    Crawfish Tails Fried Rice
    Uyen V.

Always a 10/10 spot for Cajun food. Every time I come here, the food always taste amazing. I usually get the crawfish tail fried rice and it comes out fresh and so flavorful. It comes with a side of crawfish sauce so you can pour it on top (you choose the spice level) They have so many choices for appetizers too! The service I get here is always welcoming & friendly no matter how busy they get! Will always recommended this spot.

We loved it! My only complaint is the price- but it's seafood, so whatcha gonna do. They even gave us gloves to eat with so our hands went gross at the end. Love it. Share the platters, it's a lot of food.

Spicy and fishy. That's the way we like it. We have only been here a few times. Just planning our flavors out for the weekend. We started out with an appetizer of Crawfish Tails with a couple of dipping sauces. My sponsor ordered the Crawfish Seafood Étouffée. I ordered the Van's Fettuccine with fried potatoes and onions. The flavors were deep. We enjoyed and will keep it on our to-do list.

3.5 stars (since we can't do that yet on Yelp) Food: The pasta was fine, not great. I wish the pasta was penne instead of rotini. Decent flavor, and there was enough sauce. Wish there was more chicken so that I could have chicken in each bite. My friend said her shrimp pasta tasted like spice. That's it. 6.5/10 on the taste meter. It comes with garlic bread. Staff: I'm still trying to put my finger on it, but a man- who I assume to be the manager- had an interesting presence. It wasn't an attitude, I wouldn't say. I didn't hate it- but I didn't like it. Idk. There's something there. The lady was nice. Issue: Website pricing and pricing at the restaurant are different. Website prices need to be updated. Pasta was $9.99 on the website, but I was $11.49 inside. He handed me a paper menu, though, after I asked about the price difference. Overall- try it for yourself!!! I won't be back on my own accord :)

This place is definitely a hidden gem. I've been coming to Themis place for years until they relocated to the other side of town, so I decided to try it back out! I started off with a pound of Crawfish (medium) hands down the best crawfish you can get in Arlington.. (sorry Bayou Cat ‍) they have a but 5 pounds get 1 free, but I was dining alone and could not eat 6 pounds alone . I also order the Shrimp fried rice w/ extra spice *per my own special request* Pros: the food is This place is BYOB Cons: the service was just OK! the servers literally don't have any recommendations/ suggestions. (I always ask workers of a place "Do you eat here? & what are your favorites?"

I would give it 1 star, but my daughter enjoyed her crawfish and crab legs in a bag. I ordered grilled snapper, not fresh at all. The place is also dirty. Fish was dry and vegetables were not seasoned. I won't be back! Talked to server/ owner and was told Snapper looks like that. TRASH!

Atmosphere: For starters, I live in Dallas, so going to the suburbs has to be worth it. And I must say, this place is worth it! This establishment gives me "mom and pop" vibes and I'm a big fan of that. The server was very sweet and warm, and gave good suggestions! There's a decent amount of seating with tables and booths. Food: I ordered the classic Crawfish with fries and I was very happy with my decision! Up until this point, I hadn't found a place in the DFW area that reminded me of NOLA crawfish and this is the closest. While they serve it in a sauce like the majority of places in the DFW area, you can tell that the crawfish is actually boiled in flavor as well! They also have great daily specials that I'm excited to try out!

It was my first time trying Cajun pasta and fried alligator tots! It was surprisingly delicious ~ The pasta is packed with flavors. There is definitely a kick to the pasta and I would say it's not drowned in sauce but there's some creaminess to it. There's crawfish in the pasta The plate came with Texas toast! The only down side is that it's a little oily for me but when is soul food not oily The alligator tots had an interesting texture. It was like a mixture of catfish/chicken/eel. Like more fishy chicken haha AND did I mention this place is BYOB Follow me on insta: eatwithlilz #eatwithlilz

Cajun Pasta with chicken Fried Alligator Popcorn Shrimp Tilapia dish Seafood Étouffée Sweet potato fries Seafood combo with extra fries Customer service was great we were seated immediately all food came out at once, server refilled our drinks and made sure we were taken care of promptly. Above is what we ordered the Cajun pasta chicken had a diffident kick to the dish. Fried alligator wasn't my favorite felt like the batter alone needed help and change the oil in the deep fryer. Popcorn shrimp was good as my daughter that is picky thought it tasted like chicken so that was a win. My mother in law had the tilapia and she seemed to enjoy her entree. I had the seafood étouffée and it was very good, it was the first time I tried it and I was very impressed. Sweet potato fries also needed a fresh batch of oil to be fried in so that they had a more fresher taste than soggy and oily. My husband ordered the seafood combo and he didn't like the fried oysters that much but the catfish was decent. Overall, we were good to get back on the road to our travels.

