Good food, fast service, and kind staff. Clean inside and very cheap! Came out so fresh that the first bites were still too hot. Meat sauce and penne tasted worlds better than Olive Garden for a fraction of the price. I got the $4.99 fettuccine Alfredo bake and paid 0.50 to get meat sauce on it instead of Alfredo. Ordered our meal with additional dipping sauce for breadsticks. Food was brought to our table in take out boxes. No plates available. Dipping sauce was delivered and guess what, no breadsticks. No silverware (except spoons) . I went back to order counter and asked for two forks, to which I was told "all we have is plastic ". Better than using my fingers. Finally went back to counter to ask about breadsticks, was told "if you will wait 5 minutes we will have some." Never going back and you shouldn't either. read more

I actually really like Fazolis and would give them a five star rating BUT....Last time it was the fact that the kid meal would only feed a two year old at best. This time I ordered my kid a two slice pizza lunch meal. We had two kids with us this time. One got served TWO SMALL COLD OLD AND DRIED UP slices and the other got two super fresh and extremely HOT pizza slices. There was NO EXCUSE for serving such obviously OLD nasty pizza, especially next to hot and fresh pizza at the same table!! My lasagne was NOT HOT, nor and my mother in law's. Neither of us were pleased with barely warm lasagne. The gal brought around bread and asked out table of six if we wanted any breadsticks. We all said YES but OOPS, she only had ONE. No big deal EXCEPT she went and got more hot breadsticks and went to the OTHER SIDE of the room to pass them out!! HELLO!! Over here please....whatever. She didn't make it back over to us before we left. They have really good lunch specials. You can choose two different items AND a soda for $4.99!! If you told me i'd be giving a 5-star review to a drive thru Italian food place that was quick and cheap, i'd have thought you were crazy or high. But here we are. In-laws raved about it, figured we'd try it and wow. I was shocked, but the spicy baked ziti and sausage was mind blowingly good. I dont know what sausage they are using, but it needs to be in everything! The peperoni breadsticks are fantastic!! i placed an order online with the Abilene TX location last night 10/12/2023 and it was horrible I ordered on line bake spagetti wit meatballs went to the drive through and didn't move for seven minutes backed up and pulled into a pickup spot and called they said I'd have to come inside when I got inside no one knew anything about my order and were very condescending which was not appreciated it had been 26 minutes since I placed the order and all they could say they hadn't received it even though I showed them the order received on my phone I asked for my money back and was told I have to go through Kentucky. now I'm fuming the smart ass that I can only assume was some sort of manager said is that it on the warming rack it was and I grabbed it and left some female employee said have a nice evening very sarcasticly when I got the food home which was a surprise for my wife was cool, soggy and the spaghetti had very little sauce a complete waste of my money I can not see myself going back to this location this staff was completely horrible All I can say is hello Olive Garden read more

When I'm in the mood, Fazoli's is some good fast food Italian. Nothing on the menu is expensive, and I really like the sandwiches. All the pasta dishes, for fast food, are really good. Haven't had Fazolis in years. They all left the Dallas area. So after a long road trip we walked in with less than an hour to close. The staff was very friendly and answered a few menu questions. They gave us a buzzer after we ordered. It only took about 10 minutes for the food and it was piping hot. The breadsticks were delicious and not too buttery. The food was actually better than I remember. I had the chicken broccoli penne bake. It could have used more chicken and less cheese but I enjoyed every bite. The broccoli was steamed perfectly and there was plenty in the dish. My friend had the the chicken parmesan and she loved it. Well worth all the calories. You can order the entree by itself or add 2 breadsticks and a drink for a combo. Plus you can add a side salad or a slice of pizza. I'd go back more often if they were close to home. They also offered something called top it off where you can add a variety of things to the top of you pasta like broccoli, mushrooms or a meatball etc. This place is definitely worth a try if you've never been. read more

They said it was impossible. They all said it was impossible to make a quality, affordable, franchise-able, Italian fast food chain. They were all wrong. Fazoli's, a restaurant known for its low prices and heavenly bread sticks, nails everything as a fast food chain, and this location is no exception. The staff is kind and friendly, the restaurant is clean, the food is good, and the menu items are affordable. How Fazoli's manages to make such quality food at such a low price is beyond me, but I'm not complaining. I ate that this location probably 3 times a month for 10 years straight, and I never got tired of it. Give it a try. read more

