I moved to the area over a year ago and have been here so many times, my review is overdue. It's a small ranch style cafe that serves American-Mexican food. I absolutely love the chilaquiles. Be careful because the pepper and salsa is actually spicy! Amazing service, big portions, reasonable prices, and delicious food! My only complaint is that they're not open later, I'd love to have late lunch/dinner here and hope they consider extending their hours in the future because it's that good! read more

Ok so we come here at least twice a month. I'm torn because we always get the same things.... always get the grilled pork chop on the side and it's always been the same price, also we decided to get our baby some juice and for the tiniest. up they charged us 5.95 WHAT?! we could have just skipped it and gone to the market or if they could have just given a regular cup! As for the grilled porkchop for some odd reason they charged $10.95 what?! we never paid more than $8.95 for two pieces. I should have looked at the receipt before leaving the restaurant but you know you go to a place all the time you just give them your trust. We were highly disappointed with the hidden fees they had charged us.... so for all 4 of us they had killed us out of $20 total extra. Warmly greeted right when you walk in. Our waitress was attentive and staff go around making sure you never run out of coffee. The place is cozy inside with some western charm. There is outdoor seating as well. Portions are good. My husband got the chicken fried steak. The chicken fried steak was perfectly fried and tender in the inside. The gravy was thick and creamy. They also give you a little side of salsa . There is a little bit of sweetness to the gravy so the salsa nicely balances it. I got the chorizo burrito. Yummy for meat lovers, it was a it much for me as there were no potatoes in the burrito in which I'm used to, but nothing that the hash browns couldn't fix. Had the chilaquiles here and they were really good, definitely coming back for more! Just a heads up, they offer two sauces, and one of them contains pork. The beans also have pork, so make sure to ask if you have any dietary restrictions. The chilaquiles were served in a generous portion with sour cream and cheese. You can choose a side, I went with the house potatoes. Everything was delicious, and the food came out super quickly, which really surprised me. The servers were very attentive and welcoming. The restaurant is a bit small, but very cozy. They also have outdoor seating, which we really enjoyed. Parking is a limited, but we were able to park on the side of the nearby vet hospital. Went in on a weekday- like random Tuesday- they were busy and service was a little slow Got table on the patio and I didn't even log inside but it was busy. I was between breakfast and lunch so decided to have the sandwich with soup. I asked the server if the soup was canned or homemade - ? he said everything is prepared in house - ehhh nope, soup was awful but the sandwich was good! My niece and nephew got chilaquiles plate with eggs and beans and they said beans were not good tasting and chilaquiles sauce wasn't great but they were crispy and egg was cooked well. Went by for breakfast recently and had a terrible experience. I ordered chile verde huevos rancheros, as usual. Asked for the eggs to be cooked over medium to over hard, as usual. Asked for the hash browns crispy. Took awhile for food to come out but they were busy. The order came out and the eggs were barely over easy. Very runny yolk. Hash browns very pale. Asked the server to have it remade and she had an attitude. Took awhile for the remake. The people seated behind us were really mad about their food and saying they were leaving. Manager came out to say they would remake their food. Never got refills on our drinks. Server never came back to ask how our food was. I don't think we will return to this location again. read more

Went on Sunday afternoon 2/22/26 and waited about 50 minutes to get seated. It was our first time and we really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, great portions, fair price, wonderful service. We can't wait to be back to try the Menudo; They were sold out by the time we got there so make sure to get there early! Ambiance is very intimate, mostly Hispanic :) Nice that they have a small fenced area connected to the restaurant for you to put your horse while you eat. The Temecula location is nowhere near as good as the one in Norco. When I eat at the Norco restaurant, I can usually only finish about half my meal and end up taking the rest to go. However, I ordered the exact same plate--huevos rancheros with green sauce--twice in Temecula, and both times the portion was about half the size and not nearly as good. At the Norco location, the plate is piled high and almost overflowing. In Temecula, the plate was flat, and the green sauce was watery, as if it had been diluted. The beans were also watered down and barely spread on the tortilla, and there was very little pork. Despite the noticeable difference in quality and portion size, the price was about the same. I could have overlooked the food and simply chosen not to return. However, what prompted me to write this review was the bill. I was shocked to see a $4.00 charge for hot water. When I questioned it, the manager/owner told me they charge $4.00 for hot water with lemon--which is exactly what I ordered. It wasn't even purified water; it clearly tasted like tap water with a metallic flavor. That charge felt excessive and unreasonable. If it weren't for that, I probably wouldn't have written this review. I really wish this location were better because I do enjoy the one in Norco. They may attract first-time or tourist customers, but based on my experience, it's hard to see them building a strong base of returning local customers. I do have to mention that they did return my $4.00 After I complained. read more

This place was recommended to me by a coworker who lives in the Corona area and it did not disappoint. The prices on most items is $15+ but the portion of the food makes it worth it. The food came out fresh and it all looked amazing. I ordered the chorizo and cheese omelette with a side of beans and rodeo potatoes. My mouth is watering thinking about this plate My mom ordered the French toast and it was so good, the butter tasted real (iykyk). The service was great and our waitress did an amazing job checking in on us and refilling our drinks. The space is small and a little crowded but the ambiance is cozy and very welcoming. For those of us in Jurupa Valley sadly our Rodeo Cafe is gone now. It is not known whether a new one will open at another location near by. We can only hope. But lament not cause close by in Norco is another Rodeo Cafe. This one is a bit smaller so your wait might be longer but once inside you're greeted with the exact menu as the JV location. Excellent comfort food, big portions, hot coffee and soft country music in the background. One noticeable difference is that lots of folks here wear cowboy boots I noticed. Norco is of course known for its horse culture so this is probably why. So mosey on down for some chow at Rodeo Cafe. Bring your cowboy boots. read more

This restaurant, in Norco ( horse town USA) has dine in and take out. They serve a wide variety of burgers , sandwiches and Mexican food for breakfast and lunch. It's easy access to drive in and out. I got a take out burger and drink, at a reasonable price. I was surprised how great my cheeseburger was! It tasted like home made, back yard BBQ, yumm. And it was very large.