I don't live in Arlington and just recently moved from Dallas to Ft Worth. While looking at properties in Arlington for the day, this looked like a great stop. The reviews were mostly strong and the pictures I could see reminded me of my favorite Dallas steak fix, Bob's Chophouse on Lemmon. It doesn't have that vintage, chic atmosphere sadly, but it is old TX, steakhouse, 80's style. Colby asked if we wanted a menu and I said yes. He brought one for us both. I asked if they had any happy hour specials which is mentioned often in their reviews. He haughtily informed me that, "They don't do happy hour" and then giggled. Yes, giggled, the only other description is snickered. We ordered a Tito's Dirty Martini and Guinness and decided to stay anyway. He served my martini slushee and a good pour on the Guinness. He simply never came back. Everyone else had nuts and their orders taken. He avoided us as if we had the Bubonic plague. After his pointed non-service, I dropped my credit card, he snatched it and dropped the check. Obviously, I won't be back but I think that was the entire point of his service.

Next thing I know, I'm elbow-deep in brisket, swapping BBQ…read morephilosophy with the most famous meat man in Texas, and breaking bread with a rising pitmaster under a red umbrella like some kind of smoked-meat summit meeting. TL;DR: Planned to grab a quick sandwich. Ended up eating more than half the menu with Daniel Vaughn while chatting with the talented Marc Fadel. Smoked meats? Incredible. Lebanese twist? Genius. Hospitality? Unmatched. This was a five-star meat miracle. It was just past 11 on Saturday, and I had a simple plan: swing by Habibi Barbecue for a sandwich and skedaddle. But as I pull up to the Ghost Food Park, I spot none other than the BBQ Snob himself, Daniel Vaughn, admiring the big steel offset like it was the Mona Lisa of smokers. We chatted. I fanboyed. He offered to share a meal. I said yes faster than a fat cap melts under a low flame. Out come the trays. Not a tray. Trays. Plural. Overflowing with bark, juice, and joy. The brisket was textbook: tender, smoke-ringed, and confident. The burnt ends were candy with a bark, kissed by just the right amount of sauce. The pork ribs held their shape but surrendered with a gentle tug, seasoned like they'd been given a TED Talk on flavor. The dino beef rib was a whole paleo protein event: massive, primal, and mind-blowing. Tucked underneath the pile, pita bread soaked up all the meaty runoff. I made a little Habibi taco with pickles and sauce that nearly brought a tear to my eye. Then came the burger. Looked like a classic smash: double meat, double cheese, pickles, mustard. But that Lebanese purple coleslaw? That's the twist. Tangy, crunchy, and the perfect cool contrast to the rich beef. Fries were crinkle-cut, crispy, and praise be unburdened by a salt mine. Now my wife, The Side Dish Sage, wasn't with me this time, but she would've elbowed me out of the way for a second helping of the tabbouleh salad: bright, herby, and packed with cucumber crunch. The garlic potatoes had the crisp-on-the-outside, creamy-on-the-inside thing locked down. Finally, the Lebanese BBQ bowl: rice, lettuce, pickles, pickled turnips, hummus, pita chips, tzatziki, and a healthy heap of brisket. It's a flavor bomb. A Texa-bibi mezze miracle. Marc Fadel, this man is the real deal. His family is putting out food with soul, smoke, and story. And they're only open Friday night and Saturday. That's confidence. That's swagger. That's knowing you're serving something worth showing up for. Habibi Barbecue wasn't just a quick lunch. What I got was better: hospitality, conversation, and a top-tier meal with legends on both sides of the table. This is what barbecue is about: community, culture, and craft. I came for one sandwich. I left with a full belly, a full heart, and a new respect for what happens when Texas smoke meets Lebanese spice. That, my friends, is what you call a pita party.

A few changes wonderfully take what could be a normal barbecue truck to a whole new level. I got the Lebanese plate. A lot of care went into the preparation of every aspect of the dish. The pickled veg and turnips added a bright pop to the perfectly smoked and seasoned brisket. The cucumbers were cut so as to perfectly mix with the other ingredients so every bite was perfect and balanced. The rice, often a side thought, was seasoned and delicious and even had meat laced throughout . The hummus on the dish was also very above average. It was a good portion that was surprisingly light thanks to the veggies. The people are masters of hospitality. A true gem I'll be returning to as often as I can manage. The only downside is they are only open Friday nights and Saturdays (until they sell out). Fantastic otherwise.
