Bought the grinder here 3 weeks ago for $50 and while grinding, the grinder stopped turning. I brought it back to this shop and asked them to fix it and they saw that the metal piece inside of the grinder was bent. He wasn't able to fix the bent and accused me of dropping the grinder even though I pointed out that the outside of the grinder was not damaged at all. He then accused me for dropping it on the carpet, and that he said that's probably why it wasn't damaged on the outside. How can someone possibly drop the grinder and bent the metal piece inside the grinder? It's not possible, because the whole time he tries to use pliers to unbent it and it didn't work. This will be the first and last time that I am coming to this blackmarket shop. Why did I call them a blackmarket shop? I found the same grinder on eBay for $8.98 after dealing with their ignorant employee/owner. Buyer beware, they will not exchange any defective items. Instead of admitting at fault, they will accuse you for it. You would expect a grinder that cost $50 to work more than 3 weeks but that wasn't the case. And by the way, I paid $50 cash and they didn't charge me any tax. Irs needs a check. read more

Called once to see if they had waxpen batteries and the dude on the phone was cool and he told me if I came rn he would give it to me for $20 instead of $25 and when I got there about 10 mins later I Was rang up by the big dude and he told me $25. I told him about the deal and he was like,"he told you 20!" I was like ok give me my battery and let me be on my way. Love this place! Excellent selection of various types of smoking accessories, cigarettes, cigarillos, etc. The guy who runs it (Rick? Rich? don't remember exactly) is REALLY cool. He was willing to negotiate on the price of an item I went in to purchase after having made myself a semi-regular. Any time a store owner shows me that kind of love, I remember it and make sure to give them my business again. As a frequent buyer of certain novelty items, I was very pleased to find a robust selection available and fair prices! Only place I know of outside of downtown to carry certain brands. BIG PLUS. I come here every week or so to pick up a couple ounces of kratom. Everyone who works here is pretty cool and they usually hook it up. Not many smoke shops carry kratom and if they do, its usually a rip off. I also love how they carry powder, leaves, and extract. They also carry different strands at very low prices which is perfect for me since I am now obsessed with kratom. The workers here actually do support the distribution of this product and can see the good in it, plus they actually know what the fuck there talkin about, lol. I'd give ten stars if I could. I came in to this smoke shop tonight and had the worst experience of my life. I had previously bought a dab rig that was explained to me as being extremely durable and wasn't sure about buying it but took the mans word. I also bought a nail to fit it and spent over 250$. Long story short it didn't last more than 3 dabs! I came back tonight to buy a silicone dab rig so I won't have that problem. The man working tonight was different from the other night and his name was GABE. Gabe was by far the rudest and most unhelpful person I have ever had to deal with and he told me I was most likely lying and that he couldn't help me and told me to leave the store and was refusing to give me the managers name. I asked over 5 times until finally he said "John" I am so disappointed with the service I received here that I'm going to make sure I tell everyone I know how bad this person made me feel walking out of the store. He also mentioned that he was sure I wasn't going to buy anything so I should leave anyway.. I have never been so disrespected by a man I have never met and I will be calling until I reach the manager and explain this in more to him. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! read more

Me and my friend were driving around, looking for any smoke shop open and this was the only one that we could find that was open late on a Sunday. This was actually a pretty nice place but most of all we appreciated the service. We had some hookah parts we were trying to replace that we got with a hookah from Iran. The guy who helped us (Marlon, I think) was really helpful, nice and knew what he was talking about. We went in for some sheesh and ended up getting another hookah for a good price. My boyfriend and I went to buy a vape! Customer service was perfect! Guy helping us was super informative and treated us well. Products are amazing and decently priced. Our vape works well and he even went a little further to spend an extra ten minutes with us to help set up and make sure the vape pen was working properly.
