Is this place going to bring you back to Italy, no! Is it comparable & so much cheaper than Olive Garden, YES! I only knew of Fazolis because of TikTok! There was a video that had people comment on restaurants they missed and someone mentioned Fazoli's. So I did a quick google search and found out there is only ONE in California! On Thursdays they have $4 dollars off the Family meal pack. It comes with 2 large pastas and 8 breadsticks, which only cost us $25!! Added bonus... dine in and you get to ask for more breadsticks!! The food is good, the breadsticks taste like the ones from Olive Garden. I mean it could be better but this is suppose to be Italian fast food. Another big plus, they have a drive thru!! So yes, price, quantity, convenience gives them a 5 star from me. Please come out and support and keep them in business!!!

I tried Fazioli's last night for the first time and Andrew helped me have such a positive and enjoyable nourishing experience! Andrew was a wonderful Host and his warm and genuinely friendly essence put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door. Andrew kindly gave me a few minutes with the Menu, helped me make an informed decision to capitalize on a fantastic Seasonal Special which includes both House Lasagna and Fettucini Alfredo for just $6.99, and helped me upgrade my dinner to a meal which included a refreshing Fountain Beverage and a delicious colorful garden salad for just $4.99 more! Andrew was so courteous in getting me my Salad and Beverage cup right away to start happily pre gaming for my dinner! I selected the Italian Vinaigrette Dressing to go with my Salad and deliciously fun Tropicana Fruit Punch for my drink. I love how the Beverage and Condiment station was so well stocked with plenty of straws, to go utensils, clean Silverware, and neatly organized Fresh Parmesan and Pepper Flake Shakers! Fazioli's definitely models the Italian principle of " Buen Figueroa" in their Cave which means leaving the best possible first impression through high quality polished and elegant presentation :0) All the Tables and booths were super clean and inviting, and there were lots of Intentionally Artfully Chic and Romantically Charming Decorations to illuminate the Dining Ambiance as well! I settled in a booth directly facing the TV and got happily tickled watching Chuck Norris take care of business and reminding me why he is one of my favorite Spirit Animals in life :0) Andrew brought me out fresh Breadsticks from the oven as soon as they were ready and they were SO marvelously scrumptious and paired perfectly with my salad! My Lasagna and Fettucini Alfredo duo arrived shortly after too and it was served piping hot with rich and satisfying flavors as well. Throughout my dinner Andrew continued being a terrific Professional and used his time as a Front of the House Guardian well by sweeping and tidying up the dining room, taking and presenting to go orders quickly with a warm and gracious attitude, and kindly offering to refill my drink before closing down the beverage station! The bathrooms were super clean and comfortable as well and seeing the staff work together with a happy and pleasant culture of trusting camraderie made the Vibrations of the Cave feel extra comfortable and relaxing too ;0) Thank you Team Fazioli's for such a fun and satisfying first time experience anf I look forward to returning the next time I'm in the area! This was my first time coming here and I was instantly impressed with the prices. Everything was pretty affordable and customer service here was outstanding. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The food was ready fast and was very tasty. If you're looking for an affordable and delicious Italian food place, then I highly recommend this place.