How can you order a side Caesar salad for $2.99 and all of the green is brown? I get home not even five minutes from buying this thing. The salad had all brown ends and the salad dressing was separate and it was not even cold it was almost room temperature. I was hungry and I thought a salad with my pasta would be nice but boy was I wrong. Common sense when you sell a product like lettuce you at least check the box before you give it to the customer and make sure it's fresh. Bad business read more

My husband and I picked up our order through the drivethru. He ordered the chicken fettuccine and I ordered the spicy penne with Italian sausage. We wanted dessert but the items that we wanted were unavailable and the employee said that unless we liked oatmeal, dont order the apple crostata. Needless to say we didn't order dessert. When we got home, the food was very hot, therefore we gave 2 stars. Both of our meals were both very dry and desperately needed sauce. Food is ok. I don't have a complaint about he quality. My complaint after many years of coming here has reached the point that I had to finally write a review. When dining in I'm told that I can't buy additional breadsticks to accompany my meal because they will pass them out. Except they don't. I'm always there for at least 30-45 minutes, and I consider myself lucky to see breadsticks come around once. And even that is once-in-a-blue-moon, finding-a-$20-bill-on-the-ground, boss-tells-me-to-leave-early-for-the-day level of getting lucky. It VERY rarely happens. Either do what you say you're going to do or let me buy the breadsticks. I would be very happy with either option. The result of the current system is just that I leave mildly angry after every visit even when the food was good. read more

For fast, good food Fazoli's is hard to beat! I won't say it's the fastest but the food always good and tastes freshly made! The prices may seem a little steep but the quality and amount of food you get (especially with unlimited bread sticks) it's actually a bargain... it's an even better deal at lunch! The Spicy Penne with Sausage is very good as are the subs and the salads but I often get a Sampler! I most recently tried the Chicken Parm Lasagna (which was probably 1000 calories) and it's great! For the side I got the 'veggie blend made with Parmesan roasted broccoli and fire-roasted bell peppers' which was perfect and delicious! The Italian ice drinks are really good too although I think they're overpriced! I really like that they have actual metal utensils instead of just floppy plastic forks! The staff is always super nice and can usually answer pretty much any questions about the menu so don't be afraid to ask for suggestions! Most of my family asks for a to-go box because with the free bread sticks you can easily stretch your order into 2 meals! Definitely recommend trying Fazoli's! read more

Great place to eat if you are in a hurry. Staff are friendly and the breadsticks melt in your mouth.

Went to lunch on a Sunday. 25 people standing in line with only one register open. Two registers on the counter, but the shift manager didn't seem too bothered with customers waiting 20 minutes to have their chance to order. Add another 10 minutes to getting served, and this fails the "fast food" category. Food was hot and order correct upon arrival. Fazoli's is great and was just what I needed. Ever had a pasta craving or a craving for Italian food, but too tired to cook or maybe not in the mood to spend big bucks? This is what Fazoli's does best; great Italian food without the big bucks. Always had my order prepared and ready promptly within a couple minutes of ordering. The breadsticks are nice with the right amount of butter. My favorite thing thus far is the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Last night I was craving pasta. I called Carino's to see when they closed, 8 p.m. It was already past 7 so that wouldn't work. Thankfully Fazoli's was open until 10. I ordered the sampler with penne, spaghetti, lasagna, and alfredo pasta. With a drink it came to about $8. My bf got pizza. We were given a few breadsticks to snack on while we waited. They have an iced tea dispenser with four different flavors! Our food was ready in less than ten minutes. Very, very satisfying. Service was great too. Poor customer service to be sure, but I'm not even able to eat this food because my request of no bacon (religious reasons) that I double checked with the girl at the window was truly a baconless dinner was completely filled with bacon. OK let me start off on a good note. The order taker Is very friendly and courteous. The menu is pretty abundance for the most part. The food is OK at best you can tell a lot of it is frozen and not fresh. To be expected or something so moderately priced. My biggest problem is they give free bread sticks with every meal. If you ask for butter it is $.49 for one Pat. At first I thought it was a joke and when I order more bread and asked May I please have some butter The lady said it is $.49 per Pat for those of you who do not know what a pat of butter is it is equivalent to 1 teaspoon. I know it seems like a petty thing just butter but it should be A given if you order bread comes with butter. I have never seen a restaurant that's done this before ever. I hope they change their policy and include butter with their breadsticks in the future. read more

This location is horrible. Food was not what I ordered and me and my wife bared through it. Cashier did not know what she was talking about. The only thing I liked about our visit was one young man running around and helping customers, cleaning tables, serving the food and grabbing what everyone needed or asked for.
