Went there for my birthday (on a weeknight) because I was craving their hummus & garlic dip. Overall it was an off night for the experience & taste we are used to receiving from them for over 7 years. Well I hope it is isolated and not because they are growing too fast. I'd give 3.5 stars for this visit if I could. There was more staff than I've ever seen before however things seemed a little chaotic. One waitress rushed by the counter and knocked straws all over the floor - she saw she did it and didn't stop or come back to pick them up - one of the guys picked them up when he went by. There was a table that was uncleared nearly our entire meal - and the plates still had some food on them which I thought was unusual (I'm used to seeing clean plates or to-go bags). Our waitress was chaotic - hyper, rushed, and distracted. Not giving normal Fattoush vibes. The hummus was delicious as usual. Beautiful, & velvety. Their hummus has become my standard for what it should be. The grape leaves were extremely tart - tasted like a mouth full of vinegar. I haven't ordered them in a while and am hoping this is not a recipe change. Finished one & couldn't eat any more. The garlic dip was tamed way down. Made me sad because I like the stronger garlic. Again, hoping this is a one-off. An owner at another local establishment had told me that many tame it down because of the American palate. I can understand needing to find that balance of staying authentic vs please customers but I'm going to need the secret password to get the real stuff! Lol. (But seriously - if you know it, please let me know!) After trying their burger awhile back, my Mom hasn't been able to order anything but that as her entree. It is great. Steak fries are same as straight up American steak fries and good. She said next time she'll get the sauce on the side because it was heavy handed this time and overpowered the delicious meat. Bun wasn't holding up as it usually does. The chicken shish tawook was good as always however I was missing the bite from garlic dip. I love their rice! They have great yellow rice too. My husband and I shared and had some to bring home for one lunch. I got a piece of Iraqi bread because I've never ordered it before- it was really good! Served warm and bigger than large dinner plate. On our way out, while we were checking out the beautiful patio and new area to come, we had a 5 STAR moment when we saw Chef Bashar. I asked him if he'd consider doing a borek appetizer sometime as we had a delicious cigar (bc it was rolled) borek at a place in Dallas. He was very open to the idea and said they will be having 2 different menus when the new concept opens and adding more vegetable options. He also noticed my husband looking at the Palastine Cola in the drink case and told him to take one home and try. I thought this was extremely nice and generous. I look forward to continuing to support this great local business and believe this night was just an off night. Another great experience. They now have pizza and it's different but very good. A bit different. I got a meat shawarma pizza; I got with pizza sauce and should have gotten with hummus. It would be perfect with a drizzle of tzatziki and muhamara. I also got a gyro sandwich, perfect per usual, an order of their perfect hummus. And a shish tawook platter. He owns a piece of the new halal market next door. Check it out . Nice produce and prices are very good.

Yummmmmmmmy!!!!! Fattoush is serving up some delicious foods. The soups are hearty and flavorful, the meats savory, the rice fluffy and the Iraqi bread is off the charts! Service is efficient and love the art work lining the walls. This place is a must stop for anyone that enjoys fresh Mediterranean/ middle eastern fare.

I got a recommendation from a new friend for Fattoush last Saturday. I suggested it to my husband and we drove over there to check it out. What a win! Husband is Armenian and can be quite picky about Mediterranean food- and he can't quick mentioning this week how good everything was. I agree! We've got a new favorite! He got the mixed grill and said every skewer was just right. I got the chicken thigh plate with their chicken lemon soup and that chicken fed me for 3 meals! Service was great - attentive and friendly.

