Aquatic Sculpting Class -with Ben !
    Yiovani R.

Take a Hand Sculpting class! I absolutely had a great time We were given the choice to create whatever "Aquatic Creature" and given free rein to sculpt within our allotted time (2 hours). The class was full so be sure to schedule in advance. This is definitely something you'd want to do with friends, family, or maybe a team building experience... because it feels like a space you can create and be silly / share stories - all good vibes! I went solo and enjoyed every bit of our time together :)

After moving to atx I thoroughly looked for a studio to learn and create in and Feats came highly recommended. I took a 6 week class with Marc and learned so much and have since taken 2 classes with the wonderful owner Rebecca, the staff at Feats has always been awesome and I have unlocked creativity that I didn't know I had. I'm now a open studio member and find my time at feats is what I look forward to the most.

    Cute mug

I started attending classes at Feats of clay because of a yearning to do something creative outside of my usual field, music. I searched for studios I could join and most were full, but Feats has so many revolving classes they're able to hold space for almost anyone with any sort of time constraints (day classes, night classes, weekends). The teachers here are wonderful, gentle, accepting of any and all types of people, and fun. The personalities of the people who work here are amazing! Reb, the owner, is an earth-angel; helps the homeless, supports social justice causes, holds fundraisers for animal welfare.... Seriously check this place out if you are clay-curious!!

    Curio shelf. Hand built.

This pottery studio is amazing. The gallery is stocked with pieces that intrigue and inspire. Easy to find an exceptional one of a kind gift or a set of functional stoneware. I'm a serial class taker since 2019 and have gone from a newbie that couldn't throw a pot to a skilled potter and sculptor. The classes really allow artists to get instruction and guidance and go with their flow. I'm so grateful for the amazing teachers, studio techs and kiln masters.

We had a cushion that seemed to wear down much quicker than the other cushions. I called to order a replacement, and they asked me to send photos. I did, and there was a request for more photos with specific requests (hold a ruler up to the cushion, for example) which became tedious over time, but they agreed to replace it at no charge (3 years after we bought the couch.)

Delivery took two full weeks to arrive and when it did it was the wrong table top but the correct base. The delivery team packed everything up and left after giving me a phone number to call and taking photos of the error. They also immediately called a supervisor who could care less to let her know about the mixup. The delivery guy asked me to speak with the supervisor and given her info while he put everything back on the delivery truck. When I spoke to her she said: " yeah yeah I get it, we sent you the wrong tabletop. If you stop talking to me and get off the phone I could get to ordering you the new one ". At this point we no longer had a dining room table since we were expecting to have ours that next day. When I saw that the truck was for surely arriving the next morning , I got rid of our old table right then and there( habitat for humanity is where I take all good condition furniture BTW).I then call customer service with our claim number because I was told that they could give me a 5% discount for my troubles. I had heard from somebody else within the company a while back when I was in the store that I could actually ask for 15% if anything came in wrong and so I asked. Now I had to wait another two weeks which is a total of four weeks for them to rectify the situation. After a lot of back-and-forth, I got somebody to finally give me a 15% discount which took authorization and a whole day to confirm back to me. At this point another two weeks pass and the delivery team was back, its now September 1,2026 when they brought the replacement table. Once again the guy opens the box and goes "damn not again" . He comes over and says "you're not gonna believe this they sent the wrong table again". At this point, I thought he was joking, and I went and looked and sure enough it was definitely the wrong table. The issue is that the holes on the bottom of the table they kept sending me were for a different a round base table and the base I got is X shaped so the screws that fasten the table to the base do not lineup. When I looked at the instructions to the table top they sent and the instructions to the base I walked them over to the delivery driver and asked him if he could please get another supervisor on the phone and show them a picture so they could actually have something to reference. The supervisor still thought that somehow I had been at fault and switched my bases or table tops mid order somehow which is impossible that I reminded her it was the second time doing this, and that the first time she had been rude to me and dismissive and what was her excuse now. I told her it was her best interest to actually write things down and listen to me so she didn't mess up a third time. Another thing to add is they don't leave the base even if it's the correct one if the table top is wrong, they take the table and the base every time. So this whole time we're sitting here thinking are we ever going to have a dining room table to eat on. It's like a recurring expensive nightmare. They could care less about how fast you're getting anything and told me that they were in the process of seriously looking over their SKU numbers to make sure it didn't happen a third time. This time they had a specialty team tending to my case. In other words I was going to wait a very long time. They told me they would give me 48 hours and call me back with a solution. This was September 1. It is now September 3rd and I had to call them and remind them that they were supposed to call me. I was told they're still working on it and I'll probably have to wait another 48 hours again for a response not even the solution. This means it's 48PLUS hours before they can even give me another two week shipping date! My new delivery date for the third delivery attempt is now September 22, 2026. This is one of the worst companies for the amount of money that you're paying to ever buy anything from! I'd stay far far away from this place.

I am very familiar with this brand as it is very popular in Seattle, WA. I was very surprised to see a RH in Austin. We could not resist popping in for a short while. I am still in need of some bathroom items. Immediately, we noticed large chandeliers and furniture. I do not think these items were meant for a residential dwelling. It was nonetheless fascinating to peruse the store. Specifically, I was hoping to find bathroom accessories like cotton ball, Q-tip and toothbrush holders. Unfortunately, they did not have these items in store. We were greeted warmly and pointed to the part of the RH store we were most interested in seeing. Most of their bedding, sofas and drapes were in muted whites, beiges or off white. Off hand, I thought it would be the type of furniture and bedding Kim Kardashian would likely purchase. RH is not for the faint at heart with regard to price. Their pricing was a bit to rich for my blood. I do not remember RH being quite that expensive. They do have nice things.

The vibes from most of the staff here... terrible. 0 stars for the snobbery and "we don't have time for you" attitude. The only person who seemed to want to earn my business in an honest and helpful way was the kind young gentleman greeter in the front. Like many other reviewers it just seems like the peeps here don't want to work or even look up and say Hi how are you. Basic retail sales 101. In college I worked part time at a high end furniture store. Customer service was #1 and constantly checked on. I was super excited to visit this flagship location and get some guidance in furnishing for some key statement pieces from here. That fell short real fast. We got "assigned" a gal who seemed very uninterested in helping us. She kept asking in a weird way if we were ready to buy and I was like I don't even know what you have nor sizes, costs. The vibes were very off putting like she had better places to go yet NO ONE else was in the store. The pieces we were looking at she gave no more info on what it is. What aesthetic we were going for. The salesmanship and sincerity was totally lacking. My hubs and I were pretty bummed about the experience here. We came home, visited our local store and immediately 3 people came up to greet us, ask if we had any q's. 1 salesperson drew up our space, told us options on how different table shapes would fit depending on 8-10 people sitting. Asked about the colors of our floors, chairs we were thinking of, rugs.. etc. We got more kindness and helpfulness out of the 15min at our local RH store than this place. We definitely WON'T be back here to waste our time or our hard earned money. Management needs to run a basic customer service session at this location.
