I have celebrated two or three birthdays here now and Fazeli Cellars never disappoints. As someone who works in the wine industry, I always appreciate visiting wineries that deliver both a beautiful experience and quality wines, and they absolutely do both. The wines are consistently impressive and well crafted, with options that appeal to both seasoned wine drinkers and casual guests. The property itself is stunning and makes for a perfect celebration setting. The views, architecture, and overall atmosphere feel elevated yet welcoming. They are also very accommodating for larger groups, which is one of the reasons I continue coming back for birthday celebrations. Service has always been attentive and organized even with bigger parties. The wine club is a great offering and adds to the overall experience. My only wish is that they offered shipping, as that would make staying connected to the wines much easier after visiting. Overall, a beautiful winery experience that I happily return to and recommend.

Fazeli Cellars Winery was our third stop of the tour. I was recommended the Grapeline Wine Tour. I really enjoyed the tour! The individuals that were on the tour with me made it even more fun. Our tour guide and driver, Tony, was very knowledgable about the area, its history, and wine making. This winery is large. The structure and outdoor area is very nice. Service is very courteous, attentive, and knowledgable. We were given 6 wines to taste. I really enjoyed the wine. I thought it was unique because their wine contains interesting ingredients, especially the sweet wines. A friend I met on the tour ordered a flat bread, and we shared it. The flat bread was delicious and paired well with the wine. Will definitely be back to explore more of their menu and wines!

Fazeli is a beautiful winery, on a hilltop, with a view of the valley. They have a restaurant baba joon, that serves Mediterranean Persian food, we recommend the gyro wrap. They have a large outdoor seating area for Al fresco dining. We loved their white wine 2022 norooz, which we enjoyed with dinner.

The grounds are gorgeous. The food was good. Service was friendly. They aren't super dog friendly (dogs can't go into any of the buildings and there are multiple). You do have to stay on the inner patio with a dog. We went on a Monday, so it was quiet. $10 glasses of select wine too, which was nice. We really enjoyed the wine here. The food was good -- I like that it's different than the rest of the area. Persian food. We ate some kebabs. The beef was SO overcooked we could barely cut it, which was a shame because it had good flavor. The chicken though was great, as was the rice, cucumber yogurt, and salad.

This was the first stop on our wine tour and they were very under prepared. Nothing was set up, the wine was sitting in boxes out in the sun, and no one seemed to know we were coming there. We were directed to the tasting room while they set up the outdoor area but the lady inside promptly told us she wasn't ready and started complaining saying she needed 10-15 before she was able to serve us. Once she was ready she continued to complain that she was alone and the other person called out sick. Overall, it was a bad experience.

I had the membership here when I was living in the area. It was my favorite spot for a solo date during the week and brunch spot to bring family and friends when they were visiting! Their food portions and options were my favorite across the board compared to the other wineries in the area, which ultimately got me to get their membership. Their sweet reds and sangria mixes were my main go-to for drinks as well! I had my two favorite workers that I always sought out on my wine bottle pick up days because their service and conversation always made my time there. Their names are completely escaping my mind right now, but it was one red headed female on the VIP side and one tall male on the general side. Don't know if that helps, but I hope they get the recognition they deserve by others as well! If living nearby again, I will definitely restart my membership.

I was "wowed" by this two-story winery. It was on a hilltop with great views of the vineyard and surrounding area. This was a great discovery with my girlfriend, @Te-see B. We enjoyed a wine tasting flight and brunch (available on weekends). The food service on-site is available by Baba Joon Kitchen. MENU HIGHLIGHTS: -Wine Flights in a towering holder. -Charcuterie Board of assorted meats, cheeses, olives and fruits. $42 -Chicken Shawarma Sando. $26 -Chicken Pesto Sando. $22 It was a fabulous feast for four adults. I highly recommend any casual wine drinker or serious wine lover to bookmark and try this wonderful place. Don't forget to tell'em that Rosemary and Te-see sent ya!!

