Quality is poor and wait is long. My car came out with a black oil stain from the auto wash. There's no staff to tell to have their machine fibers cleaned so it doesn't spread oil and grease from other cars onto yours. Their equipment is always messing up. Somedays its their overhead brush, most of the times it's overhead towels. Somedays you get silver wash even when you paid for gold. I don't know if it's system software or it's the tunnel controller not pressing right buttons. The tailgate of my truck is never washed. Never. These points sound very minimal but when your 5 minutes car wash run becomes 30 minutes long struggle just to get the wash right, it's very frustrating. I guess the staff knows about it too. They're always very kind and accommodating but it's the equipment man. This franchise needs to start taking care of its business and it's paying customers. It's the only automated carwash at least in the 5 miles radius of this area of Pasadena and customers like us are giving them so much of business everyday. I had to cancel my membership 6 months ago just because of the reasons above. I came back thinking the company might have improved. Man they're still screwing up. read more

Blatant Liars !! I went for the first time to see how the service is and what they offer. The attendant offered the $16.99 the premium wash and said that it comes with a free wash anytime later. I specifically asked anytime later and the attendant confirmed "yes" anytime later get a free wash. So I bought it in August. Today I went in after that receipt sitting in my car for a couple of months and they blatantly denied that offer of a free wash as it expired. And that there is a date stamped on the receipt which does not signify anything but say " GOLD WASH GUARANTEE". I argued with the manager that this is what they should honor but no they kept denying and lying that this has a time limit of 3 days. What a bunch of Liars. Zero customer service and no regard for a customer waiting ten minutes in queue to get to the pay booth. I would never go there again as it's a mediocre quality wash and I'm sure my Tesla deserves better quality and customer service. Last time I came , I waited for about 10 minutes before pulling out and leaving. The system must have been down. Time before, I was stuck in the carwash during a cycle for around 10-15 min. No one came to explain or apologize. I guess this isn't bad for the price but almost every time in the last couple of months, either the blowers weren't t working, the vacuum was underpowered or you just plain couldn't get through because of a glitch. Also, you have to ask for wipes--if you can actually find an employee. And, like someone previously said, you have to remove things like bird poops manually because there is no way they are going to come off in the wash cycle. Can't say the top of my car ever really gets clean. And, they have a lovely little sign that says, please don't spend more than 5 minutes when they're busy. Just to vacuum my car out takes 10 minutes. How the heck am I supposed to get everything done in five? It's crazy! read more

Definitely plan to spend about 10-25 min (depending on the time of day and day of the week.) If you're paying by Credit Card, or if you have a membership, you can use the faster lane on the right side when entering. I was paying by CC, but didn't realize the right lane accepted CC so ended up waiting an extra 5 min (roughly). Overall, this was relatively fast. Wait in line, pay, align your tires, sit back and enjoy the colors of the drive through machine (while having mild anxiety because you can't see what's in front or in back of you), and leave! If you're like me, you can just drive off and let the air dry your car. But there's also an area to pull out and dry/vacuum your car as well. If you're used to paying a lot for a car wash, I'd say just spend the extra money and get the most expensive one. It's all less than $20, and it'll give you more peace of mind knowing you've covered everything. It's a bit further than home for me, but if I'm in the Pasadena area and Mochi's in need of a quick rinse, I'll definitely come by again! read more

I've been to this car wash multiple times and have always been satisfied. I usually get the silver ($10) so they could wash my wheels as well. You can't really expect too much for a machine drive in car wash but this one definitely does a decent job. I don't recommend taking a brand new car in case there are scratches but if you have a older car like me (2012 Camry) then definitely come here for a quick wash, takes pretty much 5-10 minutes and usually fast lines. There are vacuums to use on your car after and they give front dashboard wipes for you to use yourself. read more
