Fast Park and Relax has mastered airport parking. It doesn't get better than this. Fast Park makes parking for a trip totally a breeze. They are focused on business travelers, but anyone who wants cheap parking can use it. They keep refrigerated bottled water to give to you upon exit, but attendants will give one to you when you enter if you ask. Once you're parked, shuttle pickup is extremely fast and always polite. The driver will give you a business card which has your parking spot written on it. Keep this so you can hand it to the shuttle driver upon your return. If you can get a membership card, you can get even better daily rates, but you have to actually have your card on hand to start earning rewards. But typically it's a good discount which drops the price by more than a dollar per day. When returning home at odd hours, it's wonderful to come back to the brightly lit, secure area at Fast Park and Relax. read more

I travel pretty regularly and I think most of us who do so are faced with a somewhat vexing conundrum: park at the airport and you get close to your gate, but pay a premium. Park with an outside service and you have to catch a bus to the terminal: this can be an issue if you're running late. That said, given the general inevitability of the situation (you have to park *somewhere*), I've had a consistently excellent experience with Fast Park. They're quick, upbeat, helpful and they don't dawdle around when you need to get to the gate. Additionally, the day rates are totally fair (usually between six and seven bucks a day), and they'll set you up with a newspaper on your way out, a bottle of water when you get back home. Traveling's a hassle. But how nice to feel like you're actually getting bang for your buck. read more

Every time that I need to park at Austin Airport, I park at FastPark & Relax (FPR). Very limited negatives and plenty of positives. Let me walk you through a parking experience. First, the parking spots are covered and assigned. If you have an electric car, they have a charger. Second, the shuttle picks you up immediately to take you to the airport. You may end up making a few trips to pick up other customers. Third, the shuttle drops you off directly near your airline's front desk. Then you are off on your flight with no worries about your vehicle. When you return, FPR have a central pickup near the baggage claims. They have a shuttle run every 5 minutes or so. Again, they take you directly to your car (or they drop off customers first). Next, drive to the front gate and if you have a military card, ask for the discount! Also, they offer free water bottles to properly hydrate your body. Consider joining the membership to obtain free days! read more

Fast - CHECK - never waited for a shuttle - plus was picked up with a smile and the shuttles are clean and brightly colored so easy to spot. Park - CHECK - easy to locate - take the Cargo exit before the main Airport exit take a left at the stop sign, and you can't miss it. Great covered parking, and LOTS of it. They tell you were to park when you enter. Relax - CHECK - get a newspaper if you have a morning flight, and a water on the way out. Can't complain. Fast Park really has their act together. On entry you get a timestamp and are told which row to park in. By the time you get out of your car and go to the trunk to get your luggage a shuttle is there to pick you up; a few minutes later you're at your terminal. On return, you just walk out to the off-airport parking shuttle pickup section, get in a waiting shuttle or wait a couple of minutes for one to pick you up, hand the driver the parking spot number the outgoing driver gave you, and a few minutes later you're back at your car. And then when you leave they give you a free bottle of water. Covered parking, reasonable rates, fast service - what's not to like? They're in a great location too, you can take the exit that says airport cargo entrance and then just do a left. read more

We arrived at 2:30 AM and a nice attendant was there. They picked us up at our car and helped us with our luggage. They dropped us off promptly at the airport. On the return, we walked outside and caught a shuttle immediately at 1 AM even though the airport was super busy. Again they dropped us off at our car and helped with our luggage. We drove to the attendant and we took way too long retrieving our ticket, but the man was so nice. It is a great service!! read more

I was very disappointed that, after being super careful on our flight, and only taking SWA because they kept middle seats open, FastPark2 PACKED their shuttle bus to the brim with travelers returning from who knows where. Very unsafe business practice putting everyone at risk because they are too cheap to bring a driver or two back on. They were listed on a disabled veteran free parking. We arrived mid day and was confirmed in person that they did indeed offer free parking to disabled vets. We could have easily went and parked at the air port for free but instead decided to park in a non garage. Upon checkout they told us there was no such thing at as free parking and that they only offer a 10% discount. We showed them the card we were given upon arrival for the free parking and they had no idea what we were talking about and how we were misinformed. This took 40$ out of our pockets. They also had 8$ advertised parking a day and for. 3 nights that should have been 32$ instead they charged us 40$ and with the "discount" it came out to 34. Will never be parking here again the manager was absolutely no help. read more

Everyone at this place was so super nice. I was running late to my plane and the bus driver was so nice. Then when I got back I didn't have the correct number (my fault) that bus driver helped me out. When I had to check out the ladies were very patient as I looked for my exit ticket. Last time I traveled I went to another place and ended up having to uber because they were not open 24/7. I have parked here before and have a great experience every time! read more

I had my catalytic converters cut off my vehicle while parked here, I was told they did not have cameras out in the SW portion of the parking lot (I was on row W). If you drive a vehicle that is targeted for these types of thefts (Like my Toyota), perhaps ask to not park out in that section that has no cameras and is far from the main entrance. Otherwise I've parked here since it was built with no issues and good service. read more

This was our first try on FastPark and we had good service going into the airport, but our arrival home at midnight on July 4 was a different story. No shuttle - no answer on the phone. We stood there with 10 other passengers waiting for an hour and finally everyone called an Uber to get to their cars at 1AM. Electric charge stations, free water, points don't matter if service isn't there.... and it definitely is not here. We will not use again. read more

