They put in the new screen on a broken handle and dirty frame. I should have at least been asked if I wanted to purchase a new handle I would have paid for it. On top of that it took so long for them to finish this small job. I had to keep calling for updates to make sure I would be home for them to deliver it. Looking for a new place to do this kind of business in the future .Terrible customer service, and no pride is taken in their work.

He informed me that the doors should have been installed and later replaced if necessary. Mike promptly scheduled an appointment to take measurements for the new doors. Once the measurements were completed, I visited the showroom to explore available options. Although I originally had two mirrored doors, Mike recommended upgrading to a set of three mirrored glass doors. He explained that this would make the doors lighter and provide easier access to the closet. I agreed with his suggestion, and Mike prepared a detailed proposal, which he sent to me via email. Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. I promptly signed the paperwork and paid half the amount via credit card to proceed with the order. On the day of installation, Orange Mirror and Glass arrived 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I appreciated their punctuality, as it is uncommon for contractors to arrive early. The team removed my old, heavy mirror doors from 1973 and installed the new frameless doors efficiently within approximately 30 minutes. Based on this positive experience, I have decided that Orange Mirror and Glass will be my preferred glass company for all future projects.

I placed an order…read morewith them on a Friday (late morning/early afternoon) for a 3'x5' rectangular glass tabletop for a kitchen table and they told me that it would be ready for pickup on Wednesday. A majority of the conversation was done through Yelp & I called them to place my deposit. They called back a couple hours later on the same day and told me the glass was ready for pickup. We came around 4:15pm to pick up the glass before they closed at 5pm for the weekend and the whole process was so smooth! They brought out the glass for us and helped us put it into the car, and gave us the glass glue adhesives for the glass. We had an issue with the "shop polished edges" and messaged them Friday evening even though they were closed for the weekend, but they were quick to resolve the issue as soon as they opened their doors on Monday morning. I'd recommend Golden Glass for your glass needs. Communication and service was great, and their glass is great quality!
