James must be really bored if he's reaching back to a 3 year old review. However, I will enlighten readers with a response: The previous owner, Doug, took care of me and replaced the peeling decals on my window. Even though James claims it was 18 months, (I think it was closer to 12) but that's besides the point. They peeled off again and James would not do the right thing and simply replace them. I wouldn't pay one dollar because you should stand behind your product and do the right thing. I don't do business with people like him as there are plenty of other businesses that deserve my patronage. So when they claim they should last 5-7 years I guess that is a load of crap! read more

I have been working with this location at FASTSIGNS for several weeks and have been really impressed. I am an event planner, and I am doing many small jobs for a nonprofit events this week. Because the nonprofit clients have not ever put an event on before, nor have created marketing materials, there has definitely been an education process. I love how my Mustang looks after putting the stripes on!! Sam Joseif the guy who worked on my car was AWESOME!! He was professional, patient,meticulous..He took his time to put on the first side of my side door rocker stripes. I asked him if it was ok if I stood there and watched it and he was totally fine with it...not just like "Oh God!! This guy wont let me work"..he asked my feedback...gave suggestions...he worked on my car like if it was his...Patiently moved things around till he was happy with it...He finished the install in less than 1.5 hrs... The first side took him about an hour to tailor it...place it right but the second he did it in 20 mins...He was very courteous and I am very glad I took my car to him.. Price wise..it was kind of sttep..cos they gave me an estimate for 3 hours and even though it didnt take 3 hours, they charged me for the full thing..I was so happy with the work Sam did..I didnt even bother... 5 stars for Sam's work and the courteousness of the staff but they could do better at adjusting the estimate to the real amount if the work took lesser time..I sure they would ask me to pay more if it took more than 3 hours..why not the other way?? Anyways..I would definitely recommend this place and especially Sam... read more

I have never dealt with a more unethical group. They are nice until you place your deposit. I was told that my sign would be ready on a specific date only to find out that is would be much later. Next came the we can get it on time if you pay $150 expediting fee. They made the date but showed up without the proper materials to finish. Then they came out again to hopefully finish the install but didn't have the right color and was told that I had to pay for that as well. The installer was a great guy and hopefully he will find a respectable organization to work for. read more