Fattoush Mediterranean Kitchen is tucked away in the middle of Arlington, TX. It's a peaceful place to get away from the noise of the city and enjoy a real taste of Iraqi hospitality. My first impression of the place was that it was quiet and peaceful. It's clean, well-lit, and nicely decorated with little nods to Middle Eastern decor. The atmosphere makes you want to stay, whether you're eating by yourself or with friends. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, the kind of true hospitality that makes you feel right at home. I got the Mix Grill, which was a well-balanced plate that showed how good Iraqi grilling is. * A skewer of Lamb Kebab, which was juicy and well-marinated, and had the perfect char that only comes from a skilled grill. * A skewer of Lamb Tekka, which was leaner and had a stronger flavor, with deep smoky notes that went well with the lamb's natural richness. * A skewer of Chicken Shish Tawook that is soft and aromas great. It has been seasoned with a spicy mix of spices and grilled to perfection. Besides the grill, I had hummus, which was smooth and creamy, and it had olive oil on top that made it taste even better. The lentil soup made me feel good and was filling. It was a great beginning that had the right amount of spice and texture. There is a small café area next to the main eating area where people can enjoy desserts and coffee in a more relaxed setting. I ordered Kunefa, which wasn't on the menu, and the kitchen kindly made it fresh for me. The layers of crispy pastry, the gooey cheese middle, and the fragrant sugar syrup all worked together to make a perfectly sweet ending.

I've had the mezze here at least 30 times, and it's perfect every time. Hummus and tabbouleh, they do it all flawlessly. It's the best restaurant in the area, the kind of place that, in a just world, would have a Michelin star. The new attached coffee shop is just as impressive, with espresso drinks along syrupy desserts.

They just got new chairs that are fabulous. I feel like I'm sitting in the owner's living room. I love this restaurant and I've come multiple times. The authentic food is consistently tasty. That makes it less scary to try something unfamiliar. The salad is ginormous. The service is friendly and professional. We were served by 2 women both patient and kind. I came here for lunch/dinner and ordered the Iraqi style grilled dish. It was tasty but a bit too salty for my liking. That said, I was super hungry and ended up finishing it all . The staff were friendly and the service was really good .

It was so good, I wish I lived in fort worth so I can come here more. We ordered the garlic hummus, chicken shawarma sandwich and beef tekka sandwich. My boyfriend didn't like the garlic hummus because he thought it was too oily but I really liked it. We both agreed that the chicken shawarma was the best and the beef tekka was still good but not as good as the chicken shwarma. The prices were really good for the amount of food you get and the service was really fast. The inside was also very clean and cute.

OMG, why have I've waited so long to try Fattoush, it's been on my radar for a VERY long time. But the wait was over due to an excellent GrubHub home delivery. My wife and I were tired after a long day of work and decided to get delivery. I ordered my wife chicken kabobs and I opted for the gyro plate with tabouli and rice. I wife chose rice and the Arabic salad for her sides. GrubHub delivered our meals right on time and they were still nice and warm, a perfect temperature for us to enjoy our wonderful meals. In hindsight we could have ordered one meal since the servings were huge. We both had leftovers for another meal. Oh my goodness, both of our entrees were some of the best Mediterranean food we've ever had. The large pita bread was fantastic. Both of our salads were yummy. Terry loves cakes so the Arabic salad was a perfect match for her. My tabouli was very good. I would have preferred to have more cracked wheat in it and less parsley, but overall it was very enjoyable. My gyro meat was wonderful. Totally delicious dinner from the comfort of our home. We can't wait to visit the restaurant and explore more of the menu options. read more

The spicy hummus was a hit. The Mixed grill was also a hit. The babaganoosh was a miss. Could not tell eggplant was an ingredient and too savory/tart for my taste and tasted like plain Labneh. The meat grape leaves were thin and were disappointing. The grilled vegetables would be better described as blackened and unedible. The iced mint tea was refreshing. Would've been nice for the service to offer a refill. Beyond taking our order the service was almost nonexistent. The cafe desserts looked delicious but both the pistachio and coconut cake were very dry. read more

We eat in the main restaurant all the time and the food is delicious. But, the recently opened cafe is such a cozy treat. The coffee and lattes are great, and they bake the desserts from scratch (cakes, baklava, cookies, etc). The vibe is so warm & worth the visit. read more

