On Wednesdays, there is happy hour. Happy hour gives incredible deals on the meals; you can order about 4 filling dishes from the happy hour menu and it'll only cost $20! Surprisingly, the appetizers and sushi are better than the dinner dishes. This time around, service was speedy and the waiter was, of course, friendly. Timely refills. Last time, it may have been a bar ploy because they waited a very long while before even bringing out the appetizers. Alas, that was not so this visit. At first, there were loud drunken folk. Thankfully that did not last long, for they simmered down & left. The scenery is dim, high-quality, and small enough so that you can see each TV and fellow customer. All in all, for such high-quality, tasty food, it is a very reasonable (pretty cheap) price! But remember: from the happy hour menu, such as on Wednesdays, and appetizers or sushi. The food was good but them menu was overwhelming with so many different things. We stuck with appetizers and really enjoyed them. Also got a shark attack fishbowl which was really tasty. Have driven by this place dozens of times and it looked appealing from the outside, so my wife and I decided to give it a shot on a Sunday early afternoon. We walked in and saw two servers standing at the bar yapping it up and it took about 30-seconds for one to finally notice us standing there. The place was mostly empty and so it's not like we were lost in a sea of humanity and weren't easily spotted. That was the first sign this was not going to be a good experience. Second bad sign: Once we were seated at a booth we noticed the table top was sticky. Obviously, wiped down but not cleaned. The wall next to our booth had food stains and food particles on it as well. Third bad sign: The menus - 4 in total as we each got 2, one for specials and one for the regular fare - were all sticky. Again, wiped but not cleaned. The waitress went back to her colleague and started yapping it up again after she seated us. Now, with obvious cleanliness issues, you would think rather than standing around flapping their gums the staff would put in some effort to keep the place a bit cleaner. It's a sign of poor management when cleanliness takes a backseat to personal gossip and socializing. Fourth bad sign: The food was mediocre, at best. It was obvious the food wasn't fresh and was heated in a microwave. It's a hard pass for us ever coming back, especially for the prices they charge for microwave heated food and a lack of cleanliness. read more

I've visited this spot twice now, and unfortunately, both experiences left me feeling underwhelmed. The food lands in the "average" category for me, and the service has consistently been a bit slow and inattentive, nothing rude, just not very engaging or efficient. On my most recent visit, I ordered the HQ BBQ wings as my main and decided to share some jalapeno poppers and a side of onion rings. The wings were decent, tender enough with a solid smoky BBQ flavor that wasn't overpowering, though they didn't wow me or stand out from other wing joints I've tried. The jalapeno poppers were similarly okay: cheesy and extremely spicy without being exceptional, a reliable but forgettable appetizer. That said, the onion rings were the clear highlight! They were perfectly crispy on the outside with that ideal thick, golden batter, and the onions inside stayed sweet and tender without turning greasy or soggy. They had great flavor and texture, honestly some of the best I've had recently. I could easily see myself returning just for a big basket of those rings. If you're a big fan of standout onion rings and don't mind middle-of-the-road BBQ and service, this place might still be worth a casual stop. For me, though, it's probably not a regular go-to unless I'm craving those rings specifically. read more

Went there for the first time, saw a Ticktock video and thought we would take her for a test drive. WOW, the food here is fantastic and after talking with the manager, Abe, we found out all of the food is homemade along with the dressings. Abe, the manager, even stood at our table and talked to us for awhile, the sign of a good manager who cares about what he does. We will definitely be coming back here to eat and watch our favorite sports teams, the place is full of tv screens. read more

I love this place. Used to come every Sunday for football. Food is alright, drinks are decent price, but the vibe was what I came for. Ugh - where does one even begin? We were really hoping for a better experience, but sadly, this visit reminded me exactly why I don't come here. From the moment we walked in, it was awkward. No greeting, no acknowledgment -- we just stood there until we finally gave up and seated ourselves. It wasn't even busy, just a few regulars at the bar giving us side-eye like we'd crashed their private party. Our server was pleasant enough but far from attentive, which was odd considering how slow it was. The whole place looks like it's seen better days -- and frankly, everything looked like it could use a serious deep clean. We started with two Bloody Marys, which were... fine. Mediocre at best. On the upside, the beer selection is great -- and honestly, that's the only thing keeping this from being a 1-star review. Now the food... yikes. We ordered a pizza that was burned on the bottom and undercooked on top -- textbook sign of a dirty oven. (Three words: CLEAN YOUR OVEN!) We watched other plates come out with the same issue. Tried to power through a few bites but just couldn't. Told the server to forget it -- I wasn't eating anything else from that kitchen. No manager came over, despite one clearly being there, chatting with regulars. Would've been nice to get a check-in or even an apology. We also got wings -- not burnt, thankfully, but some still had feathers on them. After that, I was just ready to go. We paid, thanked the server, and walked past the manager on the way out -- again, no eye contact, no "thanks for coming," nothing. Skip this place. Great beer, but everything else? Went for lunch and thought $15 for a burger was high. Asked for sweet potato fries instead of regular fries and was not told it was extra for the fries. The fries were literally coated in sugar. Yesterday was the second time we visited Headquarters for dinner after stopping by last Thursday night for dinner as well. Got Velicia as my server both times and wow she is nop notch. Last week was much busier but that girl never stops moving! I questioned dining in the first time since it was pretty busy but not only did she give us good service but I saw her behind the bar, sitting people walking in, taking food to customers and cleaning the empty tables. She suggested the appetizer firecracker shrimp and buffalo chicken pizza (pizzas are a great deal on Thursdays) and both were flavorful. Definitely recommend their food and the server, on point with everything. Will definitely be dining again! read more

