Place look very big and fun to watch games and do gatherings. Service was good and present. The food was hit and miss. The wings was smoked and nice size however a bit over crispy. The artichoke pizza was good however I think the artichoke should've been cut a little bit smaller pieces. The Alfredo calzone crust was cooked very nice. (Great presentation) I thought it would have Alfredo sauce or some type of Alfredo texture. However, it was just chicken cheese and sliced tomatoes inside the calzone the chicken tastes like it was canned chicken . We were greeted immediately as we walked in and it seemed like everyone talked to us while we were there. Our waitress was awesome and they helped each other out. We were never without anything. Plenty of free parking and seating on the inside and outside. They had a singer outside on the patio playing on Saturday evening. Really nice ambiance. Felt really comfortable there. The food was delicious. If you get the Parlours app, you can get free breadsticks- thank me later. So we did and we got the garlic butter sauce either them. Those were probably the best breadsticks I have ever had and the garlic butter was loaded with flavor. I got the sriracha bourbon bbq smoked wings fried well. Yum!!! The flavor was packed in these too. The sriracha gave it a kick and the bourbon bbq came right behind it. They got the sauce right with these. I also got the peppercorn ranch half salad. It was good but felt like it was missing something. I did get no onions but maybe it could've used some banana peppers. Still good though. The croutons in it were kind of sweet which I like. Enjoyed a Saturday of college football and pizza. The 10" pizzas are loaded and can feed two easily. They have a nice full bar along local and import beers. Between the bread sticks, pizza and smoked wings it was a full meal deal. (I forgot to get a pick of the wings because they were so good). The restaurant is big enough that the amount of people doesn't drown out the conversations at your table and there multiple televisions to watch. We were so happy when they opened a new location in J town! I believe we have been about five times since they opened. We absolutely love their pizza and the smoked chicken wings are the best. I absolutely love their huge outdoor patio as we do enjoy bringing our dog and sitting outside. The beer selection on tap is pretty good. For the most part, the service has been top notch. We only had one dining experience where our server was not the most friendly. Every time we have gone, they have been very busy, but the staff is pretty good about getting tables turned over and cleaned up. This will definitely be kept on our list of regular dining locations. read more

I can't believe I forgot to review Parlour! Shame on me. I came here with some family for lunch on a lovely Friday so we sat outside. They have a really great covered patio with a dedicated bar and server so I recommend sitting out there if weather permits. Everyone has raved about the Pepperoni Bombs so we ordered them as an appetizer. Grease bombs is more like it! Cutting into them, grease shot across the plate which made me a little queasy. Flavor was good but just too heavy for me. The pizza is where Parlour shines. I had the small Artichoke Pesto, thin crust, and it was delicious. Packed with artichokes and mushrooms - it was so good! My family and I went here on a Saturday evening for some pizza and some good times. This is a new location that used to be a different pizza place in J town. The pizza itself was OK. I've had better at other parlor establishments. I'll give it a three. We also got nachos. They were not very good. We all give them a 2 atm was cool. Terrible Service I've had several experiences at this location, and they've probably topped out at four out of five, but my last experience has stopped me from going back. We (group of 4) went for beer specials and to share a couple pizzas and appetizers. From the very beginning, things were weird with the server. She first told us that there were no beer specials, and then when we informed her of the published special, she said it was only a limited menu. To be honest, I am not sure if she just didn't know or didn't want to be helpful. the food was honestly pretty good, but when it came time to pay our check, we thought we would make things really easy for her. The server asked who was taking what, so we simplified it by saying to split it evenly between couples. She then came out with an even split for each person, meaning each menu in was divided by four. When she finally fixed it and split it down the middle, I noticed that we didn't get the pricing that was promised in the special. My girlfriend had already given her the card and just ended up being a really long drawn out explanation where the server was arguing that it was split correctly. Ultimately, when I explained math to her, she then explained to me that because we split the bill, we didn't get the special prices. This infuriated me because it was just one thing after another with this server. She asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, and I told her yes. She walked away and never got the manager. Needless to say, I will not be back and neither will the other couple. We all agreed that it was one of the weirdest and the worst experiences we have ever had in a restaurant. read more

