The music is usually upbeat and fun this stuff sounds like screaming dying cats! I don't think the people working wanted to be there. Fun place to go but since it's at Westgate it can be a little busy sometimes. I like that they play all kinds of music and provide a fun atmosphere. Very disappointing food. We ordered two kids pizzas before we ordered any other food so it would come out first. All of our other orders came out first, we all finished eating and still didn't have the kids meals. We ordered nachos and it was like they were taken right out of the refrigerator. There was about 1/2 teaspoon of pico on top, a small drizzle of sour cream and a bunch of dry chips. I've had better nachos at Taco Bell. The kids pizza finally came out and it wasn't cooked all the way and the most disgusting pizza I've ever had. We didn't get charged for it, which is a good thing since we had to take the kids to get something else on the way home. Not to mention there were a bunch of flys or gnats, which ended up eating more of the nachos than I did. We'll never be back. read more

The bartenders were cool. The food was great but the service perspective of the brand sucks. You get to an establishment early to find a seat. They walk around the bar kicking you out of your seat at 10 o'clock. This was rude and embarrassing. I've never experienced this type of treatment anywhere. Since Covid hit, real Mardi Gras was impossible, so we came to Fat Tuesday to just get a taste of Cajun food. We went at 4 pm, not busy at all. But our waitress preferred to hang out with two couples, rather than pay attention to two old ladies. However the food was FABULOUS! I had the Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, my friend had Jambalaya. However, it was difficult to tear her away to get napkins, water and my King Cake to go. Then I went to the ladies room. No paper in the Disabled/elderly stall. No soap in the dispensers. All that was needed was a toilet overflowing and a drunk bimbo throwing up daiquiries on the floor to have a real Bourbon St experience. But I did not expect that from Phoenix. And her $5.00 tip reflected her service. She should treat old ladies better and more attentively. We both usually overtip. We have both been servers. No, I wouldn't recommend this place to eat in. My Fat Tuesday experience has previously been associated with Las Vegas. I love Las Vegas, with that said, my previous Fat Tuesday experiences were great! I wish I could say the same for this place. The whole club atmosphere after dark thing is a disaster . Nothing like sticky ass floors, sloppy people spilling drinks everywhere, and sweaty ass people rubbing up on you. We went for happy hour & let me say we were NOT HAPPY at all . They checked our ids at the door we went in we had a seat assuming they'd have a server come to us with a menu . How can they call this a Fat Tuesdays when they have absolutely zero cajun dishes? The closest they had was a gumbo pizza. Yes, I said "pizza". They had two dishes they called cajun, however the couple next to me ordered them, and there was nothing cajun about either. Very basic. The service was good and the daiquiri was good, but the food was barely edible. I made the mistake of eating it anyways and am already regretting it. One of the transactions was authorized, but we all received a 2nd charge that they say we authorized. Which was a 3 way split for some females tab of $250, that we didn't even see, let alone talk to.
