This is a gorgeous winery location! It is relatively new, and the views are truly amazing. We came up midweek for a wine tasting using a very nice Groupon for two. Doing midweek tastings is my favorite as it is quite and peaceful, and Fazeli did not disappoint in that regard. We loved the views from the tasting room windows. It has a beautiful patio as well. I would love to come up here to eat soon. I was not a huge fan of the red wine blends that they have as they are all pretty tart. I love smooth deep reds, and these were more in the vain of Temecula grown reds. However, the white blends were refreshing and good. I loved the Viognier blend. The old joke is "Waiter, the food is terrible and the portions are small." I have never had such sad food. I had the shishkabob with saffron rice. Do they realize by definition a shishkabob should have meat and veggies, otherwise it's only a kabob? Do they realize "saffron rice" means something other than bland white rice with NO saffron? It took 45 mins for the food to arrive, and it was ice cold. The kabobs (both beef and chicken) were very dry, too well-done, salty, and otherwise bland, and... no veggies. They must have had complaints about their shishkabob not having veggies. But instead of fixing that they tried to fix the menu and added a note to the shishkabob's description in parenthesis: NOT PERSIAN STYLE. It's like selling a cheeseburger and then giving you a plain burger and then adding a description to the menu: "NOT AMERICAN STYLE". Sorry, there is no style of cheeseburger that has no cheese. The rice was equally bad. Definitely not Persian style either because not only is it not the aromatic basmati rice, it's the cheapest supermarket rice you can find, cooked by a chef who must be new to rice cooking. For a shishkabob that costs $26 you'd expect much higher quality, some veggies, at least twice the portion size and certainly not ice cold. How they get away with such terrible quality and high prices for the food I can't tell. But read the other food reviews and you'll see similar complaints. The one star I gave to this review is because the location itself is actually nice. Let's hope Fazeli improves their food to match the location's quality. read more

we visited here on a Friday, not crowded at all! we had a phenomenal experience with Denise. She really knows what she's talking about and was able to give us such great recommendations. We walked in not knowing what to expect, and she made our entire experience!! Because of her, we were able to try wines that we normally wouldn't. My sister and I are really trying to venture out and discover new wineries in Temecula. However, we keep coming back to Fazeli. The wine (especially Shirin 2015...obsessed), food (baked potato flat bread pizza, kabob platter and ham and cheese sandwich), customer service and the property are just always the best. Every time we come here the staff is so genuinely nice. The musical entertainment is always so good. If you are in Temecula you have to add Fazeli to your list. Be sure to check the wait time for orders BEFORE ordering lunch. We came here for wine tasting and lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The place is huge and looked 20% full. We were shocked when we heard that we would have to wait 90 minutes for the food we just ordered. They said they had a lot of orders ahead of ours. I understand and agree that orders should be processed in the order received. HOWEVER, you should have a kitchen and crew able to handle your customer load. That's a ridiculously long time to wait for lunch. Can't tell you if the food was good. We left. read more

I was frustrated with a situation at the winery and ready to leave, when Kera (Smith) noticed my aggravation and genuinely asked if everything was okay. While she poured a glass of wine, I explained the my frustrations, she listened, and then to my surprise made everything right. She single-handedly turned the evening around which allowed me to enjoy the winery unhindered by earlier events for the beautiful place and tasty wines it offers. So much so that by the end of the evening, we were wine club members. The wine, architecture and view are all impressive, but most admirable is the person who is able to solve problems and make things right. read more

We were trying to get out of our Temecula routine so tried Fazelli for lunch. The food was interesting in a good way. Not the normal wine country fare. We started with a walnut cream cheese dip with pomegranate reduction. My daughter had the saffron shrimp, my husband had a Ruben and I had the chicken and beef kabobs. Everyone that worked at this winery was rude. And since this area has over 60 wineries, It won't affect me having one less winery to go to. This was hands down the BEST winery in Temecula. My fiancé and I came here for a quick tasting and ended up spending hours here. Their wine is unmatched, both the reds and the whites. Tammi and Stacy are the most welcoming individuals who really got to know the both of us. Their hospitality and service made our entire Temecula experience. Literally, my FAVORITE winery to go to. The food selection is great, better than most. As well as the wine, is deeelicious! When we first came here we were served by Lisa, and she really made our first experience here so amazing! So much so that ever since this has been are go-to spot. 5 times later we finally got her again (not saying that any other server isn't great, the service here is immaculate and every server has been great. But Lisa's amazing energy really rubs off on you), and as expected she made this experience just as amazing as our first. Definitely recommend coming here 10000000%! If it was for me I wouldn't leave a single star. My husband and I visit this winery a year ago in August 2021 and the service was AWFUL, the food and pricing didn't meet the expectation of our palates. My husband was ignore when we were at the bar and the male server seemed stand-offish and a total snob. There was no reason for the poor customer service from the staff, since it was only another couple and ourselves at the winery. We left to another winery and didn't think much of it. Then this weekend, we were invited to celebrate our fiends birthday and I do not know what happened but Cynthia and Elizabeth the servers attending to us next thing you know we are getting asked to leave because we were to loud. No one was rude or disrespectful from our party of 17, then the servers became disrespectful and started yelling at us to leave or they would call their manager and the police then they created a scene and the busboy and kitchen personnel were out just witnessing and laughing at the terrible treatment the staff was giving us. My husband and I were not surprised of what happened since we've already had our share of prior TERRIBLE SERVICE at this winery. SAVE YOUR SELVE THE TROUBLE and enjoy GOOD WINE at WIENS, Wilson Creek, OAKMOUNTAIN, CARTER, Thorthon, any other winery but this one. read more

I was really adamant we showed up right at opening time on Saturday since we were a walk in. They had to reservations the week of. We were fortunate to get seated and there is a 90 minute table limit. I would say the food is pretty 'standard' nothing 'wowed' but I had great service. Thanks, Tammi for being a great server! Really good customer service goes a long way. I had the sliders and they were good. My boyfriend seemed to enjoy the flatbread and that filled him up. The outdoor patio had coverage from the sun, which I really appreciate to not overheat while enjoying our tasters. Parking was not paved but no issues finding parking since we did come at opening. We had our wedding at this beautiful location. The food and atmosphere was good, however, the service was slow. There were 30 minutes gap in between serving bread, salad, and the main course. And the salad, was a very small portion. When I ask the manager "why so such delay in between service," She got the guts to tell me that everything was as the schedule. When I ask for extra time (30 minutes) for the event to continue and finish properly, She refuse. Fazeli winery is by far my favorite winery in Temecula. A one of a kind vineyard. With unique wine and amazing service by there staff. The venue has a great ambiance it was great to see the owner there thanking all the customers tasting all his wines. Many of the wines at fazeli have been prized with medals for the best wines of Temecula. The Shiraz is my absolute favorite. If you are in Temecula wine country I definitely recommend heading over this way and trying out this Winery with the best service and wines you won't be disappointed. I enjoyed that the staff took the time to explain in great detail about each wine we tasted. That extra effort to make sure we were treated with the best service. Be ready to walk up some stairs. The wines are good if you like reds, the whites were a little sparse. Very friendly and super helpful, they'll take the time to talk to you if they're not slammed with people tasting. They also aren't pushy about joining their club like some other wineries are but I don't know if it was just our guy. The food was delicious but make sure to check the wait time. We decided to have a few tastings before ordering and when we went to order it said 45 minutes plus. I suggest checking and possibly ordering first then doing the tasting/getting a bottle of wine.
