We did the front side now, and the backside will be done early next year. Frank worked with us... and our budget. Made things easier for all of us. We gave Frank 10% of the total cost to start the ball rolling. Laz came shortly after, finalized some details, did the final measure, received 40% of project cost, and ordered the windows. Windows were ready when promised, and the installers brought them on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon, the project was completed. Leo and his team were total professionals. They made everything go together seamlessly, and the windows look like they came with the house. Leo and crew got the final 50% of project cost. Our house is 80 years old, and was the original ranch home when the area was nothing but citrus trees. Our old double hung and casement windows were beyond needing help and my wife and I weren't sure how everything would look when finished. We are both pleasantly surprised at the results and we're only sorry we didn't do this decades ago. We could actually escape a fire now that our windows are no longer painted shut with 80 years worth of paint. Our new Anlin windows look great and function great! We came around 4:15pm to pick up the glass before they closed at 5pm for the weekend and the whole process was so smooth! They brought out the glass for us and helped us put it into the car, and gave us the glass glue adhesives for the glass. We had an issue with the "shop polished edges" and messaged them Friday evening even though they were closed for the weekend, but they were quick to resolve the issue as soon as they opened their doors on Monday morning. When we told him we were not certain about the style of doors for some of the items he urged us to sign the contract to take advantage of the discount and assured us we would be able to update via a change order. We have done many remodeling projects over the years and change orders are standard so we had no reason to doubt his assurances. Since then he has overpromised and failed to deliver. Every time we texted or emailed to ask about the change order status he reiterated that it was with the office, everyone was aware, nothing would be ordered and the change order would be sent - tonight, tomorrow, next day...you get the picture. After weeks of waiting for the change order so we could move on the project, we tried to escalate a number of times because based on the reviews we expected better customer service. However, we were told we needed to resolve all the miscommunications and failed follow through with the salesman that had failed to follow through. Imagine our surprise when we got a text that some of the doors were ready for installation. The salesman was shocked as he had told us nothing would be ordered until the change order was signed. In an effort to salvage the project and because we wanted to believe the salesman, we allowed for partial installation. The installation was riddled with additional issues. Wrong hardware, wrong trim, no wood molding around the door. The salesman was apologetic and did not understand why there was a disconnect. After another few weeks of messages, emails and requests to escalate, we finally got confirmation that the salesperson and the director of revenue would come to our home at 2pm on 6/22. They arrived late 30 minutes late (even though my husband had made it clear he was meeting them during his lunch hour) and the director of revenue was defensive and put all blame on the misrepresentations made by their salesman on us. During the meeting the salesman told him that the remaining doors had not been ordered. After that meeting the company STILL had the salesman follow up to ask how we wanted to proceed. He was embarrassed at that point because he was telling us the company would be able to address our concerns and they hung him out to dry. Even though it wasn't our fault, in an effort to put this nightmare behind us and NEVER deal with them again, after a few exchanges with the director of revenue, we agreed to a resolution provided they completed the project by today. No response for over a week until this afternoon when they basically said 'thanks for agreeing to letting us do what we haven't done but keep bending over backwards so we can do it in our terms'. @owner of the company you should step in sooner and not wait for the online reviews to try justifying the experience. For all those that posted 1 star reviews in the last year we should talk about options. Based on your experiences I can tell is not the individual players. It's the company.

We told him if he can repair what is already there so that the locks work and he quoted us $400. We accepted that estimate and after he took it all apart, said he could not repair it so we told him go ahead and put it back together. We're gonna get other quotes. He says he cannot put it back together and he tried to leave with our Parts. I spoke to his manager Armando and Armando was very unprofessional. As you seen the picture, it was only eight screws that he had to put my stuff back together, but didn't do it instead he was upset because he cannot take advantage of my wife. Thank God, my wife called me to this matter I did not recommend these guys. I never will.