Outstanding. Door to door service was very fast and very convenient. We had a late return flight (1am) and there was a shuttle there waiting for us at the curb , and hey whisked is back to our vehicle promptly . At other airports, I've had bad experiences waiting 30 minutes just for a van to swing by, so this was extra amazing. I always park here. It's fairly inexpensive and covered. You rarely have to wait for a bus to pick you up. Typically it's there waiting for you. They are very close to the airport if you're cutting it close. And when you come home, there's a van waiting. If it just pulled off, give it 15 seconds, and there's another van to pick you up. Checking out can get tough if someone doesn't read the signs, but otherwise, Austin Fast Park is always a pleasant and welcome experience. read more

I've now been waiting for 15 minutes while they wave people down the rows so that they can fill the spots. Meanwhile they have plenty of idle vans waiting to pick other people up. We recently used fastpark on Friday. We parked and within minutes of getting off the car we were picked up by the shuttle. We drove around for about 3 minutes, picked up another and we were off. Not at all like at ABIA - where you have to factor in 30 minutes of picking up passengers before you even head for the airport terminals. We were given a ticket with our location and upon return, we were shunned from boarding as we were told he was full but another would be right there. He was right. as in 2-3 minutes later we had a brand new driver and shuttle. Another passenger boarded and boom, just like that we were off again. (mostly because it was 12:50 am and the guy said he was the last one off the plane. He winked at us so who knows if that was true, but I was happy none the less. Boom, and just like that dropped off right in front of our car. I will definitely use this again. We were charged for a full 4 days and they charge $2 for partial days. So $42 and change. Not bad and I'm sure still cheaper than ABIA. read more

Worst place to park at ABIA. Why? 1) Farthest Away from Airport 2) Spaces so close you get door dings 3) Price Schemes! $8.75 per day? Yeah right! Try $8.75 for full day then $2 an hour after. Been better off to park in Short Term at ABIA- Contacted Customer Service because I've been an ignorant member since they opened (long time) and they were short and matter of fact and exhibited poor customer service or made any attempt whatsoever to reconcile. The line for fast park was about 75 deep. There are not enough shuttles and they simply don't have the staff to accommodate.

What can you really say about a parking lot by the airport? This one may be a little different then your norm. Upon entering they direct you to a row based on your return, and if you're there in the morning they've newspapers should you want one. Most every spot is covered as well. The second you're parked there is a shuttle at your vehicle ready to pick you up. Often there is a very nice driver behind the wheel who is more than happy to help with your luggage. Once at the airport they do the same helping you off. Once you've returned there are multiple shuttles waiting to get you back to your car. Once your headed out through the pay point they have cold bottles water to drink. read more

Been parking here for 18 years. At times the service and convenience were top notch. At present it is among the lowest it has ever been at least for the past few months. Only time it was worse was when they were trying to figure out a new system when they opened the large back expansion lot. I expect this is more of a management issue as they now seems to have the driver staffing back, but they are not used efficiently. read more

Doesn't get much easier than this. I traveled on December 23 and was dreading the whole parking/shuttle/crowded scene. What a pleasant surprise to pull right in, show the barcode on my phone and be directed to a nice corner spot quickly. The shuttle van was waiting for me when I parked and I was whisked off to the airport and dropped at my airline's door. Upon return, (Christmas day) the van was waiting outside baggage claim and, with minimal waiting time, I was back in my car and driving through the exit booth. Using my phone again to quickly access my balance, I paid and was even offered a complimentary bottle of cold water in a huge cooler stationed right at the exit. First class experience all the way and I will definitely use them again. read more

PreCovid these guys were fast and there would be a van waiting there or in 5 minutes. Now it is not the same. Vans are rarely there and it takes 10 min or more to show up. I miss the old days. When they do show up there are too many people for the van and there is no line so it is a struggle to get on. I've been parking here off and on since 2005. I tried some of the newer facilities just to be completely dissatisfied. The customer service at Fast Park ATX completely exceeded my expectations. After returning from my trip and arriving home, I discovered I'd lost my cell phone. I knew I'd deplaned with it but of course, I forgot my password to the cloud and so begins the search. I call Fast Park and they advised nothing was found. My friend suggested we back track and check ourselves. The staff was so accommodating, allowing us to search the bus, the manager let me use her personal phone in an attempt to recover my password, she even shuttled is back to the airport so I could check (especially since parking on a Saturday is insane). My phone wasn't recovered but I will always be thankful for the kindness and sincerity we were shown. They have a customer for life. Thanks Fast Park! read more

This was a nice experience. From the drop-off and the shuttle to the airport, to the prompt shuttle and return process, I have no complaints. My only tip for future customers is to ask the shuttle driver for a parking card where you can note the space where your vehicle is parked. I have pretty good memory so the shuttle driver on the return helped me find the vehicle, but another customer handed him a business card-type reminder of where his was at, that I didn't receive. As others have mentioned, unless it's busy, you can pass on a reservation and save yourself $5. The bottled water at the end was a nice touch, especially after a long trip toward the end of the night. Another note: A customer I was riding with had a flat tire when they returned, and it's my understanding that the lot staff helped out. Everyone I encountered was friendly, and this will be my first option the next time I need to leave the car somewhere. Thank you and keep up the good work. read more
