Whom even the light skin girl name on Saturday, and by Monday it already looked old, messy, and completely unprofessional. The stylist allowed someone who was clearly not properly trained to work on my hair, and the results show it. I specifically asked for knotless braids, but half of my head is box braids. On top of that, she ran out of the hair color I paid for, leaving me with three different colors in my head. It looks uneven and sloppy. I paid $220 for this service, and when I reached out for help, Ms. Canner ignored my calls and texts. She initially admitted fault and talked about fixing it, but then refused to reschedule or issue a refund. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No client should leave a salon with damaged, mismatched, and incomplete work--then be ignored when asking for a solution. I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

I am very disappointed with Mason and her business. I have been a loyal customer coming every 3-4…read moreweeks since November 2022 but in her recent acts of desperation to make money she has lost me as a customer. I have come to all my appointments and paid full price and only had to cancel one time the day off when I was sick with COVID and she accommodated. I have put up with her being consistently late to appoinments, cancelling on me less than an hour to my appointment and last month she rescheduled me 3 times at the last minute for my appointment and even cancelled on me when I had already showed up and was waiting on her. Recently I lost my job so I wanted to move my May 2024 appt to June when I would start my new job. I rescheduled online like I usually do. She implemented a new policy and made no one aware that now to cancel or reschedule an appointment you have to call in or it won't count and you will be subject to the cancellation fee which is 75% of service cost. I let her know if am still going to be charged even though I rescheduled days in advance I rather come in then get a $250 charge and not be serviced. She still tried to cancel until I pushed back and insisted I still be serviced. After the appt I saw she deleted my email out of my customer portal so I would no longer be notified when they make transactions on my card saved on my account. It just gives shady and grimey business practices. I know she expressed that business has been slow but it is probably due to the economy and she said the new cancellation policy came as a result of them not trying to lose any more money. But strategy makes no sense if it is causing you to lose loyal customers. Overall I don't recommended because they will try to charge you without servicing you and charge your card with out your knowledge. It was nice to see a black owned woman business that you did not have to trek to the city for but her recent business practices are disappointing and deplorable.

I asked if it was for sale bc usually they don't sale if it's the only one left. The associate came back and said it's $25.99! Original price $50. I told her I'd take it! :) There are tons of wigs here and it makes it difficult to choose . They're priced from $40 to $300. Good quality and the prices are in line with other stores. Clean, organized and fully stocked except I bought the last wig in this style :). She said they would be getting more or it may be discontinued. Either way I'm very pleased with the wig and the price!
