I selected one, and the next communication I got was that the class had been changed to a date and time that was not one of original options. She asked (by text) if that date/time would work. I told her not really but we would try to make it when possible. She responded with great, look forward to having your child in our class. It made me feel like they never really cared what was convenient, as long as they got our money. The other issues have been with Angela, the receptionist. They have been minor and I tend to ignore her but she can be rude and not welcoming. She made my child feel unwelcome once and that bothers me more than her being rude to just me.

My 9yo daughter went for 2 full weeks (8:00-4:00) and my 5yo son did 2 of their half-days (8:30-1:30). Both kids had a blast this summer! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My daughter takes gymnastics classes here, so this camp is just another great service that they offer. Rates are on par with other camps. Electronic devices are prohibited during this active camp, which I think is a great policy! Kids do not need to be plugged in everyday. I like how the kids are grouped by age and each week has a different theme (sports, space exploration, safari, etc.). They do a theme-related craft each day, which is cute. We get a kick out of them, even though some are geared toward a much younger age than my 9yo daughter - we just giggle at those and I tell her how cute she is. She rolls her eyes - it's a lot of fun. They get free play in the little gym from 8:00-8:45 before they break into their age groups. They take a couple of snack breaks (dry snacks provided) and a lunch (parent provides). They go back and forth between the big and little gyms throughout the day, and around pick-up time (4PM), they're usually watching a movie. Sign-in at drop-off and ID check and sign-out at pick-up. You can register week-by-week online. You can uncheck days during the week if you know you won't be sending them every day and only pay for the days they will attend. This worked great when we had a dental appointment scheduled during one of the days, so I only paid for 4 days that week. They have a flexible refund policy too. You can pay an extra $10/day if you need extended care from 4-6 PM. The coach will send you an email the week before camp to introduce themselves and provide camp-specific info. This is a great touch and really helpful for parents to stay informed of procedures and expectations. One tip for them: update your information form that parents fill out to remove the info about swimming, since it's no longer offered during the camp. Other than that, keep doing what you're doing!

Ok so my 8 year old daughter just started here and she really loves it. It is hard to get her to like things long term so when she wanted to come back here, I knew it was something great. The place is huge! Well not the parent waiting area, but the actual workout room where all the kids are. There were so many kids but there were plenty of instructors to wrangle them in and get them to do what they needed to do. There were coaches who were really tough on the kids, which I loved. I mean come on, we are paying for this stuff so get in there and coach, right? The prices are really decent, we pay only about 60 a month for once a week instruction, not sure how much more $ for other classes and packages. This place is super close to where my daughter lives so it is really convenient. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to expose thier child to gymnastics.

The staff was very friendly and concessions had lots of snacks and options. Upon entry we were crowded at the door to pay for entry . No breathing room . There is minimal seating for competitions as many had to stand. They did make efforts to get more seats but you can only fit so many seats in a small area. They did have room on the other side of the wall near the floor they could have used but had it blocked off. The set up was smooth for the athletes but not for videoing your children ! The gym has ample room but I fell like it was not organized properly .

He absolutely Loves his coach and class. He gets very excited and sometimes has a hard time listening since he's so young and has so much energy. Coach Lauren is just amazing with him despite this. She has patience and is able to redirect him with kindness. She's a great coach and in the short time we've been here, I've seen so much improvement with our son. He has gained a lot of core and upper body strength and just looks forward to going every single week. We love watching him learn something new and have fun with it!
