I ordered odd Doordash. I ordered the classic sampler. Great portion sizes, salad was fresh, and I loved the garlic bread. The strawberry freeze was good too. It wasn't too sweet, which was perfect. I called in to substitute something and they made it happen for me. The sauces could use extra seasoning. It was a little bland for my liking. They forgot my Parmesan and chili flakes packet, which would have helped a bunch. read more

We live 30 minutes away. My son drove all the way up there. Instead of giving me the SPAGETTI AND MEATBALLS I ORDERED, I WAS GIVEN 3MEATBALLS WITH EXTRA SAUCE. When I called in because we would not pick up the replacement right away we were told we would need to speak to the gm tomorrow. I've never had a problem with this store before but she made no mention of talking to the employee that made the mistake This happens time and again with these quick service restaurant. Fazoli's is a chain restaurant. In my opinion it's not bad but could be cleaned more often but that may be due to lack of employees. They are advertising open for hire. Standard Italian dishes with some seasonal ones. Currently they have Cheesecake Factory Cheesecakes for dessert and it is delicious. They have cheesecake and chocolate cheesecake but the seasonal is pumpkin cheesecake with whipped topping and caramel drizzled on it for $3.99. It is delicious and since Fazoli is spread out in more areas than Cheesecake Factory it is a nice idea for them to have because those of those who might be craving a Cheesecake Factory slice but don't won't to travel to the city which is far for some, they can get there fix here. Dishes are well done. I bought the sampler and couldn't finish it due to its size. I'm not going to compare or rate Italian dishes because I know some Italian families and they argue over how a Italian dish should taste, it is a hot topic. I just know most are tasteful and I am satisfied here just like any other Italian restaurant. read more

Typically I have a good service here. One of my favorite restaurants. No cars in the drive through, not very busy parking lot. Lady taking my order rang in spaghetti instead of lasagna. When i brought my food back, she said spaghetti was rang in. I ordered one thing. Lasagna. Disappointed it was messed up but at least i got it. read more

I really was not expecting much coming here, frankly I did not know what to expect. I wound up loving it! Not because the food was the best, but I love the idea of italian fast food. We got a large pizza which was fine, the salads are great, I love the all you can eat breadsticks and the noodles and chicken parmesan are also good. Their desserts are great and everything is made to oder fresh, fast and at a great price. A nice change from you fast food burgers! read more

We took my son for dinner tonight, first my husband had to throw out his food out it had bacon grease in it to the point he felt sick. Then as we are sitting my three year old son found old gum under our table. That is so gross I mean this is how germ's and stuff is spread. We made him wash his hands, but is this not against a health code? We won't be back this is for sure. read more

This location has great food but I could go on forever about the staff. Some of the staff is great, but tonight I went and this was the second time I had a bad experience. Tonight, the chick working the drive thru had a total stank ass attitude. Which sucked because we paid $30 there. Last time we went, the cashier was ringing up our order and I asked for extra cheese on my pasta, when he couldn't find the button he told his manager how his register was "retarded" which was SO uncomfortable considering my brother with Autism was sitting right there at the register. Shame on you guys.... Wish your employees were as good as your food. read more

I went through the drive then was going to sit in the parking lot and eat my food before my meeting. I asked them in drive thru if there was a fork and she reassured me there was. Got all the way to the meeting and don't you know, no fork!!! Now I have food and. Itching to eat it with. Very frustrating!!! Called Fazolis and spoke with the manager and she stated the only thing she could is replace my food. That's a given!! So. Ow I have to go all the way back there to return my food so I can get my money back. They offered nothing else. Very pathetic customer service and I will not go there again. I shouldn't be surprised, most drive thru's get the order right 50% of the time but for me it's about 10%. read more

I have visited this location several times, but this particular Monday was terrible. They were extremely busy, so we waited for about 10-15 minutes at the counter before we could order. While we were waiting, two women stormed up to the counter shouting that they had been waiting for over 20 minutes for their food. A few officers came in and ordered food after the women, and their food came right out. These women were livid. The staff appeared to be confused about what to do. There is clearly a lack of training when it comes to the employees. While I was ordering my food, the young woman at the register did not seem to understand what I was trying to order. Her confusion was frustrating because she was not listening. Once we finally finished ordering, I went to find a place to sit. Again, the restaurant was crowded. I sat a one of the booths. The booth behind mine had a sign on the table saying not to sit there. As we waited for our food, one of the ceiling tiles fell. There was a leak, so water was just sitting on top of the tiles. The water flew all over. My mother was sitting closest to that side of the booth and water fell on her. At this point, I told them we wanted our food to go. One of the women from earlier came over to us and informed us that before we got there, a customer told the staff that the tile was getting ready to fall. This was the worst experience I had at this restaurant. The service was bad, the food wasn't good, and the restaurant was not clean. Before we left, a manager did come out and talk to us. She was professional and apologized for the experience. That was great, but it did not make up for the employees and the condition of the restaurant. read more
