They were very bad and it was original part from 2007 with 250k miles on the car. It was time! Everyone was all booked and I needed service fast so I found integrity vehicle diagnostics and mobile repair. Vincent the owner of the company got me scheduled in right away same day and came to my house and installed the new parts for me. He re grease the front lower control arms bushing that definitely needed some for my polyurethane bushings very dry! Vincent was done less than 4 hours for the front upper and lower control arms assembly and front lower ball joints. He doubled checked his worked and we went on a test drive and wow! day and night difference! The price on the work is very competitive than going to a shop and waiting for hours wondering about your vehicle instead have Vincent come to your house and have peace of mind!! Im very pleased with his work and knowledge I have no regrets I will be definitely call him back for any repairs on my vehicles. Thank you Again Vincent!

To be fully transparent, I'm very specific about a lot of things when it comes to my vehicles so there were things that I noticed that weren't right, a couple things still exist to this day that were caused by the shop. However, every time I told Miguel about these issues he immediately did his best to help fix them. And they did fix most of the issues I had. This is not a bad shop at all. His work was amazing. The challenge I gave Jorden was that he could not access the back of the panel from the wheel well, he could not take apart the interior (my choice) but between the leather, cabling, window mechanism and double walled frame under the spot, it would make it impossible to get at the rear. We looked at opening the roof compartment for the convertible, but that gave no access. I very reluctantly agreed to allow him to drill a hole inside my wheel well if needed, but he knew that was not my preference But Jorden was left very confident to work on it and figure out how to fix the dent. Which is exactly what he did. This is what differentiates him from the average dent pullers, I'm shocked and impressed at how perfect the repair was and that Jorden went above and beyond to find a 1/2" hole, covered with a rubber seal in the frame of the door. He skillfully inserted a very long tool and generously carefully worked on the dent until it vanished. The dent was about 18" in the hole.

They replaced the starter and engine (192K miles), with a newer more lightly used engine. Also replaced axles and did some and some differential work. Extensive repairs to say the least! They explained everything they were fixing. I got the car back on time and it's running GREAT! It's running very smoothly and quietly, it definitely seems like a different car. These guys (Larry and Andrew) were great and I plan on going back for all my routine maintenance. They had some rebuilt engines in some cars that looked like something out of a Hot Rod Magazine. I called a few times and they left me a message on my phone. I didn't listen to the message entirely, however, when I called, the person was hard of hearing (understandable) but then when I explained my situation and just asked for a quote he rudely explained to me what kind of paint damage happens on cars and how they are a year out because no one wants to work. I get that, however, the way he said it was inappropriate, even for someone just inquiring. I do not recommend this business to new customers at all.

I knew where to take my car. Joe takes care of mechanical work and his brother Mike takes care of the body shop side. Once again, wow. Mike took care of making arrangements for payment from the other guy's insurance and after dropping off my car, even drove me to the rental car agency. They did amazing work. The car looks great. Later I thought I found some small nicks (I love this car so I'm trying to keep it in great shape) on a hood decal that MIGHT not have been there before. I wasn't sure and asked what he thought. Since I wasn't sure I offered to pay for the replacement decals and installation. He wouldn't let me, not even half. He decided to just take care of it for free. Wow. Now I felt bad since I really wasn't 100% sure that it was from them and no matter how many times I offered to pay in full or half it didn't matter. So yes, everything from the guy backing into me turned out great. Then, months later I hit a curb pretty hard and damaged my front splitter. It's carbon fiber and it was cracked beyond repair. Well, I knew where to go. This time there was no insurance involved and once again, great work and again he was just a nice guy. And he gave me a smoking price. I am so happy with this shop I'm now trying to think of other things I need painted. I have a motorcycle helmet that I dropped and am going to bring them to clean up the scuff and my wife's fender has a pretty big ding on it. I can't recommend this shop enough. It makes you feel a bit better about this sometimes messed up world when you find an honest shop that does great work. So, guys, I'll be back!
