I arrived at Fast Park. They said they only had valet. Left my keys with them and caught the shuttle to the airport. Arrived on the late flight around 11:00 p.m. There was only one driver so since the shuttle was full I had to wait ~ 25 minutes until pick up. Then they could not locate my valet key or another couples valet key. After riding around in the shuttle for a while I informed the driver I would walk around and find my car. I located my truck (the door was open and keys in the side) and there were 9 cars parked behind it. I helped the other couple find there car and luckily only one car was behind it. I had to help the driver move all of the cars. One car didn't start so we had to jump it. Moral of the story, make sure and stay away from valet and late night flights if your parking at FastPark. Otherwise, they are good. read more

Arrived Christmas day 2015 and was told lot was over booked by 400 cars (not kidding) and would need to leave my keys wit them. Returned Dec 30th to find they had never parked my vehicle, and had let an RV on the lot against their own policy which promptly smashed my car. On top of that they improperly tried to jump start my car and blew out the fuse box, drive train computer, radio CD player etc. They basically fried my car after having let it be smashed while unprotected by a vehicle that never should have been on the lot. Then a lot enforcer thug tried to tell me that all the problems were caused because my key fob didn't work. When I told him this was bulllshit he threatened me. Two months later I got my car back and key fob still works the same as it did the day I pulled in. Negligent business practices to say the least!!! read more

We just returned from a Las Vegas trip and parked our car in the ABQ Fast Park. We had prompt pick up going and coming. Not sure what the previous reviewer was talking about. We kept our car keys at all times. Did not turn them over to the bus drivers. We will definitely use Fast Park again. read more

Very Disappointed! They were so full that we had to leave the keys with them to be parked in a spot once places opened up. I had a quarter of a tank when parking the car. I should have written down my millage but did not think to do so before getting on the shuttle. When getting back into my car, before even getting out of the parking lot my E light came on. There is no way my truck should have been on empty. We have always used Fast Park but after this we won't be using them again. When contacting the manager, he had really nothing to say. He apologized but other then that he didn't have anything to say. I am the manager of a small local business and know what great customer service is. Very Disappointed! read more

An amazingly well-run, friendly, and efficient operation. It's so rare that companies really do put the customer first, and almost unheard of in the travel industry. But this operation is always terrific -- and somehow the shuttle drivers magically appear just as you get out of your car when you arrive, right at your car. I knew the Fast Park drivers and cashiers were friendly (and knowledgeable about whether your tires needed air after your month-long trip to Europe). But what I didn't know was how far above and beyond they would go when I really needed it: I left my work bag -- with my computer in it! -- at the parking space last night when I arrived totally jet-lagged after a 24-hour journey home. This morning, I spoke to the general manager, who insisted that his marketing guy drive up to Santa Fe (an hour away) to bring me my bag. I was floored...and very grateful. This is the kind of company we should all reward with our business, and by telling friends. read more

Really disappointed in the service this week. I don't know it the management has changed or if they have changed the number of vans in use but they were terrible at the airport this week. I arrived at 11:30 PM and the airport was full of travelers. I saw a green van waiting but the driver closed the door in my face saying they were full and I would have to wait-no offer to stand or use the seat up front. 15 minutes later the next van arrives and there are now a dozen passengers waiting-at least this driver allows standing but he still has to drive off leaving some behind. When we arrive at the lot the driver does not help with the bags and drives right past my car-doubting me when I said stop(and I gave him my green ticket). When I reported the lack of service at the entrance her response was to use the parking on the other side of the highway (their yellow vans had been arriving and leaving in droves) no sorry just we only have two vans running at night. They have been my go to parking since we moved to Albuquerque 2 years ago. They have always been polite, organized and efficient-I don't know what happened but if their policy of having two vans at night has out grown their popularity I may need to find a new parking spot! read more