When you're hungry for spaghetti and you're too lazy to cook it for yourself, jump in the car and roll on down to Fazoli's. They'll whip it up in a jiffy. You may not be lazy like I was. More likely, you're probably extremely busy and don't have the time or patience to slave over a hot stove. Whatever the case, delicious pasta is waiting for you. I was feeling a bit lonely, so rather than using the drive-thru, I decided to order my take-out inside. I have fun interacting with people, especially if they have a sense of humor. The folks inside didn't disappoint. The young man who took my order was personable and efficient. I told the guy that I just wanted some spaghetti and meatballs. I know, pretty boring, but I was feeling nostalgic. A healthy plate of noodles reminds me of my youth. Sitting around the table with my sister and countless brothers, all vying for the last slice of garlic bread to sop up the sauce. Those were the days. Of course, I never got that last slice as I was way down the totem pole in the sibling hierarchy. But at Fazoli's, the last slice is no longer a struggle as the breadsticks are unlimited. You could build a log cabin if you want. For me, it's much better to eat than to build. So anyway, the guy behind the counter said, "Of course we can get you spaghetti and meatballs." With that, I heard a voice come from the kitchen."Uh, we're out of meatballs " out of meatballs? What the heck? Then I heard just joking, just joking. We all had a good laugh. I could tell that these folks enjoyed their job. It lifts ones spirit to encounter such good people. My order took no time at all to prepare. I barely had time to sit down when I heard, "Your order is ready, sir." Dang! That was quick! Of course, the food was good. Just like mom used to make, and my arm wasn't too short to reach the last hunk of bread. Quick Tip: When you visit, engage in conversation with the employees. Who knows, you just may make their day, or they yours. There could also be a little something extra when you pop that take-out lid. I was supposed to get three meatballs and two breadsticks. Take a look below. A picture is worth a thousand words.....or at least a couple of meatballs.

Typically I love this place. But I ordered the lunch meal and got the iced tea and the iced tea literally had a slimy mucus in it. I felt it and when I poured it out it literally poured out like you'd expect. Slimy and slow and thick. And had a bunch of nasty gunk at the bottom. Absolutely disgusting!!!! As I said. I liked this place but I Guess I'm done going there. Get it together fazolis!!! GROSS!!!!

It's been a while since I've been back and since i was in the area, have some lunch here. They have a daily lunch combo til 4pm. Comes with a drink and breadsticks. Choose the pene marinara with a side salad. There's a list of options you can choose from. For $9.49 it's a great value! I also wanna mention the service. There's is a tall young black gentleman that works here. I dinner in and sat in one of the booths waiting for my food. He brought my food out to me and asked if I needed anything else. I asked where is the parmesan cheese at. He pointed where the bottled where at buy told me not to leave, i will bring to you. This is the type of place we clean up after ourselves we're There's a trash area and a place to put our dirty utensils and plates in. This young gentleman went to every table and asked for their dirty dishes. After they left, immediately cleaned their table and swept the floor. His work ethics and a great positive attitude makes me wanna eat here more often and dine in too! The staff here is so friendly and treats you like family. Also, you have the convenience to order and pickup at their drive thru. Download their app as well to accumulate rewards points for free food and also special deals and offers.

You call this Italian food ? My family usually loves cheese pizza but this was barely edible. I guess that's what you get for fast food convenience. I usually don't give reviews but I'd hate for you all to waste your money. The pasta didn't get any better tried the sampler my son liked the fettuccine but said that's hard to mess up. Breadsticks were good but a bit salty for my taste. My first time here and they opened yesterday. The drive through was just like in n out so I decided to go inside which was packed too. I ordered quite a bit of food and only wait about 8 mins even with the drive through being as crazy as it was and how long the line was inside. My food came out SO good and fresh and the girls up front were quick and friendly and there was a trainer that caught my eye. I wasn't sure what her name was but she was on it on the orders coming out from the kitchen she kept keeping an eye out on the tickets making sure all the food was coming out right I noticed this because I was sitting there waiting for my food and I was able to watch everybody up at the front. And anytime something wasn't coming out in a timely manner she would make sure it comes out she spoke to the staff very friendly but she was stern making sure all the food came out on time I really like to see when higher up people treat the regular employees and talk to them well especially in a hectic environment and when you're really busy I really liked that I will definitely be back again and bringing my family and telling my friends :) read more

FOLLOW UP from September 23, 2020 incident the next day my husband called the corona health department explain the review I posted the health department went out the next day during the DAY SHIFT they said everyone were wearing a mask never mind my husband told them we visited in the evening the health department is closed during the evening shift I suppose Fazoli's manager employees are aware that the health department is closed during the evening shift therefore they comfortably do not wear their mask because they won't be expecting the health department to walk in for they are closed during evening business hours our government isn't trying to discipline businesses for tax purposes therefore the government doesn't have 2 shifts where they would be interested in going out on the evening shift AM PM therefore their follow up is inadequate does not apply to the situation at all so be it not surprised the FDA is killing America......Wish it wasn't mandatory to give one star undeserving zero star would be appropriate read more

