those can scratch and mess up your paint. With a brand new car, I am definitely treating it a plenty more delicately. I almost went to EZ Clean Car Wash in Upland, but my dad told me it would be better to go to Good Tyme Car Wash for more bays, wider bays, less wait, and better pricing. Since my dad washes his car and my mom's car almost every weekend, he is definitely the subject matter expert in the area, so I took his advise and went to Good Tyme Car Wash. Pricing is $2.50 for 4 minutes or $5 for 12 minutes. They accept bills, coins or CREDIT CARD. Yay! I am team credit card. If you use your card you are committing to a minimum of $5 and an additional $1 for 1 min 40 sec added after the original time. I probably spent 15 minutes in the bay area since it was my first visit in a long time and I was still getting accommodated to the equipment. With each visit I am confident that I will work more efficiently. I just went with the recommended order: Tire Cleaner, PreSoak, Soap, Foaming Brush, Rinse, Triple Foam, RainX Surface Protectant, Clear Coat Protectant and then Spot Free Rinse. Some bays had the equipment labeled but mine did not so I had to observe which equipment went off when I moved the dial to the selected function. It definitely used up a lot of my time figuring out the equipment. Drying and vacuuming is not allowed in the washing bays and it is in another area in the back to prevent folks from spending too much time in the bays. I brought my own drying equipment and was easily to quickly dry up my car. A romantic outing with a rainbow for me and my baby on its' first spa day! I can definitely see myself frequenting this place for their equipment and decent pricing. It was really good bonding time for my car and I. Highly recommended if you don't trust drive through car wash or a third party for washing your car. I must warn you though... it was quite the upper body work out!