This place has so much potential. The food is great and the atmosphere is nice. Their homemade ranch is probably the e best in Louisville. However, every time we go something goes wrong. There's usually long wait times for food and long wait times to order. We've received the wrong food/ cold food at different times. The issues were always resolved quickly. My family ate at Parlour on Saturday night. They were very busy, but that didn't seem to bother them and were very efficient. We had two personal pizzas and a calzone. All were prepared and were as ordered. They all were very good and the service was exceptional. They kept our glasses full and continually came by asking if everything was good. We have driven out of our way to eat at Parlour many times. We were glad to have one open quite close to us. We've now eaten at this location several times (4 total) and can say flat out do not go to this location. Tonight's experience was by far the worst. I can forgive being understaffed to some degree but the waiter disappeared for 30-45 minutes. When we finally saw him he said he was forced to wash dishes. He also said that was why we couldn't get drink refills. Food took well over an hour to receive at the table and then when one of the pizzas was made incorrectly the waiter charged us to make the correct pizza. All in all it took 2 hours for a very forgettable meal. read more

We arrived around 6:30 on a Friday evening and the place was busy but not swamped. Lots of employees running about between mazes of tables strewn around. It wasnt long after we sat when we got waited on. This was our second time, the first time we ate at this location was on a Sunday afternoon, which was much less busy. We ordered a small Cheese Sticks along with a large pepperoni pizza. The cheese sticks were pretty good, my only beef would be, not to place the marinara on top of the food. The sauce was good, not extreme in either direction. The pizza was a 15 inch and was very good as well. I like how they almost toast the pizza but its not over cooked. The crust had a slight crunch with a tender chewy middle, perfect for dipping in something if you have something to dip it in. The price was very reasonable for the times we live in today. The service in my opinion was pretty good, but they need to create a better system from "door to table" , A little tweaking, and they will have a successful eatery. read more

We celebrated our baseball team Christmas party at the Jeffersontown location with a large group of 50 people. They did a great job of accommodating us and everyone in our group enjoyed the food. A friend and I stopped by Parlour for a relaxed light dinner on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was hopping with live music, families and couples. The spacious outdoor seating area delivered quick friendly service. We ordered salads which can be ordered whole or half. The lettuce was fresh and came exactly as ordered. The homemade croutons were buttery with the perfect texture ( soft with a nice crunch ). Our server was delightful and we enjoyed the live music. My only suggestion is an expansion on the limited wine list. The current list has three choices and only two were available. Otherwise it was a perfect! My family was placed at a table right under a leaking air conditioner. The entire time we were there, drops of condensation very rarely came down on my family. The place is sort of empty, it looks like a rebranded car shop which is nice. There were doors that led to an outside seating area with very nice tables. There were also lots of employees standing around at the front desk, with even more off to the distance. Our waitress was very nice to give us a pitcher of water due to the slowness of the restaurant. The food was good. I ordered a plain cheese pizza and it had more cheese than I expected. We have been before and had to get the hot honey pepperoni pizza. Whoever decided to put honey on a pizza deserves a raise. I don't think I can order another pizza because this one is phenomenal. We got the regular crust and it wasn't too thick. About as tick as a papa johns crust, but the crust was amazing and obviously homemade. I can tell their ovens are tuned perfectly to get the right fluffiness from the crust. We ordered another pizza to go for the part of the family that couldn't make it. I intended to over order so we could have leftovers. They offer reservations on open table which I will probably do next time if planning to go at a busy time. Big fan of Parlour, but this one is still working out the kinks. We had a Mothers Day reservation and sat on the patio. It was busy but not completely full. Ordered cocktails, which came out fairly quickly, and placed an order for a salad and cheesesticks while we decided on entrees. Ordered a 10" Meatball pizza and 10" The Dr. pizza ten minutes later. Ten minutes after that, the salad came out, and within five minutes the pizzas, as well. The Dr. didn't contain the ranch drizzle, which I pointed out and asked for a side of ranch instead, which was no problem. Never got the cheesesticks - server told us she put them in but the kitchen never made them. We told her we didn't want them at this point so she removed them from the bill - or so we thought. When the bill came, they were still on there so I flagged her down to point it out. In a nutshell, food was on point, service was decent, overall execution still leaves a bit to be desired. They just opened so I'll give them some grace. We'll come back in the summer to day drink and hang out on the patio. read more
