Heard about this place from a friend so we all decided to go. We drove 1 hour to eat here and the food did not disappoint. Our friend even did the Triple King Challenge and got a cool certificate and his picture on the Wall Of Fame. I ordered the regular burger and a milkshake. The customer service here is unacceptable. While eating in the restaurant staff members were dismissive, not wearing their masks according to CDC regulations, and missing items from the order. When I asked them to simply microwave my order of fries because my chili cheese fries were served with cold with fully formed cheese shreds, the young ladies went back and forth with me claiming they were hot. We drove twenty minutes to try your new store ini cherry hill we where very excited because we tried your burger once while on vacation in Los Angeles, when we arrived at the mall where your store is located I called to confirm where it was located only to be told they had closed already. It's very dissapointing to see your hours clearly listed as 10 pm and be told they closed early on a Friday night nun the less. You'd think a new store would want all the buisness they could get. The food was good and for that I would go back. The staff were completely AWFUL. The cashier clearly did not want to be there as we stood first in line and watched her take 9 minutes to make a milkshake and walk it to the table. 12 others piled into the store behind us waiting and wondering as well. Upon taking the order with a attitude my wife's order ended up wrong with vivid details that she is vegan so no cheese. We got our food, ate, and watched her pass out three more milkshakes but not ours. The receipt said Praveen, but it seemed as if 3 of the staff were sharing a register. Despite the fact that we paid $11 for a milkshake we asked where it is after 35 mintues because it had become evident they forgot. We continued conversation and the cashier turns and says "does someone have something to say to me?" Confused, I reply "no." 15 minutes later still no milkshake and i ask for a refund and the female staff says "are you fuckin serious" the other female making the burgers replies to her "dead ass yo". We get our refund and watch her pour out our shake and pours someone else's shake in the same cup. Save yourself the headache if you don't want to deal with ratchet staff. read more

Food was good but girl cooking the burgers today had a mask on but under her nose. One of the food delivery people sat there waiting for the order and his mask was under his nose. Family of 5 came in and father had his mask below his nose too. read more

West coast burgers in the east coast?! Finally!!! The food here was seriously soo good. Ordered the medium boneless wings... the wings were so tender and all white meat with a delicious buffalo sauce! Best wings I've had in a while! Also the impossible burger with beyond meat was an awesome plant based choice on the menu (tasted like a real burger tbh). Sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly and loved the seasoning on them!! My little nephews ordered a burger, hotdog, and milkshakes- they loved their meals! I also liked seeing that the restaurant was kept very clean (even where all the food was being prepared). First we were excited to have a Fatburger location in South Jersey. We drove to the Cherry Hill Mall and had to first locate Fatburger. It is at the entrance to one of the malls entrances and very easy to miss. The signage could be much better. We were greeted by a very uninspired ambivalent employee who took our order. After ordering, I went to get a seat. Every table in the restaurant was dirty will food and crumbs on them. As we were the only customers at 12:00 on Sunday and there were employees working, I at least expected clean tables. The place was disorganised. The food was ok, nothing great. My wife let me know that the ladies bathroom was filthy. No on that works at Fatburger engaged with us. On the way out we noticed the disgusting amount of fingerprints on the glass exit door. I did not want to touch it. You would think that first thing during the day, the place would, at least, be clean. In the end the only people that like this place less appear to be the employees who work there. read more

I was so disappointed. For one it was overpriced, it cost 40.00 for me and my kids to eat. After I paid and was waiting for my food I noticed flys all over the place. The flys we're back where they were preparing food and all over the tables. I couldn't eat because they were landing on our food, in our ketchup containers. Burger is ok I can't recommend the sweet potato fries, Asian sesame wings or onion rings. Very disappointed we won't go again.

Finally a Fatburger returns to the east coast. Have made the trek from Northern Virginia twice now and have not been disappointed. The service is tops and the burgers are the best. Add to the burger the fat fries and you have a great meal. Only one thing to add......a location in Northern Va.!!! read more

Heard that this was opening and went to check it out on 7-4. Employees were very welcoming. After looking at menu I got the smallest burger meal with onion rings and soda. Onion rings were ok...but greasy. The bottom of the basket had about 2 tablespoon of oil pooling. Had to take it out and put on paper to sop the grease up. The Burger was bleh, very greasy too and the toppings were not what was ordered. Fyi on soda...it is old school coke products... Should have put in one of the newer machines (like at Wawa or 5 guys). Husband got same buger meal but with sweet potato fries. His toppings were incorrect also and his fries were way over cooked to point of being burnt. An employee came over and asked how the everything was. We told her not good...she turned and walked away without saying anything else! No follow up with what is wrong . Went here for the First Time on Sat Dec 28Th. Me and my Daughter ordered the same Meals. 2 Original burger meals with cheese onion rings and shakes was $37 and change. Very Expensive!!! We asked for no Mayo on burgers and whipped cream on shakes. Well that was to much for them, Because I got mayo on my burgers and no whipped cream on shakes. It took awhile to make so didn't want to send it back to wait longer. Went to bathroom, no Toilet Paper!! No Napkins in the Napkin holder. Place was very dirty. When we went, it was around 3:30 so it wasn't busy. They should of been cleaning. I will never go back. Not worth it!! read more

I went to Fatburger today and ordered the most basic meal. A regular burger, side of onion rings, and a medium drink. However, it was overpriced and nothing special. My bill was just about $17. Overall, I would not come back if I was in the area. read more
