Dr. Landis told me that I needed to have an extraction on a tooth that kept getting infected. He got me in two days later! I was nervous about the procedure but the nurse assured me that they'd take good care of me. Then Dr. Landis came in and told me the same kind words. The next thing I knew we were done! Of course, I didn't feel a thing! And now I'm on day #2 and have had zero pain! I highly recommend this surgery center and Dr. Landis! Quality care, compassion, and great staff!

I did not do well under the Anesthesia as I had warned the doctor from previous a experience. I had requested an anesthesiologist and had offered to pay any additional fees to have one there. He refused and insisted he knew exactly what he was doing. I know he didn't believe me that I had problems under IV sedation, because he later admitted he "didn't believe" me. Only a portion of my scheduled surgery was ever completed since the IV sedation did not work for my body, and was not administered correctly. Thank goodness I awoke when I did. If Dr Landis had made it through to my sinus surgery, I am certain I would've been completely deformed. His great sales pitch of how wonderful the chin implant and other procedures would be were intriguing and I felt caught up in the excitement. Instead I left there looking like I had had a stroke. As the days past after the chin implant, my face looked more and more deformed. People stared and a few flat-out asked if I had had a stroke. I was depressed and afraid to leave the house. A month later, I went to a real surgeon, a certified Hollywood plastic surgeon who assessed my botched surgery and stated that Dr. Landis had "cut through two nerves in my chin, morphing my mouth and my smile" that used to be one of my best features. I'm left with a huge scar on my chin which now pulls down my lower face and makes my face look heavy. The scar is extremely noticeable and there has been no follow through from the doctor, no apology, and no offer to try to make things right. He took the money and ran. Considering legal action now. Do your research before visiting this doctor. He is, after all, a dentist first and foremost, and really shouldn't be practicing any kind of facial surgery whatsoever.

I'm really glad I called Dr. Murray's office. Dr. Murray was nice, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I had two upper wisdom teeth removed and one coronectomy, and everything went smooth. Nayeli, his assistant, was amazing too. I did have some pain after surgery, but when I called, they got me in that same day to check me out. Thankfully everything was fine and the rest of my recovery went smoothly. Thank you again to Dr. Murray and Nayeli.

The doctor attributed the complications to her pre-existing medical condition, but we were not satisfied with the explanations provided regarding how that condition may have affected treatment and recovery. In fact, we felt that very little meaningful explanation was provided throughout the process. After five months and numerous follow-up appointments, we still felt we did not receive clear explanations regarding the cause of the complications or the plan moving forward. Eventually, she was referred to another oral surgery specialist. In our experience, communication, follow-up, and attention to our questions were disappointing.