Our second winery stop! WOW!!!! GORGEOUS estate/winery with a spectacular view. A very Mediterranean design & vibe here:) Not surprising since the owner, Bizhan Fazeli, is Persian, M.E. like moi:) As soon as we climbed up the stone staircase to the wine tasting room, I had to stop and take in the view. I felt like I was in Italy or some exotic Mediterranean location. The food served here is Middle Eastern/Mediterranean with plenty of vegetarian selections. We ordered: The Artisan Board ($42) 5/5 which was huge The Chicken Shawarma Platter ($26) 5/5 The Chicken Pesto Sandwich ($22) 5/5 Everything was DELICIOUS! *The Red wines were bold with lots of flavor. Since 2006, Fazeli Cellars has more than 20 varietals of boutique wines from Cabernet Sauvignon to Sauvignon Blanc, Petite Sirah to Mourvedre, and Viognier to Chardonnay. All have earned numerous prestigious festival competition awards along the loyalty of enthusiasts across the region. Fazeli Cellars' commitment to excellence has transformed his winery into home for high quality wines that pay homage to the rich cultural heritage of Ancient Persia with roots firmly planted in present day Southern California. *Open Monday - Sunday 10 am - 5 pm *Traditional wine tasting is offered daily - $25 per person (6 - 1oz pours); walk in basis only. *90 Minute Tour and Tasting Experience - Saturdays & Sundays at 11am & 1:00pm *Baba Joon's Kitchen 11am - 5pm Daily (walk-in basis only - last order 4:45pm *Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm

Came here for easter brunch. They had a great selection of breakfast food. I had the gyro bowl and the potatoes were so crispy and served with a perfectly cooked egg. The espresso martini was so delicious, probably the best one i've ever had. The alcohol selection was great, the large champagne glass was such a cool experience. Overall great time and great food.

We enjoyed the tour and tasting however our friends asked to purchase the sparkling wine, Wycliff brut. It was $32/ bottle. Its actually made by Gallo and sells only at wine shops for under $7. I expect to payback little more at the winery but thats outrageous.

Beautiful property and great customer service but was disappointed in the wines, especially their chardonnay. Tried two different types of flights, the reds and the whites. Was bummed out because the wines were not great and the property is real nice. I got cat fished. Five stars for sure on the customer service.

The very cool entertainers, George and Gracie posed with us.

We ended up at this winery by mistake (we turned too soon) and were hungry, but the upstairs people told us they were closing soon (it was 4:40) and sent us downstairs. Then the downstairs people said they weren't open until 5:00. We were a little lost, confused, and frustrated until the chef took pity on us and gave us a little tour, told us his favorites from the menu, and told us we were welcome to sit down while the musical act was setting up and wait until the bar staff was ready to take our food order. The musicians ended up playing to a crowd of two (us!) and they were amazing! George and Gracie were their names and they gave us a private concert with all the songs we requested and then all songs from Minnesota complete with stories because we were all chatting this whole time and they knew we were from Minnesota. Our food came and it was ok, nothing to write home about (except for the caesar dressing which the chef said he made himself and it was amazing!) But hey, stop in for free live music so these entertainers have someone to play for!

Do I need reservations for wine tasting?

How many in the party? If more than 4 please call and make appointment, otherwise please just walk in

Is there a doggie meal offered?

I know dogs are allowed, but I've not seen anything about a doggie meal offered.

    Do you serve dinner?

    Sorry not at this point.

Hello. What is the cost for wine tasting?

Im not sure now that they are back up 100% Ive always just ordered wine by the glass and don't miss out on the food.. Its really good. The place is very much in line with the cost of the other wineries around. The wine is great.

Do you have wine tasting at this time?

Very limited, Friday’s, Saturday’s and Sundays from 11 am.

    Are dogs allowed?

On the main patio only if the dog is friendly

I'd like to bring my kids (teens) for lunchtime Anniversary Celebration on a Friday. Are children under 21 allowed at the winery for dining? I have seen some wineries stating that Saturday and Sunday are 21+ only, but weekdays, under 21 are allowed.

Outside in the patio I have seen little kids.

Do you serve beer or mixed drinks also? My brother is coming for a visit and doesn't drink wine. We love your beautiful winery and wine. Would love for him to experience it.

Yes to the beer no to the mixed drink if you mean cocktails.

Are we allowed to bring our own snacks and food while we wine taste?

Yep. They also have bread 🥖 crackers on the counter

Can we bring our toddler here? is the place somewhat stroller friendly?

Yes you may, please drive to the upper parking lot and make your way to the tasting room

Do you have designated areas for special romantic situations? Better yet do you have a deal that would include all the bell and whistles for a romantic time? Dinner, wine and flowers?

Please call the office and ask for the events department tomorrow after 9 am

What's the cost of Saturday tasting per person?

