He took measurements on a foggy window, one broken and two others that weren't quite matching the rest. He came out in person to make sure the estimate would be correct. The price he quoted is the one he charged. That price came in $70 under the competition. Don't appreciate when someone makes you waste 3 hours of your time. Had an appointment between 12-1pm house is currently empty so u had to drive 45 minutes to meet someone to take measurements and I specifically told them that. 1:15pm came, no call or messages so I call no answer left a message around 1:30pm received a message saying that the technician was stock at a job site asking if we can reschedule for the following day. It's obvious that 1 they don't take seriously people's time or 2 they just forgot and don't take the courage to admit it. read more

Windows are not a home update people like doing. You don't get to use them like a TV (unless you live in the wilderness), the benefits aren't as cool as a kitchen remodel, and you don't really use them. But they're essential! They keep the temperature regulated, and they look better than those single pane pieces of glass that builders used in the 80's. After searching extensively online, I found AJ Glass on Yelp, with a few reviews, but all 5 stars, and ALL of them said Alberto was professional, courteous and affordable. So I gave him a shot and scheduled a measuring for my 2 bathroom windows. Came to my surprise that he was more affordable than I had originally gauged for. I had also asked if he could measure these 3x huge windows in my house for a future install, and he did so without question. Provided me with a quote (for both bathroom and the 3x windows) and I gave a down payment for the bathroom windows. I couldn't' afford the 3x windows just yet, but the price he quoted was very good, considering I've met with neighbors saying those are the most expensive windows (square + half circle). When he arrived with his other guy (I think his name is Carlos), they got straight to it, and the windows came out awesome. Let me start with this, I understand things happen and sometimes a person might need to reschedule, I am completely open to that, that's life. What I don't understand is the person missing the appointment, not calling about missing the appointment, then straight up ghosting me when I try to reschedule. See the attached screenshot. This is exactly what happened. They were supposed to arrive on Thursday, they did not show up in the time frame. I called, No Answer. I texted, No Answer. I then received the message in the screen shot that they were sorry they could not make it. Not "Sorry we couldn't make it today, work got away from us, maybe we can reschedule" no just "Sorry we could not arrive" I found someone else who was willing to communicate and get the job done. read more

Responded promptly to my message , came within a few days to measure then in less time than they had estimated, returned with two large panes of tempered glass and very carefully removed existing moulding, took out broken panes and expertly installed the new glass. They put the moulding back so carefully that I didn't have to repaint! They cleaned up after they were finished and you would never know any Workman had ever been there.