I love Fattoush! I am a regular, I cannot seem to stay away because of the deliciousness. And now there are even more reasons to come to Fattoush! They now have a professional pastry chef, who is working in their café that is next to the restaurant. They already had amazing traditional desserts. My favorite is the Kanafa! So yummy, light and crispy and sweet. I asked for the syrup on the side so I can make it a sweet or less sweet as I want. I also come right in early or there shakes and smoothies. My favorite of those is the lemon mint. They also have traditional teas and coffees. Really cool thing now is they have yummy Oreo cake that is light and flaky not massively sweet, but just sweetened up to satisfy, and the chef is really layered the difference textures to stimulate your senses. The same with the coffee cake. They have homemade éclaires strawberry, coconut, and Swiss cake rolls. The caramel Swiss roll is delicious, And a triangle of chocolate cake that I recommend. You'll have to come and try. Not only is Fusion's regular menu amazing which I have drown on about forever... Now they have most amazing display of sweets. read more

This place was authentic. Hidden Gem. We started off with the ground beef and hummus with pita bread (ordered a side of Iraqi bread with it, totally worth it). The steak sandwich came with two thinly juicy slices of ribeye steak on a burger bun with all the veggies and thick potato fries. Only had a few bites because I got full from the delicious appetizer that four people ate (small plate option). The chicken sandwich which was very similar to the steak sandwich was very juicy and full of flavor. The chicken skewers served over a bed long grain rice with a grill and veggies were delicious and full of flavor. Definitely our new regular rotation spot. read more

We are fans of Mediterranean food. And saw this place in yelp, so we decided to lunch here. It's part of plaza shopping center in the corner. They do have lots of parking. We walked in they were fairly occupied. Their decor is colorful and humbling. We were seated accordingly. Their menu was easy to choose. We both enjoyed the food. Iraqi food but you will recognize most of the Mediterranean or Arabic staples here. We can't get enough of their food. I want to eat through the menu but it takes time as I keep going back to my favorites too much. Service is good but sometimes you don't get enough pita with takeout unless you ask. When you're there it is like you're at their home and it seems bottomless. When I look for mezze or this type of food, I use their flavor as one of my standards. read more

I tried this restaurant as a last resort because Beirut Grill is closed on Mondays. I ordered a chicken schwarma sandwich. The sandwich was not wrapped tight and falling apart, the meat was not seasoned well and a bit chewy as if it had been sitting out a while. I asked for my fries to be crispy but I'm guessing they forgot or it wasn't communicated to the cook. I am happy they had Laziza malt drink. The restaurant was clean and had nice music playing. The staff seemed friendly. I recommend Beirut Grill in Arlington if you want an authentic tasting meal made with love, served by people who genuinely care about their patrons. read more

Tucked into the corner of a strip mall, Fattoush is a find, y'all! We popped in for dinner in our first night in town and I have to say, it's going to be tough to top these flavors. We ordered way too many appetizers: Lebanese Kebba, Avocado Hummus, Falafel, regular Hummus, Lentil Soup, Chicken Lemon Soup, Arabic Salad, and the namesake Fattoush Salad. Somehow we finished it all and still had room for our entrees. We had Gyro, Lamb Kebab, and Chicken Shish Tawook. All delicious. If I lived in the area, I'd be here AT LEAST once a week for the Chicken Lemon Soup alone. The service was attentive and friendly. And if you're down for it, literally, grab a seat at one of the low tables with floor cushions for seating. Comfy AND tasty all in one meal! P.S. Order the Kebba. Do it. You will not be disappointed. read more

This is my 4th visit in a month and this has quickly become not just my favorite Mediterranean restaurant but my favorite restaurant in the DFW area. Super friendly staff, food prepared with love that the layers of flavor just keep coming. And hands-down, the best hummus you will ever put in your mouth! And the avocado hummus is a must try! My husband is working in Arlington temporarily and our kids and I came along for a few weeks. The only regret I have is not coming to Fattoush sooner. We ate here several times during our stay. This place is excellent. The food is so fresh and delicious and the people who own the place are very nice. It's clean and spacious with lots and lots of well deserved awards on the wall. Every visit was better than the last and I will miss coming here. Definitely get the garlic labneh, hummus is always great, we enjoyed the chicken shawarma and the gyro, salads were awesome. Excellent food and service. Came for Sunday lunch. Was almost full and still got immediate service and timely delivery of my food. Had the lamb kabob. It was seasoned nicely and very tasty. It is hidden in the back of a strip center with an unassuming entrance. Inside it is nicely appointed. Thank you Yelp for steering me right again. read more

