This is one of our favorite places! My daughter is gluten intolerant & they are amazing to work with her needs. The management is always super kind & make sure that we have everything we need! Ordered to go here. Took about 5-10 minutes to prepare. Woman at the front counter was friendly and gave us lots of breadsticks :) Cheap prices for quick quality food. I think their food is comparable to Olive Garden. I would come back. Dishes -pepperoni pizza- wayyyy too greasy, wouldn't recommend this, was falling apart -chicken pesto rotini- I enjoyed throughly this dish. It is very cheesy and hints of pesto are present. The chicken has good flavors to it as well. -spicy ziti with chicken- topped with cheese and has a kick to it, found this dish to be decent. read more

we went for general Friday night quick dine. our first time to try. food was good would return BUT the service! watched 4 people scramble like crazy to cook - serve - work cash register and the window! and this isn't fast food. The food is ok, but the service I experienced was worse than any other I've ever had. My fiance came in to eat with me and I was the only one who ordered something but they saw him eat a breadstick and they came over and yelled at us and said it was for paying customer's only. I haven't been to Fazoli's in about 10 years and decided to have lunch there recently. It was excellent the last time we ate there but things have changed. I should have been warned because it was lunch time and the place was almost empty. We ordered baked spaghetti and the house salad. The spaghetti sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee. The server forgot the salads and had to go back for them. It was grossly overpriced because of the lack of quality. I gave it a one star because the restroom was clean. We won't be back. read more

This was my very first time trying them and it may be the last. Covid has hit my home so I ordered myself the ultimate sampler, one for my daughter, and a triple chocolate cheesecake. It was a lot of food so I knew I would have leftovers. The side salad that I had was the Caesar and the shaved parmesan was apparently the star because it was very heavy. The spaghetti lacks flavor and needs more sauce because once you reheat it, it's dried out. The fettuccini is great the first day but just like the spaghetti, it dries out when reheating. Subpar food, but what do you expect for $9? Nice portion size for the money, but the taste just wasn't there. I added lots of salt and pepper, but could still taste the pre-frozen tastes of the food. Broccoli even tasted freezer burnt. Sauce was really thin too. The breadsticks were the best part! So good, unlimited, and served hot! The cashier ensured me that I would be back after I told her this was my first time. Well she's wrong. First and last time. I would also like to add that the staff was talking really loud about their lack of hours at this location, and having to work 6 days just to reach 40 hours per week. read more

Relatively new to Montgomery. A few months maybe, but my girlfriend and I have been there twice and it's worth every second. I'd rather go here than most Italian joints in town. Prices are surprisingly light while the meals you get are very hearty. I've had chicken fettuccine and recently the chicken parm. Don't remember what GF had but she was very pleased both times. The food is flat excellent. Only 2 downsides. 1. Salads are pre made and can be a little wilted. 2. Location of drink machine. Right by ONLY trashcan and it can get crowded. Trashcan is the worst. Kind of like panera...dump food yourself and leave dishes to be collected. But they need to be better at collecting dirty dishes from top of trashcan. My experience today trying to get things stacked and thrown away was kinda gross. read more

If you're looking for an inexpensive Italian place - this is it! Imagine a cross between a Stevi B's and an Olive Garden, but they deliver. The service was relatively quick, and our server was very nice, always had a smile on his face! The food was fairly good, but the breadsticks were to die for!! And they gave us a plate of 8 breadsticks for the four of us to start off, which was very nice and we ate 7 of them. Definitely recommend for a quick bite!! read more

This place was very interesting all together. It is like a fast food place but with Italian pastas. You order exactly like fast food and they bring it to your table when you sit down. We ordered the Baked Alfredo and it was very good along with the Regular Fettuccine Alfredo which was also good. The food came out hot and quick. The breadsticks were soft and amazing. They even came around with fresh hot breadsticks. We got the Triple Chocolate Cheesecakes and they were delicious. There were no trash cans around however, they clean the tables for you. We also saw boxes in case you wanted to take some home. Overall I good experience. read more

Nice and new inside, super clean, extremely friendly staff. We ordered the baked spaghetti with meat balls. The free bread sticks are awesome! Much better than Olive Garden's bread sticks! House salad was fresh, and nice variety of dressings. Food was high quality, and nice and hot, and delivered to our table quickly. We had never been to a Fazoli's before, and had never heard of it, and were very pleasantly surprised at how good it is. Highly recommend. read more

I overheard employees talking about other employees, using profanity loud enough to be heard in the dining room while the dining room is in shambles and customers wait for service. Fazoli's was not my first choice for food in the Eastchase area, but I was pleasantly surprised when we visited. I had never eaten at a Fazoli's, but my girlfriend insisted since she had not seen one outside of the Midwest. The best way to describe this place is that Fazoli's is like the Taco Bell of Italian food. The food is extremely inexpensive and comes with unlimited free bread sticks. This place was crawling with kids when we visited and I have a feeling it was due to the two aforementioned items. This is not a date night place unless you are treating the kids. I ordered the Spicy Sampler featuring Chicken Alfredo, Italian Sausage Penne, and Meat Lasagna with "Italian Pepper Sauce." This meal cost me around $12 with a drink and a side salad. Most meals and drinks could be had for under $10 at this place, hence the Taco Bell of Italian food reference. I was a little skeptical of my choice, but the food was actually pretty good. It's not something I will seek out often, but definitely would visit again over many of the cheap and easy pizza places. I was able to get my Italian fix in with out making a trip to a more expensive location. read more

So we went to Fazoli's around 8:30ish, mind you they close at 9 everything was awesome. The cashier was kind even though it was time to close. So we get home with our food, we're eating and whatnot, so my sister gets to the bottom of Penne Romano and there's a huge bug baked inside of it. Needless to say we won't be returning. We stopped here while passing through Montgomery. I have only been to the Mobile and Pensacola restaurants before. My 18-year-old son LOVES Fazoli's. It is nostalgic to him, since we used to go to the one in Mobile all the time when he was growing up. Since the Mobile restaurant has been closed down for several years, even now on special occasions he wants to drive to the Pensacola Fazoli's for dinner, which we try to do about every 3 or 4 months. The food was very good at this location, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will stop by here to get our "Fazoli's fix" from now on when passing through Montgomery. read more

Very disappointed. The first time I ordered from here I got spaghetti and lasagna which was pretty decent. I ordered for a second time and got a slice of pizza, salad and an Italian hoagie. The only thing even slightly edible was the salad. The pizza was covered in grease top and bottom. The hoagie had barely any meat and there was no kind of dressing or mayo or anything on it. Really rude worker! Went to order and she said "oh you can't order that, that ended at 2:30," and proceeded to remove the advertisement from beside the cashier. I checked my phone and It wasn't 2:30 yet! If you have the menu up you shouldn't have a problem letting people order it. I don't understand rude people.