This was our second time dining here. The first wasn't bad but wasn't great. We thought we would give it one more try. We arrived and found the charging station had been vandalized and didn't work. Walked inside and were told there was a 20 minute wait. About 30 minutes later we were told our name was never written down. We waited a total of 45 minutes. There was never an apology and we never saw the manager. When we got seated it took another 10 minutes to see a server. We ordered our food right away when the server arrived because we had such a long time to wait. The food at the table did not all come out at the same time and the food and the cocktail was not very good. We had the steak bites and sushi. The steak was overly seasoned and sushi was subpar. The sauce was off and the flavor was lacking with the sushi. We didn't finish our meal and left to go somewhere else where we knew we could get better food. read more

The cobb salad & buffalo Chicken sandwich ... both were horrible . The chicken was dry on my husbands sandwich. There was very little taste of buffalo sauce and soaked in American cheese .. not to mention the bread was thicker than the chicken . The Cobb was no better what you see on the plate to the right is all of the mixed greens I took out of the salad just to be able to eat it! I got very little veggies. The ranch dressing was runny and had no flavor. It was strange . The only Thing that was semi decent was the potato skins but I wasn't a huge fan of the nacho cheese they use. We sat for almost 15 minutes before another server stopped and asked if we've been helped. She took our drink order, then our waitress showed up with our drinks. The fabric on the booth was absolutely disgusting. None of us leaned back at all. They really need to do some deep cleaning. The food was very sub par. Definitely not worth what you got. My husband & I went this location on Sat Nov 26th because we wanted to try a different restaurant in the area. We were seated right away; saw all the tv's & specials. We noticed right away that they offer happy hour on Sat & weekly specials as well. We ordered creamy chicken pasta, wings (15) w/ side of fries & drinks. I love the my pasta dish & the white sauce on the wings we were not a fan of. Our only suggestion would be to have a wing combo special w/ 1 side included because the prices on the food are a little pricey. Bummed with our visit yesterday. We hadn't been in forever and it just felt like literally everything has went down hill. Service wasn't the best our entire visit. We never received refills on any of our drinks...well except the beer; they did bring a second glass of that. Our table ordered the chips, queso and salsa for the appetizer, a burger and fries, the Arizona roll with jalapeño added as well as hot wings. Everything came out at a decent time. The chips and queso were good. The salsa had a decent kick to it. Everything else was awful. Burger dry and fries soggy. The sushi was mush and way too warm. Unfortunately even with the added jalapeño and spicy mayo it wasn't hot at all. The wings were over done with no real sauce. We all left feeling meh about it all. My first time here was decent but I went back again last night and had a completely different experience. The host didn't seem happy at all, in fact none of the employees there seemed happy. We got sat at a small high top table that was in a really awkward place, so when our server came to greet us we asked to move to a different table. We then got sat next to a larger party and they were obnoxiously loud to where my friend and I couldn't even hear each other talking. We ordered a couple drinks and an appetizer which didn't take too long to arrive. Our server didn't come back to take our order for a really long time. I saw her helping other tables around us but it almost felt like she completely forgot about us. When she did finally come back, we ordered our meals and two more drinks. I ordered the crispy chicken southwest salad and my friend ordered a pizza. The drinks took a little while but the food took forever!! We were just about to get up and say something but then we finally saw our server on her way to our table with the food. The chicken on my salad was grilled chicken, not "crispy" like it was stated on the menu. The salad wasn't bad but I wasn't wanting grilled chicken. I didn't say anything because our server never came back to ask how everything was. Plus, it had taken so long to arrive in the first place and I was starving. What a waste of a stop. We walked in and there was literally one couple at a booth and one patron at the bar, so clearly not crowded. This was at 12:45pm, which should have been a sign anyway. We were seated and then sat there while never being acknowledged again. A server finally walked by us and did something for the other couple (mind you they were just two booths down) and then walked right past us again and didn't even look our way. 15 minutes after walking in, we left and drove a short distance to Nagoya Shushi.
