My friends and I decided to make a reservation at Fat Eddy's for her 21 birthday dinner. Our server was very kind, and our food was phenomenal. We were served at a table for 7. They were on top of everything. I forgot to take a picture of my fried pickle chips but they were great! (I am a fried pickle enthusiast).. The restaurant was clean, and has plenty of space. I highly recommend eating here if you like good bbq. They also have an all you can eat rib special as well that two of my other friends really enjoyed!

3 - Good choice if you're in the area. Skip to the end to see my rating scale. Been wanting to stop at Fat Eddy's for a few years now as I'm a regular in the Grove City area. They have a few craft beers on tap, but most were from breweries with a national presence like Great Lakes and Sam Adams. I would have liked to have the ability to try stuff from some of the breweries local to the area like Big Rail or North Country, but that wasn't in the cards when we were there. Our waitress was friendly and attentive although not super knowledgeable on the product. We were happy with her service. The interior seems like it wants to be on the trendy/industrial side, but came across to me as though there were some corners cut, like the booths came from an old family restaurant at some point. Finally, I was hoping that the food would pull the overall experience up, but it didn't. I suppose it's pretty good if you don't BBQ yourself, but I was hoping for something better than what I can do on my own at home. I think I may have learned from this experience to just eat my own BBQ from now on! None of this is to say that Fat Eddy's is a bad place. It's definitely not. If you're around the outlets, it's a good choice for BBQ and a beer after a day of shopping, but I wouldn't go too far out of my way to visit again. My rating scale: 1 - Just don't 2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by 3 - Good choice if you're in the area 4 - I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here 5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here

If you are looking for good bbq in the area this is a good option. The brisket is good and the Mac 'n Cheese is okay. I have tried their burgers and I also liked it as it's nice and juicy. The service is relatively quick and friendly. The restaurant has a lot of pigs as decor which is fitting (and cute).

We've seen this BBQ spot on our visits to Grove City before and finally got a chance to try it. We were impressed from every single thing we had -- the smoked wings were amazing and their barbecue sauce is incredible -- smoky and tangy and sweet all at the same time. We also enjoyed our burnt ends, brisket, ribs, fries and macaroni and cheese. This is our new spot when we make a trip to Grove City for sure.

I stopped here on a visit and needed a quick meal to go. I went to the bar to order. The restaurant is spacious and I enjoyed the smell of smoked meat from the parking lot. I checked out the menu and decided upon the smokehouse platter with pulled chicken for $17. For the two sides I ordered the fried Brussels sprouts and baked beans. It also came with cornbread. It didn't take too long to get my order. When I got back to my hotel, I opened the styrofoam to-go container. There was enough food for 2 people. That might be why the price for this entree was a little on the high side--but there was a ton of food. There was no way I could eat all of that for one meal. I ended up eating half and leaving the rest in the hotel fridge. If you're a big eater and hungry, this will be excellent for you. Otherwise, be prepared for some leftovers. (I personally like it when I have extra food left). The fried Brussels sprouts weren't really battered or deep fried-they were really air fried-which is how I make I make them at home (or baked/roasted), so I didn't mind they weren't deep fried. The chicken was very tasty but it was a little on the dry side. The cornbread was light and not too sweet. I noticed inside the restaurant, they said they were established in 2020. If a restaurant can open and survive during a pandemic, I'd say that's pretty good. If you're looking for some decent BBQ, I'd stop and try out Fat Eddys. It was tasty and good BBQ.

Very welcoming, cozy vibe. Menu was eclectic. Lots of great choices for appies and entrees. MaL,nR,IT had a chicken cheesesteak sandwich w a cup of French onion soup. He raved about it. Chunks of chicken, banana peppers, fried onions, and cheese on a sub roll. Naturally, he had to use a knife and fork. I had THE MOST AMAZING cheeseburger I've ever had... better than the old Mannions in Yonkers NY or Squires. 8 ounces of a blend of chuck, brisket, and "I forgot" on a grilled roll, with Swiss and fried onions. If you know me, I usually put ketchup on my ketchup. Not this time. My cb was naked, no ketchup needed. I savored EVERY DELECTABLE BITE!!! Michelle, our very excellent server, also gave us directions back to I-80 from the KOA, so I wouldn't need to rely on MaL,nR,IT in the morning. Extremely reasonable prices, amazing food, great service. I wish it was closer. We both agreed...5 stars

Burger was bland and cooked closer to rare than to medium. Bun was hard. French fries were those that the school sells. Philly steak was your typical chipped steak you get anywhere else. My daughter enjoyed her Kraft Mac and cheese kids meal. The kids grilled cheese was good as it was on sourdough bread toasted to perfection. The place doesn't really give you restaurant vibes but they were nice enough to put the Daytona 500 on for my husband.
