I just wanted to update my review with all of my great experiences here. I was referred to this office by my dentist to get my wisdom teeth out. I wasn't the most excited that get it done, but I figured that my jaw would probably keep hurting unless I went in to check this thing out. I made the appointment over the phone and it was really easy, they already had a lot of my info. Well first of all you walk into this big place and see this beautiful fish tank. There are all of these live coral and moving parts to this really big ecosystem that is sitting in front of you. There is a large clam there and there is a fish there that I think looks like a Dory fish. Walking in and seeing the calm waters helped calm my nerves too. I then went to the front reception area and was greeted by two kind ladies that took my information. I filled out this form that seemed really thorough and went through all of my important medical information. After that I only had to wait a few minutes till they called me back. I was greeted by a friendly smiling assistant who really seemed happy to meet me. I have been at a lot of doctors offices where the people don't smile seem grumpy and they probably don't want to be here. Not here the workers seemed really happy to be there. We went back and took this x-ray. It was a cool spinning thing that went around me. We went to another room (wow this place is big) and the Doctor came in. Dr. Murray was very friendly and nice. We went though all of my medical information which didn't take long. I guess I have some good genetics. Thanks mom and dad! Dr. Murray then talked about the problem with my wisdom teeth and went over my x-ray with me. I'm glad they understood what all of those images were they really looked like an alien to me. I scheduled right a way cause those suckers were really hurting me. Moving forward to my day of surgery. I came in and was greeted again by a friendly staff member. They took me back. I met Dr. Murray again and I had another chance to ask anything that I had thought of. I had my IV started and after that I remember waking up in my mom's car. I think the surgery went really great because I don't feel a thing. I don't feel any swelling yet and I feel better after taking a short nap. Dr. Murray is truly one of a kind and really helped restore my self confidence! I have struggled with how I look for many years. I always saw myself as flawed and to be honest ugly. No matter how many of my friends or family complemented my I just didn't believe them. I have been to several doctors offices for different things. Always searching. When I came to Dr. Murray I knew that I wanted to get some Botox for my forehead, but I knew that I wanted to talk about more options for restoration As soon as I walked into Doctor Murray's office my jitters and nerves went away. His wonderful and genuine staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Hard to find in this busy world that we live in. The consultation was great. I went to this machine that analyzed my face in many different ways. It showed me what the sun has done to me for many years as well as close ups of what the years of stress has done to my skin. I voiced that I wanted to reduce some of the wrinkles that I have gotten over the years and get back some of the volume in my face. Skip ahead to the actual procedure. I had this great numbing cream for my face that made everything super comfortable. The doctor was very precise and exacting. I had almost no bleeding with the procedure. I got some Restylane Lyft for my cheeks it was amazing. It lifted my Jowls and made my face look younger as well. I got some Dysport as well, which was not bad at all either. I am seeing the results already of the Dysport and Lyft and I could not be happier with my results. Dr. Murray has greatly helped restore my self confidence, and volume in my face !!! This is a big step in my life where I am finally seeing the person that I would like to see in that mirror. I will be forever thankful to Dr. Murray and his kind staff here. It's been several weeks since my surgery and I feel great. The areas that those teeth were out are totally healed and I had almost no pain. I needed almost no pain medication afterwards! The instructions were really clear and I knew just what to and what not to eat. My friend knew just what to do afterwards because they did a great job of explaining what to do after surgery. I had a couple of questions about the medication that I was prescribed and it was really nice that there was someone I could call to ask those questions instead of having to waste time to see my regular doctor person. I'm glad that I took care of everything before my wisdom teeth messed things up. Regarding my insurance, the office was nice to contact my insurance and get an estimate. The amount that the insurance covered was a little bit different than what the estimate was but that's okay. I know that some insurances don't want to pay the doctors or dentists the money that you pay them. I'm really happy that I don't have to have my wisdom teeth out again, but if I did I would come back here!! read more

I am 64 yes. Old and terrified of dentists. Dr. Murray and his staff were amazing. They didn't chime me for my fear like so many others have. They were very kind. I had to have full teeth extraction for dentures including tori removal. Trust me when I say his surgery was a success and I am amazed yet happy to say that I have been in NO PAIN. The surgery was Friday morning and today is Sunday still no discomfort or pain at all. The worst part is being able to feel the stitches with my tongue-but that's to be expected. I can't recommend Dr Murray enough. If you fear going to the dentist and wait until your teeth are beyond saving like I did, trust me when I say Dr Murray's is the place to go. I went to a place in Fairfield for my first consult. Not only were they 90 minutes away but the surgeon and staff were rude (even standing in the hallway for all to hear the discussion of the estimate for the surgery which was over $9000 more expensive than what I paid at Dr. Murray's). Thumbs up! Dr. Murray and his staff were awesome!! I had a great experience from start to finish. The front office staff were very helpful. It was easy scheduling my appointments. They explained my medical insurance to me extremely well. I knew exactly what my insurance would cover before the surgery. They actually knew more about my medical insurance than I knew! They were very upfront and friendly. I didn't have to wait long for my appointments at all. I was seen right away. Dr. Murray is VERY knowledgeable and was so friendly and helpful. I was very anxious and everyone helped me feel more relaxed. My surgery was quick and painless. I healed quickly and had very little pain. I would highly recommend this doctor. You can tell that he is very passionate about his profession. You are in very good hands with him. I would give him more stars if I could! read more

During the holidays they offer promotions. I thought I would give this place a try before having to see the in-laws for the holidays. I set my appointment, got my quote and was pleasantly surprised on the costs. I went in for procedure and then given different price. I paid the deposit and when I changed my mind, they refused to give me my money back. The staff is friendly only in an attempt to get you in the door but are unbelievably rude and deceptive. No luck with the manager, she is just as dirty as the doctor and staff. Please avoid at all costs! I recommend Sweet Water Day Spa ladies if you want to be treated fairly. read more

I had my wisdom teeth extracted today at the ripe age of 47. Though I'm a healthcare provider, I was always pretty fearful of having this procedure done. Dr Murray and his staff provide the most excellent patient care. I waited in the lobby no longer than 5 mins. His front and back office staff are friendly, personable, and professional. They put me at ease from the get go. Dr Murray explained everything in detail again alleviating the fear. He also called me at home to see how I was doing after surgery. Had my bottom wisdom teeth pulled at the age of 37. I had to go under for the procedure. By the time I hit the table to be operated on, I was in and out in 20 minutes.
