Example: I came to see Dr. Kagan for one specific reason - to get a prescription for my new glasses. Dr. Kagan examined my eyes and gave me his prescription, which I used to order my new glasses at Costco. Order was completed, I got my new glasses! I was surprised when it turned out that I see worse with my new glasses than old ones! I contacted the office of Dr. Kagan and asked if I can come to follow up appointment and if Dr. Kagan can give his expert opinion regarding the new glasses (maybe Costco guys made a mistake or something). "Yes, you can come" they answered me in the Dr Kagan office. So, when I came, Dr. Kagan's assistant asked what's wrong with the glasses. I say, I see with new glasses worse than with my old ones. She takes my glasses, goes to talk to the doctor and comes after half a minute, saying that I need to go to Costco and solve the issue there. I ask, what, Dr. Kagan can't give his professional opinion about what's wrong with the glasses?? "No, he cannot" - the assistant goes...Ok, I go to Costco to get a new prescription and Costco doctor says that the prescription I got from Dr Kagan is wrong! What a surprise! I knew that already, but Dr Kagan is so arrogant that can't accept his own mistake. Moreover, his arrogance and narcissism go up so much that he can't even talk to his patient and discuss their problems! No, what for?? He is too busy. Now, I want to ask you one simple question. If he can make mistakes with the prescription for glasses which is a 6-10 numbers so to speak, can he make a mistake with the surgical procedures that he does regularly? I believe these operations require many more numbers. Can he make errors there? I think you know the answer. Yes, he can. Do you want a doctor that not only can make a mistake where he deals with your precious organ but doesn't even want to accept his mistake?! No, you don't want this doctor! A big NO. Dr Roya actually CARES for her patients, she's not on social media making marketing videos every day, because for her it's not about the volume of patients she can service, but how well she can service her patients individually. A technician performed retinal imaging and a vision test and told me there were no changes from my previous visit, when I had been examined by a reputable retina specialist who no longer works at this practice. I was not examined by the physician, Dr. Benjamin, who was on site that day. Afterward, I obtained my medical record and found multiple diagnoses that are incorrect and would require an eye examination to diagnose. The chart also documented symptoms and conditions that I did not have. What alarmed me most was that I was provided with a tear duct scan that did not belong to me. The scan was timestamped after I had already left the office, and the patient's name appeared to be handwritten rather than printed by the imaging system. This raised serious concerns for me about the practice's recordkeeping, patient privacy, and the accuracy of my own medical record. The practice also refuses to produce the native imaging with patient PII embedded in the images.

He told my mom she needed cataract surgery and the office promptly scheduled her at a nearby outpatient surgery center. An hour later she was back to new, no pain, blood or gore!