Loving that this place is open again. Food is as good as I remember it. Of course the breadsticks are as awesome as normal. My wife didn't care for the flavor of the ranch dressing though. Hosts Jen and Angie are friendly, and come around often. read more

The food is very good. The price is unbelievable for the quality you get. The hot breadsticks are the best I've ever had anywhere even Olive Garden. They do not allow for tipping yet provide service that is superior to most places. Being that good brings out one problem though. The ordering process have very long lines. Drive through line of cars has to have traffic direction it gets so bad. read more

If I could give a lower review, I would. This is literally the worst "Italian" food I've ever had. It was $10 for a lunch portion -- a tiny serving of Ravioli and a slice of pizza. I couldn't even eat more than one bite of each, it was so bad. read more

Been there a few times. Last time everything grimy, did tell manager. So it was better. Good server last time. But Sadie S. no warm fuzzy at all. Was not smiling or hi how are. Then tossed the bread sticks at our table. Here's your bread sticks. No grated cheese, no asked us how we are doing? We then had to get up to ask for 2 bread sticks. We were there at 3:45pm. Not busy. Guess we can't be spoiled every time!!!! Food good. read more

So glad Fazoli's is back in Norco. Love the food. One thing that is a constant annoyance at this location though. I do not like my spaghetti, sitting while I eat my salad. It gets cold. On Saturday I was there with two friends. I ordered first. I told the young lady at the counter (yet again) not to bring my spaghetti out for a while. My friends continued to order, and I went to get an iced tea. I put my salad on the table. By the time I got my iced tea, my spaghetti had arrived. I had not even sat down yet. My friends were still ordering. Yet again, I sent it back. We all wanted to eat at the same time. It had not been two minutes since I told the cashier NOT to send my food. They finally sat down with me, and we ate our salads. I think we threw the entire system out of whack, as we eventually had to ask for our lunch. Why do they not understand? Apart from this, I would give Fazoli's five stars, but this happens every time. Bread sticks are very salty. read more

Staff has been awesome every time we've gone. The breadsticks are my favorite. The pepperoni breadsticks are a little too salty. Did not give 5 stars because Food is good but not excellent. But it's meant to be "fast food-Italian" so still one of my local go-tos for quick Italian. read more

Food was good no complaints there. My only problem is with the server Whitney. She didn't greet me but mad dogged me for some reason. She didn't smile at all or say "thank you". She did not ask if I wanted my receipt. To top it all off, she slammed our plates on our table and didn't say "enjoy". Everybody else seems to fit in this place except her, she needs more training or to be let go imo. read more

Came here today and ordered through the drive-thru. There were about 7 cars ahead of me and at first, the line seemed slow but it took me about 10-15min to get my food, which isn't bad considering it's their 2nd day opened. I ordered the meatball slider and it was delicious! Much better than I expected for $2.49. My only complaint is that they didn't include a napkin in my to go bag. The sandwich was very messy but delicious; I'd definitely order it again. read more

So we walked in and looking at the menu and there was 6 of us. Only our 2nd time being here. I can't even believe what the fuck happened. All of a sudden an employee comes up to us and yells for everyone to move to the side so the Hallway is cleared. First of all of they want us to move ask fucking nicely and get a menu for the side where they want us to stand. Next my dad and I payed together and let me tell you the lady taking our order was a fucking disaster. She couldn't even punch in the right number for their point system since I got a free baked spaghetti but I got so frustrated that I just said forget it. It was so hard for us to even hear her! Like speak the fuck up. Then we're waiting for our meals and we got an extra baked spaghetti so my dad had to go tell them to refund and what we all thought was so fucking PETTY was the MANAGER came over took the food away AFTER it has been sitting with us for a solid 15. The least thing he could have done was offer a coupon for next time or say sorry. You need to get your customer service in check because it is a god damn shit show. read more

