I let him make the final size decision and not only did he completely understand my vision, he absolutely nailed the proportions. They look SO natural, especially being just over 2 months out. She encouraged me to have it checked by a dermatologist, and I'm forever grateful that she did. Thanks to her attentiveness and expertise, I scheduled an appointment right away and learned that the spot was in fact cancerous. I began treatment shortly after. If it hadn't been for the Plastic Surgery Center and Nurse JoJo's sharp eye and genuine care, my story could have been very different. Her professionalism, compassion, and commitment to her patients quite literally changed, and possibly saved, my life. Thank you, Nurse JoJo, for your kindness and for going above and beyond. I am deeply grateful.

Unfortunately, the surgical outcome did not meet my expectations. Post-surgery, the results appeared identical to my pre-operative state, leaving me feeling as though the procedure did not address the issues I had clearly communicated. Beyond the clinical results, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism during my follow-up appointment. When I expressed my concerns, Dr. Green compared my anatomy to that of his assistant, Staci, making a comment about how the implants would look on her. Given the significant difference in our heights and body frames--I am 5'11" and his assistant is significantly shorter--this comparison was not only medically irrelevant but highly unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. Because the surgery failed to achieve the desired aesthetic goals, I am now forced to undergo a third surgery with a different provider to finally achieve the results I originally sought. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing this practice.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel an obligation to share my experience so others can make…read morean informed decision. I underwent a breast lift with Dr. Scott Green expecting quality care and a positive outcome. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Within weeks of surgery, I developed serious complications and repeatedly contacted the office because I knew something wasn't right. During one of my visits, a culture was taken from the surgical site. To my surprise, I later learned that the culture had never been sent to the laboratory for testing. As a patient experiencing postoperative complications, I found this extremely concerning. As my condition continued to worsen, I sought care from my dermatologist at Kaiser. A culture performed there came back positive for a staph infection. I was devastated and frustrated that I had to seek answers outside of the surgical practice. Throughout my recovery, I often felt that my concerns were minimized rather than addressed. Instead of feeling supported during a very difficult time, I felt I had to advocate for myself every step of the way. After everything that had happened, I asked if Dr. Yamahata, another surgeon in the practice, could perform my scar revision because I no longer felt comfortable returning to Dr. Green. Rather than receiving the support I hoped for, I was accidentally sent an internal text message from the office instructing staff not to schedule any future appointments for me. Receiving that message by mistake was shocking and heartbreaking. It left me feeling abandoned during one of the most difficult periods of my recovery. The physical and emotional impact of this experience has lasted far longer than I ever imagined. I have spent the past year seeking care from other physicians and living with the consequences of complications that changed my life. I understand that every surgery carries risks and that complications can occur with any surgeon. My disappointment is not simply that I experienced a complication--it is how I felt those complications were handled and how I was treated afterward. I encourage anyone considering surgery to ask detailed questions about postoperative care, how complications are managed, whether cultures are promptly processed when infection is suspected, and what support patients can expect if recovery does not go as planned. This review reflects my personal experience and is shared so that others can make an informed decision.

I feel that his lack of curiosity, humility, and commitment to facts undermines his core competency. And it was very clear to me early on that was actively hostile to anything different than his beliefs, even when they're factually wrong! I get no pleasure in saying this. I really had hoped for someone better who could help with my situation. Especially with the ever-changing field of infectious diseases, a doctor needs to be up on the current information in his field, humble to what he doesn't know, and open to continue learning!

I took my son here and my husband within weeks of each other and both time they never let us know they weren't in our network. With both patients they referred us to Sacramento Surgical Arts, which also is not in our insurance network and they also failed to inform us of this. When I called to ask why they didn't inform us they told me it wasn't their job to tell us what's in our network or not that it's the patients job to check. As the patient we are trusting these places to send us to places within our networks or at least give us the heads up, hey this may or not be covered you might want to double check. I would never refer someone to a place that can't be honest and upfront with patients.

I was immediately told that I was banned because of missed appointments. It has been several years so I just assume maybe I had done that and was thinking oh geeze I guess that's that. Keep in mind I have never been fired essentially from any medical practice. I was actually shocked by the accusation but did not argue. I assumed at that time the office had integrity and that I had really missed an appointment years ago. Looking back, either way I never received a letter stating such. The woman who was very quick to tell me I was not allowed to be his patient was the Sister of an employee of mine who was terminated from my employment. I have now come to the conclusion that this was done dishonestly by this woman and this was a clear conflict of interest. I called today to get an appointment for my boyfriend and they asked me how I had heard of Dr. Green. I explained that I was a patient that was essentially fired from being one as I had called last year to re-establish and to my surprise the then Office Manager told me I was not allowed to come back due to missed appointments "plural" which puzzled me. When I asked for specifics about my supposed crimes of "missing appointments" they no longer had records. Keep in mind they were polite on the phone however, Dr. Green let this happen and his employee clearly violated a code of ethics and possibly broke the law. I understand that you trust employees that you have had and they are like family, but what she did was wrong and I believe whole heartedly that the Office Manager embellished and essentially made this decision on her own without the approval of the Dentist because her Sister who worked under me at the time had been terminated for dishonesty herself.
