In the DC area where I'm from, I can get 3 shirts laundered for that price. Maybe this place does great work on high-end items; I don't know. Unfortunately I had to make 2 trips because our clothes were not done until 5pm. The price was fine. They however gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I will say they are super friendly. They know their customers by first name. It seems to be a good family oriented business. Although it was unfortunate for the inconvenience. I first brought in two pairs of jeans and a pair of cashmere lounge pants -- and they did such an excellent job that I've been back multiple times since. They've added elastic to the sleeves of a very expensive winter coat, hemmed several pairs of slacks and jeans, and taken in both the legs and waistbands of other pants. Every piece has come back fitting beautifully. Lisa is thorough, kind, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to make sure everything fits just right, and the pricing is very reasonable. And the prices are competitive and the service is competent. My boyfriend is so pleased with how correctly his shirt plackets are consistently ironed. Honestly the only thing wrong is that the app keeps telling you to swipe a card in to enter the location when you don't have to and you have to do some random workaround to be able to do anything else on the app, but certainly that will be fixed any time now. Unfortunately this is the last time We will EVER use their services. My daughter's brand new dress that still had the tags on it and NEVER worn and cost $159.99 before tax was ruined. Dropped the dress of to be cleaned after the fitting from the amazing #1 tailor Europin Tailor Alteration & Bridal Sewing & Alteration * The Lakes, Las Vegas. This dress was the last one in my daughter's size and the color. The dress is for a wedding that is on 3/30/2024. So there is no time to even replace nor repair anything. The owner greeted me when I came to pick up my daughter's dress. As I said I have been coming for years. He even asked me to leave another review because his stars are higher than the other Mom and Pops location. My daughter and I returned back to the cleaners after seeing this burn mark. We are told there is nothing that they will do except a store credit for the dress amount. Which is NOT what we expected to hear. We asked for the owner to come in and discuss this with us. Unfortunately he refused. He had the manager on duty to relay all his messages. Keep in mind him and I were just having a nice conversation when I picked up the dress. They have you sign a store policy about removing stains and marks on items. Saying they are not responsible for any damage connected to the removal of them. They removed the oil stains that got on the silk fabric during the fitting of the dress. However, they created a burn mark in a whole different area of the dress. Only offering to give a store cleaning credit for the dress cost. All this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. To have the owner stand in my face and NOT say one word about the new damage of the dress that they caused. Neither have their manager on duty either say anything. Then to have his laugh and talk with me and ask me to leave a review as I always do for him. Is crazy !!! They have received thousands of dollars from me from repeated visits and I have sent people to this location. I ALWAYS give 5 star reviews on behalf of the owner and this business location. Just to have him treat me/us like nobody's and NOT refund the cost of the dress that they COMPLETELY RUINED !! I have sent this review to BBB and made a complaint with them as well. My wife took her newly cleaned $400 jacket that has been worn all of 5 times out of the plastic and hanger to only find multiple ink spots again and torn fabric. She took it back and after waiting 3 weeks they removed the ink spots but said the tears they caused should be considered by us as just normal wear and tear... So one sleeve had 4 buttons and two button holes but none aligned. The other also had the 4 original buttons and 3 button holes, also not aligned. Plus, the 4th button was absolutely flush with the bottom of my sleeve. I cut off that button so that I could wear the suit that weekend, still I felt uncomfortable that someone might notice botched up sleeves. Was this total incompetence or was she screwing me over? Buyer be warned. I will never go back here for any service.

I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected. It looks cheap, feels flimsy, and completely ruined the overall look and integrity of the purse. This cost $70. I had no problem paying that amount for a proper, professional repair--but this was neither professional nor acceptable. I brought the issue to their attention immediately, and their response was essentially, "sorry, that's the best we could do." No effort was made to fix the problem or offer a solution. If you care about your leather goods, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for repairs. This was a waste of both time and money.