Our number was never called, and this location is small with only a handful of people dining inside. We absolutely would have noticed if someone had walked off with our order--and so should the staff. It felt more like our order was forgotten or skipped altogether. After bringing it to their attention, they finally made and brought out our food. Unfortunately, the food wasn't worth the wait. The quality was noticeably below other Freddy's locations I've visited, and everything just felt underwhelming. Between the dry burger bowl, bad soda, long wait, and poor handling of our order, this visit missed the mark.

I was greeted by Eileen, who took the time to walk me through everything being served. No rushing. No pressure. Real customer service. I ordered the rib tips, chopped brisket sandwich, mac and cheese, and coleslaw. I was unsure about the mac and cheese, and instead of letting me gamble my money, Eileen insisted I try it first. That alone says a lot. She genuinely cared about my experience. I'm from Texas, and I do not play about BBQ. My standards are high. Every single item exceeded my expectations. The flavor, the tenderness, the balance--on point. Eileen checked on me consistently without being overbearing and made sure I was happy with everything. The food was great, but her service took it to another level. This place is officially going into my monthly budget. Main items we've loved getting so far: - chips and salsa. The chips seem homemade and the seasoning is delicious. - spicy chicken sandwich. Nice kick. Not too spicy. - bean and cheese burrito. Good size, good ingredients. Not sick and tired of it yet! Regular hamburgers and cheeseburgers have been solid enough to appease any cravings. Didn't love the western burger when we had it last, mainly that it was a bit dry? Otherwise, we've been pretty happy trying out their entire menu so far. Definitely one of our staple places to go to when we're too tired to make dinner.

Pair it with just the right amount of their signature salsa and it's next level. The Rodeo omelette is another favorite, and if you're craving something sweet, the French toast never disappoints. Great food, great people, and consistency you can count on. Easily one of the best breakfast spots in Norco.

Stacked with 2 patties, bacon, avocado, and all the other fixings. It's massive, and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, it's tasty. It stands, head and shoulders, above all the other hamburger spots in Corona - and for another 20 miles in any direction. I wish I could rate anything else at this restaurant, but for all I consider ordering here, once I walk up to the counter, my stomach gets the better of me and I order the hamburger. Oh, and the combo, which is soooo worth it, comes with a bottle Mexican coke and fries. You can't beat that!

Every single bite was worth it full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Shoutout to my mom for bringing me here this is officially my new favorite breakfast spot!

As for the grilled porkchop for some odd reason they charged $10.95 what?! we never paid more than $8.95 for two pieces. I should have looked at the receipt before leaving the restaurant but you know you go to a place all the time you just give them your trust. We were highly disappointed with the hidden fees they had charged us.... so for all 4 of us they had killed us out of $20 total extra. If this is how you will do business we will not be returning any more.

This follow-up review is long overdue. I feel the need to stir up some Yelpy interest or we are…read moregoing to lose this (hate to call it this, but it's true) great, hidden gem of a sushi place. Oh no! They have an impressive menu, very diverse. I like that you can order either large sushi rolls, or the smaller, Happy Hour, 5 pc. size so you can try more and not hate yourself as much when you waddle out the door. The rolls are beautifully made, made with very fresh ingredients, the ratio of rice to filling is perfect (i.e. not too much rice), and the rice is nicely flavored. Their tempura has great flavor, the poke salad is outstanding, the miso soup is rich, not watered down, but the biggest "prize" IMHO is the fish collar (kama), either salmon or hamachi. Here is where you separate the men from the boys. They do not sell old kama that has come from a food supplier's bag, frozen. They only use fresh, the same quality as their sushi, because it comes from the same whole fish they have selected to filet for sushi. Taste it and you know you have hit the jackpot. Before they broil it, they simply slather Japanese mayo on it and salt & pepper. There is something about the mayo that makes it sing a whole new tune. The kama is moist, tender, and comes with their tasty, house ponzu sauce. It's a real treat. Bonus points for being very reasonably priced relative to other sushi houses and they tend to be larger as well. To take advantage of the Happy Hour menu, it is available every day of the week. Monday through Thursday until 7pm, Friday through Sunday until 5 pm. It's an abbreviated menu but has great choices, fairly priced. Their service is tops, seating is limited (probably not more than 40), the interior is warm and quaint, and parking is no problem. And don't forget to respond to their friendly farewell with a duplicate, heartfelt "See you tomorrow" as you leave! Enjoy!

