I went to them to print hundreds of directories for two schools. The man I dealt with was nice and easy to work with (at least at the time) and provided written estimates at a good price so we decided to go with them. The process was fine but had an odd experience when I went to pick up the directories and could hear the man I was working with being screamed at in his office by presumably the owner of the business. Felt uncomfortable and unprofessional and didn't know if it was related to my order or not, and did not have any other issues. Fast forward to the following year, I approached them again to see if they could print the directories and was told they didn't want to do business with us. Thought it was strange as all of my interactions with the man prior to that were nothing but positive. Why would a local business not want to work with local schools? Based on that, I would not recommend them. read more

I called and spoke to Valerie. She was super helpful and provided me with a quote very quickly. It took days for other vendors to provide quotes. She took the time to walk me through each step of the process. The turn around time on the job was just 24 hours. That is super fast!!! I was expecting the normal 2 week turnaround time. Really great quality product, clean & crisp printing, job was cut precisely to our specifications... Overall it was a quick and easy experience. I have been working with Prestige Printing for over a year now for all my business printing needs. Jennifer and Rose are always very helpful and friendly. They have a quick turnaround for projects and the printed material comes out very high quality. I'm not a pro at all when it comes to picking paper type and weight so I really appreciate that I can just let them know what I'm printing and they will make the best recommendation for paper and size. Prestige Printing is amazing -- both in what they do and how they treat their customers. I needed two signs printed last-minute (a very small job). Not only were they willing to do it, but Rose made me feel like a high priority. Three hours after I spoke with her on the phone, I was picking up my order! The prints turned out wonderfully, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Note: their office can be a bit hard to find. My Mother in Law passed away and we needed 25 brochures within 4 days for her Celebration of Life. I found Prestige through Yelp and wanted to comment on two special people. I brought a picture of my father into them to have it enlarged and put on a board for his funeral service. Prestige Printing is as good as it gets. The fact that they're a local business that's been in business for as long as they have speaks volumes too. I have used Prestige Printing on numerous occasions with work in the past and they've always been really great communicators, and our print jobs always turned out excellent. This is why I knew, that when I was going to print my wedding invitation suite, that I would contact them. I am SO GLAD that I ended up contacting them to print my wedding invitations! They turned out BEAUTIFUL!!! Valerie was so helpful when I was explaining the "look/feel" of the paper that I wanted. She really went the extra mile because I wasn't able to go into their office to feel the paper myself; so she personally text'd me pictures so I could at least get a visual. Even when it came to last minute paper concerns, Valerie was right there with her expertise to make me feel good about the choices. She answered all my questions and was so patient with the entire process! I seriously couldn't be more grateful! And as if that wasn't enough, the final printed invitation suite FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! They were so beautiful and looked so high-end. The staff at Prestige are truly exceptional.
