If anyone goes there and drop off an item, demand a receipt showing the total cost when you pick the item up. Tide dry cleaners is way better. Your clothes smell phenomenal. No wrinkles unlike this place. And the cost is ridiculous. I don't work for Tide, I get my dry cleaning there. Did I mention all you have to do is pull up and they come out and assist you right away. I had to drop 2 pieces of clothing off, 1 shirt 1 pants. 15.00 I get 5 shirts and some shorts for like 27, i work the for the USPS, so my clothes have to be on point. I knew better about going here. Not only is it very close and convenient for me. I literally go there for the experience of customer service and of course for the quality. The manager and all workers are always genuinely very pleasant and you can tell they love their jobs. The best part about it is that they operate there own plant right in the store, so your clothes aren't leaving and going elsewhere! They have very good pricing, and my clothes are always on time. I always get complements on how my work shirts look so clean and pressed. I'm so happy I decided to give them a try years ago. Nothing has changed. Update: After initially having a horrible experience with this company, they worked with me to make it right. The next morning, I STILL had not received a call back, so I called again on the way to the airport... I finally got ahold of my location. I told them that their actions had caused me to have to frantically run out at 8pm and spend $200, dollars to purchase a new suit for my husband because by the time we left for the airport, our clothing was still not delivered. I explained that I would be taking my business elsewhere. The manager agreed that what had happened and how it had been subsequently handled, was inexcusable, offered an apology and asked for the opportunity to make it right. In the end, I was issued a store credit for the order and I was issued additional store credit as reimbursement for the new clothing I had to run out and needlessly purchase. Original review: I used their pick up and delivery service. My clothes were picked up and I was guaranteed in writing that my clothing would be delivered Monday by close of business. It's now Monday at 9pm, all of their locations are closed and my dry cleaning was NOT delivered. They were told we needed the clothes Monday because we were leaving town for a vacation. I was assured repeatedly this would not be an issue. Yet here we are. My regular driver is not responding to texts and calls. None of the locations are answering their phones, because they are presumably closed. They are way more expensive then their competition, and I expect a certain level of customer service to compensate for that. Since that's obviously not the case, I will be looking to take my business elsewhere. So disappointed. read more

I took a Michael Kors jumpsuit for the zipper to be fixed or changed. The seamstress looked at it and said it can only be replaced and the cost is $30 I agreed and left. I picked my cloth today and realized she didn't change the zipper because it has the original MK brand on it! Curious and furious at the same time, I called to inquired why she cheated me. From a business point of view, the question is really not being ethical or not but rather understanding a repeat satisfied customer is worth more than a one time $30 fee! I didn't think she will admit the fault because she is an employee not the owner. The owner got back to me and said that the zipper has been replaced by a zipper similar to the original one. I am not going to hassle over $30 but I thought I tell other clients to watch out for this place. No wonder they have only two stars! I will say I haven't had some horrific experience here, however due to the prices I won't be going back. My first visit I took in about 10+ items in for dry cleaning and laundering, which cost me around $150. I expected it to be a bit pricey, but considering I used a coupon I'd say they are outrageous. Even then I'm the type of person who is willing to pay a little extra for good quality-- So the rating really reflects just how over priced their services are. Today I went to pick up three items I had dropped off for alterations las t week; my total came to $66.75! I asked, "You're not even cleaning it". (It would have cost $9.75 to clean it by the way.) The lady replied, "I have no idea, that's just what the computer says and we can't change the prices". No sooner than she was done saying that, the dress was done. A full minute of "service" for over $10? That makes a lot of sense. Not. Shame on you Fazio. They are pressed and look nice with a red ribbon, which means nothing, but they came back smelling like others sweat and cologne that my husband doesn't wear. Fazio does a decent job at cleaning and pressing clothes. Their prices are ridiculously high (about twice what they should be), but they email coupons several times a month, and as long as you print and bring a set of coupons with your items, the price will be only a little high. Their prices for ANY kind of tailoring or alterations are ludicrous, even with the coupons. Their customer service ranges from really friendly (occasionally) to merely competent (75% of the time) to downright rude (one event about which I wrote them a nasty letter). The only real upside is that the stuff will be ready when they tell you. I had one unbelievable experience: I brought in a down comforter for cleaning, which they priced at $30.11. (This was before I learned about the coupons.) I was kind of taken aback, as I could buy a new comforter for maybe $80. I came back to get it at the appointed time and it wasn't ready. I came back the next day, and they confessed that they couldn't find it. They asked for my "patience." I didn't really need it right away, so I let it go for a couple of weeks, and then came back. They still couldn't find it. So I went back the next day to get the money for a replacement. That time, the girl kept me waiting about 10 minutes, but she came back with the comforter. To my amazement, she set the cleaned, bagged comforter on the counter, then turned to the cash register and said, "That will be $30.11." I was speechless. I literally couldn't speak. So I picked up one of their little counter placards that say, "It's ready, it's right, or it's free" and handed it to her. Then I picked up my comforter and walked out the door. read more

Dropped off my sons JROTC uniform, picked up the uniform three days later and noticed an extra crease in the uniform when I got home, now the uniform looks "off". No customer service at all. The best thing about this dry cleaners is the location. The tailor - she happens to be AWESOME. I've been there to get alterations done - she does a great job. However, the prices for tailoring/alterations are sky high compared to others in the area. And of course, Fazios is making that $ not the lady who does the good work. They charged $17 to hem a pair of my daughter's school shorts. Unlined - hemmed a couple of inches - that is all - $17. If you have a coupon, you save 25%, so you are at $12.75.. I found another cleaners 3 miles away that hemmed 3 more pairs for me at $10 each (with no coupon) - they looked fine...we are talking shorts for a kid to wear to school. They also charged me about $29 to take in a pair of shorts (and that was with a 25% coupon) AND hem (unlined)..please, the shorts only cost $22... I've also stood in line there on a Sunday before and watched 3 people walk out with a pile of clothes in their arms - they got tired of waiting for the 1 person to check out the person at front of line -- there were 6 of us in line at that time - it took about 14 minutes for me to get waited on... I will only go back to this cleaners to use the tailor - and only for things that are important - their basic tailorings costs are crazy high...(unlined hem, etc)... read more
