A majority of the conversation was done through Yelp & I called them to place my deposit. They called back a couple hours later on the same day and told me the glass was ready for pickup. We came around 4:15pm to pick up the glass before they closed at 5pm for the weekend and the whole process was so smooth! They brought out the glass for us and helped us put it into the car, and gave us the glass glue adhesives for the glass. We had an issue with the "shop polished edges" and messaged them Friday evening even though they were closed for the weekend, but they were quick to resolve the issue as soon as they opened their doors on Monday morning.