Groupon has a deal for weekend for two people for $29. It's for six tastings.

I would like to visit Fazeli for wine tasting on a Saturday with my husband and a dog. Would it be possible?

We look forward to seeing you, please note your pet should stay on the main patio accompanied by someone in your party at all time and behave in a manner not to discomfort others.

I decided to do a wine tasting for my birthday with 2 other guests and drove from LA to Temecula on a Sunday. Arriving to the estate was easy, there's plenty of free parking spots surrounding the winery. It's quite an uphill stroll and some stairs are involved, but you definitely get a workout in. They have a covered patio area of tables that are either reserved or you put your name down to get a table on the left side of the winery, the middle/terrace area is usually used for private parties/events such as a bridal shower or birthday party, where there are 2 outside bars and sometimes they offer live music, the back area of the estate has a grassy area with small vendors selling jewelry and such with picnic style tables (no shade or cover), a gazebo of seating facing in my opinion, the best part of the view, and a separate location for wine club members. The inside is where you do the actual wine tasting experience, and has high bar stool tables and chairs for seating as well. Stepping up to the hostess desk, a man who worked there greeted us and very quickly told us what they offer and then walked away (had nothing to do with the check in desk area, so it was a little confusing). The hostesses had the same spiel to give, and I had mentioned it was our first time and we had absolutely no idea how to even begin a wine tasting experience. The explanations were rushed and basically told us to figure it out. We walked away towards the inside/outside terrace of the winery and were stuck walking around for 5 minutes not knowing where to go. We stopped by one of the outside bars and asked for help, the bartender told us we could start our wine tasting experience inside. Now was that so hard to help us navigate where we're supposed to go and what we're supposed to do? Not everything should be explained on a script, most of the time hospitality and customer service goes a longer distance than formalities. We finally get inside and the women working the front for the tastings were really impersonal and standoffish. We finally start getting a tasting experience going, asked for recommendations and none were received or explained so we just picked random options and had them pour. Throughout the 6 tastings we had, each pour was a different amount, if the bottle they were using was running low, they would pour the last bits of it (barely 2 sips), and hand it over, vs a bottle that was more than full, would get a nice even tasting pour. We eventually wanted to order food, and before we even started the tasting, we asked for a table and the hostess told us it would be over an hour wait. We put our names down, they called us in the middle of our 2/6 tasting, which was less than 20 min. So we went to our table and kept having to go back inside one by one to taste our different wines, as we were at a table now and not just doing the tasting experience inside. Food was great, service at the table was also great. Afterwards we left our table and walked towards the gazebo area and sat down by the view. The most enjoyable part of our day just taking in the atmosphere. On our way out, we wanted to experience a different viewpoint which was the bar area with the stools next to the tables of the "reserved/name down" area. I very nicely asked the hostess if we could sit in the empty seats for just a second to finish our last tasting and take in the view, she told us no those are reserved areas and not just open for anyone to sit at as they please. "Sorryyyy those are reserved spaces" with a smile that was clearly not genuine. We understood, dropped our wine glasses off at the bar, and proceeded to our next destination. All in all, the service here was not great. The entire experience felt absolutely rushed, it was not focused on the wine tasting experience at all, they are more focused on selling tables and getting you to order food. There was no explanations on a quick backstory of the wines we were interested in trying, it was just like "which one do you want" "*point*" poured it, and just told us to enjoy. I didn't enjoy my time here at all, and I won't be back to visit, as there are many many other lowkey wineries that are not as highly reviewed or popular as this one, and they are a much better experience.

The saxophone player played contemporary music which was all entertaining as I noshed and sipped vino. Their signature Cabernet Sauvignon was quiet lovely; aroma and depth of flavors was perfect with the fromagé ...love!! After the lunch, a stroll around the grounds to see more vineyards, felt the breeze on a hot day was nice. Inside the gift shop there was so much to peruse through, but some of the stuff will definitely get a giggle out of you. There's an art gallery connected to the main building. I wouldn't call it an art gallery but many walls were dedicated to showcasing local artists work depicting the Temecula Valley lifestyle. In the same room is the wine tasting bar and most of the people inside the art gallery seemed to be more interested in wine tasting than the art lol This was my second time visiting, both times, I had a great first impression and last impression from the ambiance, food and service. Service from the staff members were all courteous, helpful and just wonderful, All was amazing, Cheers!!Recommend
