They claimed they had no record of my collection at all! When you arrive at the lab, there's no assistant to check you in, no one to guide you, and their phone line is useless -- no one ever answers. After all this, they still had the nerve to send me a bill to pay at home, even though I never got my results. This is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life. If you value your health, your time, and your sanity, avoid this place at all costs.

I am always impressed with the ease and quickness of their check-in process and definitely enjoy the fact that I can wait in my car until receiving the text that I'm up next. The wait was a bit quicker than average, I would say. I choose to use this location both out of convenience of area for me and because it's much nicer and well-kept than some others I've been to.

After two years at Quest, every visit usually involved multiple needle sticks, and my veins would often stop cooperating before all the tubes were collected, meaning they had to start over somewhere else. My experience at LabCorp has been the complete opposite. The check-in process is incredibly convenient. You can check in from your phone or use the kiosk in the lobby. My first appointment started right on time. The second was slightly delayed because my doctor gave me a Quest lab order instead so the delay was on my end. I also really prefer LabCorp's front desk setup. Having someone available to answer questions or help with check-in makes the whole process much smoother. At Quest, you often have to wait until a phlebotomist comes out to call the next patient before you can ask for assistance if something goes wrong with the kiosk or your appointment. At LabCorp, there's always someone at the front desk to help, which makes a big difference. The phlebotomists have been outstanding. During my first visit, she found my vein on the first attempt and collected all eight vials without any issues. On my second visit, I had a different phlebotomist who was just as impressive. She took her time feeling for the vein and made sure she was confident about the placement before inserting the needle. Once again, she got all five vials on the first stick with no problems. The only suggestion I have is that if you're bringing a paper lab order from another lab, such as Quest, arrive a little early. They have to recreate the order in their own system by looking up each individual test, so that process delayed my second appointment a bit. Once that was finished, everything moved smoothly. Overall, I've been extremely impressed. The lobby is spacious and very clean, there have been far fewer people waiting than I was used to at Quest, and I love that you can even wait in your car until it's your turn if you prefer. As someone who has always dreaded getting blood work because of difficult veins, LabCorp has made the experience surprisingly easy. Based on my experiences so far, I would absolutely recommend them.

I needed to get my glucose test done, so I booked it here anyway. I was able to book it online and book it for an appointment first thing in the morning which was nice because I didn't want to have to fast for too long. For the glucose test, I had to sit in the lobby for a couple hours. I thought it was a bit odd they had me sit in the lobby for it and not in a back room, but it was fine cuz I ended up being okay. The guy that took my blood each time was so nice and friendly. He was great! And did a great job finding my veins. Sometimes that can be hard cuz apparently I have small ones and when I'm fasting it's even harder haha. But he was really nice and encouraging. Probably one of the best experiences I had here which was nice since I had to sit out in the lobby for a couple hours.

Who enjoys going and getting their blood drawn. It's kind of like enjoying a vampire movie…read more I will say this, I do appreciate a place being able to take your blood and make it as painless as possible. And this quest was definitely one of them. I had an appointment for 12:30. I got there about 15 after and about 12:35 they were able to take me. The whole thing went less than 6 minutes. The lady that took my blood was fun, talkative and enjoyable. I find it amazing how nice people are if you're nice to them first. Anyway, this was a great quest to go to. If I ever need to go to quest again, I absolutely will consider this place to be my stop. Bottom line? Nobody likes to have their their blood drawn, but if you have to have it drawn at a quest laboratories, this would be the one.

It was crowded, difficult to find (inside a hospital) and the staff is clearly stressed. The woman who did my blood draw (a younger woman with glasses and fake lashes, I don't know her name) messed up on my first arm and my vein collapsed. NEVER had that happen before. I'm healthy and vascular, medical staff usually say it's easy to draw from me because of it. I've never had a vein collapse before. She then tried to insinuate that I must be dehydrated when I'd been fasting for 12 hours and had drank three bottles of water since waking, and even walked in to the draw with a bottle of water. She then switched to my second arm to finish the draw. She failed to tape the cotton properly to me after. The tape kept trying to come off and blood was running down my arm as I went to the elevator. I had to use the tape from the first arm (which luckily didn't bleed) to shoddily tape down the other side. About 12 hours later appear, I have small hematomas forming. I'm pissed as hell since this might interrupt my workout schedule. Both my arms are sore and I iced them immediately after getting home. Do NOT go here. Go to any other Quest. I've never had this happen at their other locations around Vegas. Spare yourself.

I arrived at 9 :20, filled out my paperwork and got ready for the night. The staff there was excellent, very friendly, ready to answer questions and concerns, and made the experience very enjoyable. The room itself was fairly scarce, it had a dresser, nightstand, TV, and was outfitted with cameras. Get you completely wired up with all the sensors you need, it's time to go to bed. Now I get it. Sleeping somewhere else is never as comfortable as your own home, however, I will say that the mattress is there. We're very cushy and it was a overall comfortable experience. Would I rate this as a five-star hotel? No. Was it the worst hotel I've ever stayed in? No absolutely not. This was completely acceptable, clean and functional. Bottom line? If you're looking for a great place to get a sleep study done, I cannot recommend this more.

She sat me down and showed me some TINY clip which I thought were regular tweezers and said she needed 2 TINY samples. On my paperwork it stated :One Single Hair" test. What does that mean to you, the average lament person...ONE SINGLE hair, correct?! Ugh. All of a sudden I heard this large snip sound- it was scissors!! What?! I assumed and she acted like she was going to take two tiny individual stands of hair w the tweezer type clip. I looked and almost threw up! It was a HUGE CHUNK about 6 inches long! I freaked out bc I had already literally JUST told her that my hair does NOT grow! She said she needed one more chunk I said absolutely not!! NO JOB is worth taking that much hair out. I am probably the handful of people who has never even smoked weed let alone done meth or cocaine and I will NEVER go to this place ever again. I just told her I had been in a panic all week bc my hair was thinning due to covid and yet now I have a huge chunk missing. Are you kidding me?! I sat in my car crying bc I was so livid and frustrated that she lied to me. If she would have shown me on herself ok this is how much I am going to take-Twice, then I would have said nope no way and left. I cannot believe they are not honest w people-I dont know many women who just dont care that they are missing a huge 6+ inches of hair. I called a few hours later to ask to speak w a manager apparently she is one. Again she was VERY rude & completely non empathetic to my hair situation at all. She just told me "oh well its a matter of opinion" wow really. She is a manager? She was speaking over me -I said if you would please wait until I am finished speaking...Overall this place was an utter nightmare of an establishment. NO job is worth that unpleasant and nightmarish experience! Period. Do not go there- go to a diff company or get a diff test done unless you are fine with a huge chunk of your hair missing. I am NOT ok with it & I will be seeking advice from other higher ups trust me. She should NOT be working within the customer service industry period!! I guess I will have to wait 30 years and hope my hair grows back a few inches thanks to this lady. She was so dishonest and unprofessional- literally the worst combination you could ever have in customer service industry. I do NOT recommend going here..do some research & ask for a different professional company with employees who actually explain the process FULLY and make sure you are ok with how much hair you will actually be losing.

Hopefully, he's just going to be a late talker. But I'm so happy we know it's not autism.
