Every time I go hear I leave so beyond full! All their food is amazing! I get the spaghetti with meat sauce, my kids get their pizza and my husband loves their Alfredo sauce! Very friendly, very clean, clean restrooms, delicious food and lots of it, tea that is not just colored water. I had the small spaghetti marinara, with a Caesar salad and a drink. My husband had regular spaghetti with meat sauce, a house salad and a drink. Food is on real stoneware bowls, salad is great and in a real stoneware bowl as well. The grate fresh Parmesan on your pasta at the table. Real silverware. All is very clean. All this for less than $19 for two. They check on you often but not intrusively so. Stopped on way home from Nashville to Florida. The cashier was very Polite and laughed when I said l wanted an order of plain meatballs for my two dogs. I loved this place as a kid and when they all disappeared I was devastated. Imagine my surprise when I'm driving into Georgia heading to Tennessee and I see the franchise alive and well. The entire time we were in Georgia and Tennessee, I kept wanting to stop at a Fazoli's but never did. So when I passed the final sign for a Fazoli's before heading back into Florida, I had to stop. A dozen breadsticks later, I was one happy camper. The drive-through is fast and efficient, the food was hot and fresh, and of course prices were cheap. How disappointing! We love Fazoli's But we also love our food to be served at a hot temperature Had the lunch combo. We both had lasagna and another pasta. The lasagna was very cool. No melty cheese and the pasta was stiff to the chew. We have eaten here several times in the past and liked it but not today Also as I started to place my order the manager walked up to the cashier and starting talking to her , ignoring & interrupted a paying customer Strange and rude. On a road trip noticed that there was a Fazoli's along interstate 75 in Valdosta. We both ordered the sampler plate of fettuccine, lasagna and spaghetti. It was delicious and filling. The side of garlic bread was a nice cap. They had a volunteer group there that night helping out for a part of the proceeds of the night. Just about the best you can do at this price point. The food was good for the price, as was the service. My dinner was delivered to the table in under 5 minutes, and the restaurant was fairly busy. Every time I come back to my hometown I absolutely have to visit this Italian fast food establishment. They have the absolute best garlic sticks and varieties of dipping sauces known to man. Today I tried their Fazoli's Original Sub, It was tasty as everything I have ever ordered there, however I was disappointed in the lack of "stuff" on the sub. There were minimal things, only a few slices of pepperoni, some cheese, about 4 banana peppers and a little lettuce. Granted, I told them to hold the tomatoes, however, it reminded me of years ago with Burger King's "Where's the beef". Which is why I gave 4 stars. I usually get their Baked Ziti which is always wonderful, along with their lasagna. I only wish that Port St. Lucie would get one of these franchises :) read more

We have really missed Fazoli's since they have left the Atlanta Metro area My husband had his favorite Baked Ziti I had a baked Penne w Romano , sausage & added sliced Black olives. Plenty of marinara sauce. Yum ! The Bread sticks were baked nice & dark golden brown served very warm. Passing through GA and decided to stop at Fazoli's. Really wish there were more left in FL. The food is definitely fast food but it's better than McDonald's and other fast food options. Not a Maggiano's of course but decent. Location was clean and staff is friendly. Right off I-95 in Valdosta. read more

We always stop by here whenever we are going through Georgia. It's a great option. It's relatively fast, has a drive-thru, and is pretty cheap. They have specials during lunch that are unbeatable. Wish they hadn't closed the one closer to my home. read more

It's fast food Italian.....not home cooked, slow simmered, made with love from the kitchen like Momma made in the old country...it's frozen, reheated, preservative filled and mass produced food. If you accept that then it's ok for what it is. If I could give zero stars I would! I guess for fast food that's what it should taste like but I thought it was horrible! When I received my spaghetti and pizza there was a short hair laying across my pizza and the manager gladly gave me another. Then I'm half way threw my spaghetti and the longest hair I've ever seen! Still trying to keep from throwing up I took that plate back and the manager gives me another plate. I took maybe two bites and couldn't keep it down. I didn't finish and I stopped my family from eating their food as well. I barely got an apology but I definitely expected more then "another plate". I will never go back again! read more

Wait times for food is minimal and I have always been pleased. The company I work for has also done catered food from Fazoli's and that was a pleasing experience. Probably my favorite fast food joint that doesn't taste like fast food! We stopped in on the way to Orlando down I-75, and my wife and I have been here before, but this time we had her late-70's-aged parents along. We all enjoyed it so much, and it was a lot of food, especially for the price! My wife had her usual salad, but this time a Caesar with grilled chicken--outstanding! My fatherin-law2 went for the twice-baked lasagna and I drooled over it since that is one of my favorites. But we had not had much breakfast, so I went heavier at lunch since we were not sure what we would be doing in the evening. I had the ultimate classic platter, which included spaghetti, lasagna, penne with meat sauce and fettucine alfredo. My mother-in-law was not as hungry so she ordered the classic platter, which was the same as mine but without the penne, and she had to take some of it to Orlando with us. I'm sorry to say I ate all of mine but I was really hungry! Overall, Fazoli's never disappoints with its wonderful choices and delicious meat sauce that seems to have been cooking for days! We all left satisfied and full, and the three of us took naps during the journey in the car while my wife drove! Always dependable, hot and wonderfully tasty! You order at the counter and then they bring it to your table, and even brought us seconds on the tasty bread sticks! Fast food done perfectly! read more

Came here to eat with family. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is SUPER nice. The food is excellent. Probably on par with the Olive Garden just across the street but costs way less. So that's a win win. You get free unlimited breadsticks if you sit down and eat in the restaurant. I had the sampler which contained Fettuccine, Lasagna, and spaghetti which was excellent. It is not only a fast food joint, the prices are high for what you get. I ordered the Oven Baked Ravioli and ended up paying over $1.00 for each ravioli!! Not cheap at all. The side salad had much to be desired. McDonald's side salad is only $1.00 and a whole lot better than Fazoli's. read more