Just 10 minutes later, the line went all the way to the door. Being a messy BBQ eater, I really like the idea that Badlands has a roll of paper towels at each table next to its BBQ sauce tray. We ordered pastrami brisket meals as it is the featured meat on Wednesdays. Our orders arrived promptly. My reuben was tender and tasty, full of flavors. The table next to us ordered a rack of baby back ribs that looked really tempting. I tried the habanero BBQ sauce which I liked. I plan to come back to try other items on the menu. Yum!

I never actually take the time to write down a whole review , this time I changed my mind, I don't know why so many people complain about the wait in line, the place just opened a week ago, I was waiting for my order for about 15-20 minutes which I don't really mind , and I don't mind because since I walked in I saw a whole bunch of people waiting on line so I already knew it, and I'm not saying that as a complaint, I just felt a little awkward when I heard one of the customers complaining with a young lady when she was packing orders getting breadsticks, taking orders out, she was absolutely multitasking and all these people can't get it, they barely open what they expect!! Everybody was amazing, friendly and polite to me even one young lady named Alie, which I think is one of the managers asked me if I wanted some breadsticks while I was waiting which I loved, it's my second time there since they re-open, and I'll be back soon, I just wanted to thank everybody, I love Fazoli's and I'm so happy they came back , keep working hard! Had my first ever visit to Fazoli's in Norco and wow, was I impressed! I've been looking for something different to eat because, honestly, all I ever see around here is Mexican, fast food, or Chinese places. Decided to give Fazoli's a shot and it did not disappoint. I went for the lasagna combo and, trust me, it was just what I needed. The portion was spot on - filling but not too much, and those breadsticks? Absolutely delicious. Turns out, they forgot to give me my salad, but I didn't even notice until I was already gone. Honestly, I didn't mind at all because I was so full from the lasagna and breadsticks. It's kind of a bummer there isn't one closer to where I live because I'd definitely be a regular. But even with the distance, it's totally worth it for me. You really get your money's worth here. If you're ever in Norco and looking for a good meal that's a nice break from the usual options, Fazoli's is the spot. Totally recommend it for anyone wanting a tasty, filling meal that feels like a real treat. read more

We were in the area I had never seen drive thru fast food italian we decided to try it. We got the ultimate sampler the sliders and a chicken parm sub. This place was pretty darn good for how quick it was. My sampler was filling had it for lunch and saved the rest for dinner decent meat sauce for the pastas and the fettuccini was better . The breadsticks which is also the bread on the sliders is amazing sooo good and so soft . The sliders were great and the sub was too with the pesto and marinera mix the cheeses are great . I wish we were local i would definitely try more dishes .The service was pleasant as well. read more

I hadn't been to Fazoli's in a REALLY long time!!! Probably decades!! But all 3 of us who went thoroughly enjoyed it and the young lady who brought our food to us was absolutely fantastic!! So informative and polite.....helpful and friendly!!! I let her know that I really appreciated her and that we were really glad we came!! She went out of her way to please, take care of and make us feel important and appreciated!! (She even made a special trip to get us coupons!!) read more

I came to this location on Monday, June 3. The manager on duty was an older lady,she appeared to be very angry or upset. She was slamming things down and very snippy with the employees. Cursing and just looked extremely unprofessional. This isn't the first time we have seen some not so professional behavior from her. Due to this we won't be coming back, not if she's working anyway!