My family took me out for my birthday yesterday to this place. Initially, the outside and even the inside didn't look very impressive for a birthday party. Sometimes appearances can be very deceptive. I had possibly the best Mediterranean dining experiences since moving to Dallas 3 years ago. Service was great and the food was excellent. The way food was presented was the highlight of the dining experience. Every item we ordered (the platter including chicken lemon soup, rice, lamb kabab, lamb tekka, chicken breast, grilled vegetables, hummus and the baba ghanouj was impeccable). We ordered the Iraqi bread which is a combination of the Indian Kerala Porotta and Naan but almost 4 times the size of a Naan. It costs only $1 and it can fill you up with just that. It is made in the most authentic way in their kitchen. Priced right with good portions, the meat is marinated well and cooked to perfection without compromising the juice and texture. Great experience and I have referred my friends already. The mint tea at the end helped digest the food better because I know I was guilty of overeating....I will go back here and will recommend to others without a wink. This was my wife and I's first time to Fattoush. We brought a group of of our friends who were visiting us from Arkansas. All of the food (we had the two family style platters for 6 to share) was noticeably fresh and tasty. My only wish is that we would have had a little more room on our table! Our waiter was very kind and we met the head chef and some of the other staff. One of the highlights of the visit was drinking their cardamom flavored hot tea while eating baklava. Fattoush is by far my favorite Mediterranean restaurant in the Metroplex. We have tried many, but they really have it down here. We usually have large orders (5+ meals), and no matter what, they are always on point. They are very friendly as well and always offer to help carry out to my car. The varied menu and the price point were just right. You pick up a cafeteria tray and point to what you'd like. I opted for the 6 item veggie plate. Portions were very filling! I tried a rocket salad, pita bread, beet salad, lentil soup, hummus and chickpea salad. In other words, a feast!! The food was very good. I also opted for a Diet Pepsi and a baklava. The salads were crispy and delicious - I loved the vinaigrette dressing which was perfectly tart. I wish I'd tried the coffee with my dessert - the baklava was a bit dry. I wish they'd opened a private side room for our party. Our table felt a bit cramped and it was a challenge to scoot into the very long booth seat which was closed off where they pushed tables together. Two versions of hummus, regular and spicy, and both are delicious! Tatziki, tabouli and garbanzo salad as well as stuffed grape leaves, chicken and beet salad. And hot sides are also available on the veggie plate! Rice pilaf, roasted cauliflower, eggplant and several more. The cauliflower was amazing! If you get a meat they have many but the tenderloin kabab ("beef kabab"") was a huge hit at my table. Cooked to perfection on the charcoal grill. Just fabulous. They've got shwarma, gyro sandwiches and even more delicious meats and the freshest vegetables. The pita bread is fresh from the oven- a steaming hot pillow of goodness. They have several types of canned and bottled drinks including yogurt drink and San Pelligrino, a couple of iced teas, lemonade and various fountain drink choices. No alcohol here. If you have never been, go and if you've been, go back because it's definitely worth the visit. It is a great place to enjoy tasty homemade Lebanese, Mediterranean and Greek food. Oh! One final note: the staff is friendly and welcoming. I felt so comfortable and relaxed because they really make you feel at home .

I had been here before when it was a Pho restaurant. When asked, our waitress told us they have been open for about two months. We each ordered a gyro sandwich and split an order of fries. I don't know if it is a regular occurrence, but we were both served a complimentary bowl of the house soup, which is a spicy chicken/rice/vegetable mixture. Tasty and hearty! The shoestring fries were enough for the two of us and came out hot and crispy. Our gyros were delicious and, I remarked, quite large. I got a kabob to go and it hit the spot as well later on. They do have many more items on the menu in the $10-$20 range. The gyros and kabobs were under $10 each. Our server was attentive and friendly. When I asked for to-go boxes, she brought them right away. After finishing up, I went to the counter to pay. The young g had to have heard me as I fell thru the chair. She was only 5 feet away. The tv was off It was so quiet all you could hear was the humming of the drink fridge. She never investigated or asked if I was ok. I hope the owners read this and work on this or they will be wondering why customers come once and never come back.
