Worst customer service! Never been treated so rudely! For some reason I was given such a bad attitude because I asked for the prices per item which is crazy to me as how does someone expect a customer to drop off their clothes for the first time having no idea how much it will cost when they pick up their clothes! I ended up paying over 250 dollars for my clothes and you would think giving them that much money would get a smile or thank you for your business kind of attitude when I picked up my clothes but no instead more bad attitude! I had my wedding dress cleaned here and it took over 5 months to finally have it back.... they had to redo it 2-3 times and then waited for the special "preservation" box (which was an extra $50) for an extra month +. This place cost us almost $800! We were packing for our trip, when we realized they'd only given my husband ONE of his suits, instead of two. We called, immediately and were told, "it's not POSSIBLE to NOT give you your entire order," and that their system "won't let" that happen. We asked her to please (at least look), and 10 seconds later, she swore they didn't have it. Well, we were going to a black-tie wedding, so, with no time left, we had to purchase a brand new suit, at almost $800. Two days later, while on our trip, (and you cannot make this up), my husband gets a text saying, "your suit is ready." He immediately called, and they said, yep, they found the suit. Fast forward to today, he picks up the suit, and tells them the expense they left us with. The girl says, "well, bring your cleaning here, and I'll give you a discount...." My husband says, we will NEVER use them, again. Can you imagine? They cost us that kind of money, and just flippantly disregarded the hardship, for us. Thankfully, we had the discretionary income, and were able to purchase a suit, which should NOT have even been necessary! Ridiculous. I would give ZERO STARS, if that were an option. I was so hesitant to take my items to Fazio based on these reviews. So I took one dress to have the buttons changed as a tester to see their quality of work and customer service. The dress came out amazing and I was charged a flat fee which I found very reasonable. Then, I decided to bring in 7 items for various reasons ranging from broken seams, adding snaps, changing buttons, to total dress alterations. I was given a price quote, which again was extremely reasonable and was told that at pick up I could use a coupon. What?!? That's awesome. My items were ready in 7 days, as promised. I picked up all my items and I am so happy with the quality of work they did. They were friendly, professional, and affordable. Fazio will be my go-to from now on. read more

This would be the perfect dry cleaners for me if it weren't for the expensive price tags. It could be considered standard pricing but I've found better prices around. They could be basing their price around the community they're located at too though. But I wouldn't get away from this location just because of the price, the staff is really cool and nice. They'll keep bringing up the fact that there's coupons that can reduce the price but lets face it, expensive! One other feature I like about this location (which I'll probably use in case of an emergency) is that they're open on Sunday's! Not too many places are! I brought my cleaning to Fazio on Wednesday December 21, 2022 at 8 am in the morning. I requested to have my dry cleaning by Friday at 5pm I was told no you cannot pick up you're cleaning until Saturday the 24th which was absurd. Not only are these folks very overpriced in the dry-cleaning industry but their staff needs more training on customer relations that is why they are rated so low. I would hope that upper management takes heed to the reviews. read more

A decent dry cleaner but nothing spectacular. It seems like a lot of mom and pop dry cleaners in this town only keep business hours which doesn't jive with my schedule. Fazios is open relatively late so until I find a better place close to home, it'll do. Bring coupons. Get them off their website. Without the coupons this place is ridiculously expensive. I wish they'd just lower their prices and get rid of the coupons, but I guess they've convinced people it's a bargain with the coupons so they keep it up. read more

As far as alterations go, their pricing is absolutely ridiculous! I took in two pairs of casual pants to be hemmed. An alteration that is taught in a first week high school sewing class. Their biggest strengths are same-day service and price if you use the coupon. However, their work is often times shoddy or incomplete and I have often had to ask them to re-wash or re-clean my clothes because they missed certain spots. Poor service, plus they destroy your clothes! My wife and I have used Fazio's several times as they are close to our house. On several occasions clothes were not ready when they were supposed to. The person working at the store apologized and gave us a new date, which was also wrong. We had to argue with the manager to provide the cleaning for free even though that's part of their guarantee. The last straw happened when I got back a cashmere sweater that had a hole in it. Took it in and was told to come back when there was a manager on duty, so I did. The manager glanced at it and said it wasn't their fault because I had moths in my closet. I pointed out to him that the hole wasn't there before I brought it in to be cleaned and none of our other wool sweaters were damaged. He said it was impossible that their service could cause any damage and refused to do anything about it. So yeah, we're done with this place. Going to look for one of those dry cleaners that uses a more environmentally friendly CO2 based system. read more

