I went to the Lake Mead location, being referred by a friend for their tailoring, I get to the location and the cashier Sydney, whom didn't even ask what I needed done before barraging me with questions for my name and phone number, stated that the location didn't specialize in tailoring (when it's advertised on the website) and that the "tailoring wouldn't be the best" if I were to have her do it, and then referred me to another business down the street. This is second different time in a row where i've taken shirts or pants in and come back (one time 3 days later--not one day later but 3 days later-and only had 1/2 the order ; had come back again. And the second time was 4 days later (not 1) and still only 1/2 the order. I had 4 pairs of jeans. How can u do 2 pairs of jeans and not due the other 2 pairs of jeans? They're open on Sundays which is perfect for me to drop my stuff off and pick up on Monday or Tuesday, most places are closed on Sundays. Came here years ago and recently stopped in during a trip since I needed something done quickly and was familiar with the chain. No issues. They upcharge on anything white, linen, silk or other items so if you have a white silk blouse, for example, it will be extra expensive to clean that garment. They give discounts on uniforms for police and firemen. Tailoring is available here but at crazy prices so find out what something will cost before you have them sew anything. read more

Last week, in preparation of stating a new job on Monday Oct-9, I entrusted Al Philips with 5 French Cuff dress shirts and a pair of dress pants. I was assured my order would be ready to pick on Saturday. I went to the 8578 W Lake Mead location on Saturday where I was informed my order wasn't ready. I asked to speak a manager and was told I would receive a call back in Monday and since they are closed on Sundays, the earliest delivery to that location wouldn't be until 11AM MONDAY. Al Philips The Cleaner has horrible customer service. I had to drive all over Vegas to purchase an outfit for my first day at a new company because Al Philips can't deliver on their commitments. On Monday I received not one phone call from Al Philips management about them screwing me over and losing my order. After work on Monday, I returned to the W Lake Mead location where I was charged the full amount for my order that should have been ready on Saturday. The two employees working there were adamant in their refusal to provide a discount for their error. As of Tuesday, 10-10-23, I have still not received a call from management. Absolutely abysmal customer experience. I will not use Al Philips again. Their tags line is "Image is Everything" yet, they clearly don't care else they would have reached out already. They have my number, just not my business ANYMORE. read more

Located on rampart and lake mead, this dry cleaners is in a fairly decent strip mall next to a Pappa johns, Big Lots, Roberto's and a PTs pub. Opened everyday of the week, I have found this Dry cleaners to be prompt and a fair price. Dropping off a couple of business shirts and a suit the total was around $23 bucks. A little bit more expensive than some other places but the service is great and turn around being 24hrs, I can't complain to much. I was going to give just 3 stars, but considering they have a dry thru pick up and drop off I've bummed it up. I would not recommend this company. I took in two 2-piece suits and three shirts on a Friday to be dry cleaned and was told they would be ready for pick up the next day (Saturday) at 5:00PM. I was not able to make it in on Saturday to pick up my order and therefore went on Sunday. When I entered the store I was told that my two suits were ready but that my shirts would not be ready for pick-up until later that afternoon or on Monday. I was given a guarantee that my complete order would be ready on Saturday, and now I was being told that part of my order would not be ready until possibly Monday? That was just the start. When I was brought my two suits, one of them had someone else's blazer. Apparently mine had been sent to a different store but they didn't know which one. I was told I would need to come in on Monday to pick it up. I come in Monday to pick-up my missing blazer and my three shirts, however only my shirts were available, the blazer had not been delivered from the other store. I was told I would receive a phone call later in the afternoon once it had arrived, this phone call never came (this was the third phone call I was told I would receive but didn't). I was finally able to pick up my missing blazer Tuesday afternoon. The only reason I have chosen to give this establishment two stars instead of one is because they did not charge me for the cost of my two suits.
