Vegetables (not all listed): bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, mushrooms, green pepper, onions, spinach, hot peppers, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, bean sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, and more. Then there are about 14 sauces to choose from. You can go with one or mix. And, there are 20 spices to select from. Choose what you want. Pass to the chefs and they cook it up. There are thousands of possible combinations. It can get busy and you may have to wait 8-10 minutes for your food to taken and cooked. I don't care for their technique for cooking. Because they have divided the grill into 12 zones, they don't really "stir fry" you food. The flavors don't really mix well together. When I mentioned it was my birthday, they insisted I take home a birthday cake. They also asked Douglas, the piano man, to play the HAPPY BIRTHDAY song for me.