If I could rate at zero stars or even less, I would. I started using this company because it is convenient location and I heard about the fast turn around. But, it has been the worst dry cleaning experience/service I have ever received. And, I no longer with to use them. On a few occasions, I received my clothes back as if nothing had been cleaned. For the price you pay, that is unacceptable. And, even with the coupons, the place is not cheap. Another time, I requested a hem be re-sewn. I paid a ridiculous amount for it and when I received it, the entire hem was not even re-sewn. When I brought it back to get it fixed again, the seamstress seamed to be talking negatively about me to the cashier because I wanted it fixed. Poor customer service. What really is the kicker is that I had a $60 shirt ruined and I had only worn it once. I was told by the male cashier that I could file a claim but, he could not find any official forms. So, he took down my information on a random piece of paper and said I would be getting a refund in a few weeks. I called and stopped by a few times to check the status. One of the cashiers simply just told me I still needed to wait a few weeks because it takes time. On another occasion, without showing any remorse or kind emotion, I was told that once a claim goes to corporate it is out of their hands. Needless to say, it has been over three months and I have not received anything. Finally, my boyfriend also used to go to this dry cleaner for convenience. One day, he was told he had a $130 unpaid tab from months back. He asked how is that possible. They said it was because his credit card was declined. Now, when paying with a credit card, it will say it is declined upon the attempted use. And, every time he has picked up his clothes, he always signed off on a verified payment. He has never picked up clothes without paying and he does not have any clothes pending there. As a courtesy, he asked for any documentation and they of course could not provide any. However, we brought 10 items our first time, and even with the 40% yelp discount or first timer discount.. the total was outrageous! They do offer free pick up and delivery but since I don't have that many things at a time to have done I just drop it off myself and pick it up. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!!! While picking up my clothes I noticed that 2 of the shirts had yellow dye all over them. I returned the pieces and asked what it was the lady (Lupe) at the counter was very rude and insisted that it was not their fault and that it was because they had not finished the cleaning cycle. I returned the next day and was handed a claim ticket- Their way of letting me know they had destroyed my clothes. When I asked what their policy was for this- I was told they didn't know but if I could produce the receipts then they would reimburse 100%. I returned again with the receipts which were from online purchases so the receipts even included photos of the pieces so there was no discrepancy that they were the correct receipts. The 2 receipts added up to $175. I FINALLY received the check from Fazios... for a whopping $20!!!!! Didn't even cover the cleaning costs! I was APPALLED by the customer service locally but the customer service from the corporate office was even WORSE!! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY CLEARLY DO NOT VALUE YOUR CLOTHES OR YOUR BUSINESS! read more

Insanely overpriced -- $10 for a single cotton shirt?-- and shockingly poor service. I brought in a sweater that had a stain, asking very specifically if it was possible to clean the item. I expected an honest "Maybe" or perhaps "We'll try," which would have allowed me to decide whether to risk the high cleaning fee. Not here. Fazio assured me this stain could be removed. The sweater was returned to me with the same stain, and a tear in the collar area from someone carelessly stapling a paper message saying "Sweater came in stained." For this, I was charged nearly $20! The coupons Fazio provides via email are a laugh, subject to so many conditions they're essentially useless. I will say Fazio is quick with turnaround. But picking up items is an exercise in sticker shock and disappointment every time. I will never go back. read more

I'm a tough customer! I'm in sales and wear shirts and ties to work. A good cleaners is one I don't have to think about. I bring in my shirts and come back and leave with clean clothes. After going in person to 1946 Village Center Drive to set up an account for dry cleaning pickup and delivery, I had a bad experience. The pickup was on Mon-Jan 11. I was told I would get my 2 business suits delivered to me on Wed-Jan 13. I never heard back from anyone at Fazio Cleaners. I went in person to 1946 Village Center Drive on Sat-Jan 16 and was told that I did not have an account set up for pickup and delivery. But, my 2 business suits were there and my credit card had already been charged. I will not use Fazio Cleaners again because they seem untrustworthy and their pickup and delivery service is terrible. read more

I have been coming to the store for five years but today was my last time because I find the staff becoming increasingly incompetent. Today they told me they "can't do two things at once" with a cleaning AND and an alteration. Throw in that unless you have their once in a while coupon special the pricing is way over the top. There prices are already high but they are close to me instead of just taking care of it I had to pay 9 dollars to have a tie cleaned that didn't need to be cleaned.
